用拉盖尔-高斯激光对真空中电子直接加速

对用拉盖尔-高斯(LG)光束加速电子作了研究.结果表明，仅模指数为p和l=1的LG光束的纵向电场可用于加速电子.模指数为p和l=1的线偏振和圆偏振LG光束都对电子有加速效果.对轴上光场的相速度和群速度以及电子能量增益等物理特征作了讨论.给出了轴上光场的相速度和群速度、加速电位及电子能量增益等的解析表达式，并作了数值计算和分析. 关键词： 激光电子加速 拉盖尔-高斯光束 线偏振和圆偏振 能量增益     

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and linear polarization applied to evaluation of porosity of phosphate conversion coatings on electrogalvanized steels

In this work, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and linear polarization are used in determining porosity of zinc phosphates, and of nickel and manganese modified zinc phosphates on electrogalvanized steel. The porosity of the phosphate layers ranges from 0.1% for the manganese-modified hopeite to 8% for hopeite, using the linear polarization and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. The porosity values measured using the two techniques were in agreement. All impedance spectra of coated samples showed two steps, with two capacitive arcs and an inductive looping.     

声表面波对GaAs(110)量子阱发光特性的调制

结合声表面波和光致发光谱在低温(15K)下对非故意掺杂的GaAs(110)量子阱结构的发光特性进行了研究.实验结果表明，由于声表面波的作用GaAs(110)量子阱的发光强度减弱,并且其对应的重空穴能级出现了分裂的现象，当施加的声波强度P_rf达到20dBm时，能级分裂ΔE达到了10meV.进一步讨论了声表面波对GaAs(110)量子阱圆偏振光自旋注入的影响. 关键词： 发光 GaAs量子阱 声表面波 自旋极化

在常温常压下采用新型旋转电极等离子体反应器，对辉光等离子体作用下的甲烷偶联反应制C2烃进行了研究。结果表明，甲烷偶联反应的主要产物为C2H2，占C2烃的80%以上，能量效率在5.6%～11.2%之间；增加H2含量可以提高CH4转化率和C2烃收率；在500～2200kJ•mol−1的能量密度范围内，CH4转化率随能量密度的增大而线性增加，C2烃收率随着能量密度的增加呈峰形变化趋势。     

二维磁结构的扫描隧道显微术研究

文章介绍了近年来利用扫描隧道显微术（STM）对表面和薄膜磁结构的研究进展。二维或表面磁结构可以通过在非磁性单晶上外延磁性单原子层薄膜形成，也可以在清洁的磁性单晶表面形成。利用磁性的STM针尖可以观测到原子分辨的表面磁结构。这将增进人们从纳米尺度对磁性的理解，并推动磁电子学的发展。     

Spectral Representation Theory for Dielectric Behavior of Nonspherical Cell Suspensions

Recent experiments revealed that the dielectric dispersion spectrum of fission yeast cells in a suspension was mainly composed of two sub-dispersions. The low-frequency sub-dispersion depended on the cell length, while the high-frequency one was independent of it. The cell shape effect was simulated by an ellipsoidal cell model but the comparison between theory and experiment was far from being satisfactory. Prompted by the discrepancy, we proposed the use of spectral representation to analyze more realistic cell models. We adopted a shell-spheroidal model to analyze the effects of the cell membrane. It is found that the dielectric property of the cell membrane has only a minor effect on the dispersion magnitude ratio and the characteristic frequency ratio. We further included the effect of rotation of dipole induced by an external electric field, and solved the dipole-rotation spheroidal model in the spectral representation.Good agreement between theory and experiment has been obtained.     

表面粗糙度测量的磁光位相调制和锁相干涉

提出了一种表面粗糙度测量的新方法，该方法采用了微分偏振干涉的原理，利用由法拉第磁光调制器所组成的调制系统对偏振干涉光路的位相进行调制，利用锁相干涉原理对位相进行探测，该方法可实现无参考面快速非接触测量，在普通实验条件下，也可保持良好的稳定恶性循环 ，实验装置即可给出表面的轮廓又可给出其它统计数据，其横向分辨率为１．２μｍ纵向为２ｎｍ。     

An Informational Approach to the Sinusoidal Law of Photon Polarization

The photon polarization law po ＝ sin2θ is derived from a simple informational consideration by twomethods: The first is via an intuitive principle of mininum Fisher information, the second is via a symmetry andinvariance argument. The results demonstrate that in photon polarization, Nature has a tendency to hide herselfas deepas possible while obeying some regular conditions.     

A neutron polarization analysis study of Ce2Fe17 in its paramagnetic phase

Spin-flip (paramagnetic) scattering and neutron depolarization studies were performed on Ce₂Fe₁₇ in its paramagnetic phase on the Dhruva neutron polarization analysis spectrometer. The absence of normalQ dependence of the scattered spin flip intensity shows that Ce₂Fe₁₇ is not a normal paramagnetic and there exist superparamagnetic clusters of sufficiently large dimensions (～100Å). The observed neutron depolarization gives an indication of the dynamics of these Ce₂Fe₁₇ superparamagnetic clusters.     

Effect of distortion in electron impact excitation in Coulomb-projected Born approximation

We have calculated total and differential cross-sections for 1s →ns (n = 2, 3, 4) electron impact excitation of hydrogen and hydrogenic ions at various energies in Coulomb-projected Born approximation. Distortion due to static interactions, target polarization and exchange effects has been incorporated in the initial channel. The present calculations have been compared with other theoretical and experimental results.
