Stereoselective effects in the solid-phase hydrogenation of unsaturatedl-hydroxyproline derivatives

The solid-phase catalytic hydrogenation of (R-4tert-butoxy-Δ¹-pyrroline-2-carboxylic) acid under the action of hydrogen spillover was studied. The reaction proceeds stereoselectively with the predominant formation of thel-amino acid. The configuration of the asymmetric center formed is determined by that of the asymmetric C(4) atom. The major portion of the isotope label is incorporated into the allylic C(3) and C(5) positions, and the β-H atoms are more mobile. Using quantum-chemical calculations, the geometric structure of thel-hydroxyproline molecule was calculated, and the spin-spin coupling constants for this tritium-labeled amino acid were determined. 杂原子B—ZSM—35沸石的干法合成,表征及CO＋H2反应性能的研究

首次利用吸附态模板剂在Ｎａ２Ｏ－ＳｉＯ２－Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＤＥＡ干粉体系中合成了杂原子Ｂ－ＳＺＭ－３５沸石，ＸＲＤ，ＳＥＭ，ＩＲ，及ＣＯ加氢反应研究了其物理化学特性。结果表明，Ｂ原子同晶取代Ａｌ原子进入ＺＳＭ－３５沸石骨加。

贵金属对钴基催化剂上肉桂醛选择加氢反应的影响

 研究了贵金属改性的Co／γ－Al2O3催化剂上的肉桂醛选择加氢反应．结果表明，通过Pt，Pd和Ru贵金属改性，提高了催化剂的活性，但只有Pt改性的催化剂具有较高的选择性．w（Pt）＜0．5％时，催化剂的活性随着Pt含量的增加呈直线升高，当w（Pt）＝0．5％时，催化剂活性可提高近5倍，但催化剂的选择性变化很小．XRD结果表明，催化剂经还原后，γ－Al2O3上的钴主要为α－Co0．TPR结果表明，Pt的加入提高了Co3O4的还原性能，且Pt含量越高，Co3O4的还原温度越低．XPS结果表明，Pt改性的催化剂样品，其Co3O4大部分被还原为Co0．由于Pt与Co具有协同效应，故Pt改性的Co／γ－Al2O3催化剂既具有较高的活性，又具有很高的选择性．     

双核钯配合物［Ph_2P（o－C_6H_4CO）PdCl］_2·2CH_2Cl_

合成了双氯桥双核钯配合物［Ｐｈ_２Ｐ（ｏ－Ｃ_６Ｈ_４ＣＯ）ＰｄＣｌ］_２·２ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ_２进行了元素分析、红外光谱表征和晶体结构测定，研究了其催化氢化性能。在３０～８０℃、氢分压１．０～５．０ＭＰａ的范围内。发现该配合物是催化氢化丙烯酸为丙酸的有效催化剂．晶体［Ｐｄ_２Ｃｌ_２（Ｃ_（１９）Ｈ_（１４）ＯＰ）_２］·２ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ_２属Ｐ１空间群，ａ＝０．９３０４（３）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．０３９２（２）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．１０６２（３）ｎｍ；ａ＝１０２．７８（２），Ｂ＝９７．３５（３），γ＝９５．２５（２），Ｖ＝１．０２６４ｎｍ~３，Ｍ＝１０３２．１７，２＝１，Ｄｃ＝１．６７０ｇ／ｃｍ~３，ｕ＝１３．６９５ｃｍ~（－１），Ｆ（０００）＝５１２，用１９４５个独立衍射精修结构，最终Ｒ＝０．０３６。     

Reaction kinetics of the selective liquid phase hydrogenation of styrene oxide to β-phenethyl alcohol

Liquid phase hydrogenation of styrene oxide using 1% Pd/C and NaOH as a promoter was found to give selectively β-phenethyl alcohol (PEA) under very mild conditions (313–333 K; 0.68–5.5 MPa). The kinetics of this system was investigated by collecting initial rate data in a batch slurry reactor. Rate of hydrogenation was found to decrease beyond a certain concentration of both hydrogen (>3 MPa) and styrene oxide (>0.5 kmol/m³). A Langmuir–Hinshelwood type rate equation has been proposed based on the initial rate data in the kinetic regime. The model predictions agree very well with the experimentally observed concentration–time data indicating the applicability of the proposed rate model.     

Deuterated ammonium formate as deuterium source in a mild catalytic deuterium transfer reaction of pyridines, pyrazines and isoquinolines

The application of deuterated ammonium formate as deuterium source in transfer deuteration reactions of aromatic heterocycles (4-6) for the synthesis of highly deuterated, substituted piperidines (1), piperazines (2) and tetrahydroisoquinolines (3) has been developed.     

Synthesis of New Ligand 1,2-Bis{di[（R,R）-1,3,2-oxzaphosphlidine]phosphino}ethane with C_2-symmetric Axis and Application in Rh-catalyzed Asymmetric Hydrogenation

New ligand 1,2-bis{di[（R,R）-1,3,2-oxzaphosphlidine]phosphino}ethane [（R,R）-BDOPPEs 1,2,3 and 4] with C2-symmetric axis and bearing nitrogen and oxygen were synthesized from readily available optically active amino alcohols.Rh complexes with these ligands were highly enantioselective catalysts for asymmetric hydrogenation of N-benzoyldehydroamino acid derivatives and α-functionalized ketones in 99%e.e.and 98%e.e.,respectively.This new class of（R,R）-BDOPPEs 1,2,3 and 4 gave much more effectivity and enantionselectivity than their corresponding non-C2-asymmetric aminophosphine phosphinite.
