反相高效液相色谱法及电喷雾离子阱质谱法分析中药复方制剂肾宝片

建立了一种反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱,以检测波长切换方法,同时测定中药复方制剂肾宝片中5种主要成分的含量。采用Alltima C18柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,用检测波长切换法,将5种主要成分分离测定,并采用高效液相色谱与电喷雾离子阱质谱(MS^3)联用,成功分离和鉴别了该制剂中的20种成分。本文建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于中药制剂肾宝片的质量控制。     

富锌排铅咀嚼片对铅染毒大鼠的排铅作用

研究了富锌排铅咀嚼片 (RZLR)对实验性铅染毒大鼠的排铅作用。将 48只 1 0 0～ 1 40g雄性大鼠 ,按质量随机分成空白对照组、阳性药物组、模型对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组 ,每组 8只。空白对照组自由饮水 ,其它五组饮用 2 0 0mg/L的醋酸铅水溶液染毒。 3 0d后 ,剂量组以人体摄入量 (按人体质量计 0 1g/kg)的 5、 1 0、 3 0倍经口灌胃 ,阳性药物组灌胃二巯基丁二酸 (DMSA) ,空白对照组和模型对照组每天灌水。一个月后测定血、肝脏及胫骨中的铅含量。结果表明 ,RZLE组与模型对照组相比 ,大鼠血铅、胫骨中铅明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。按照《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法规范》标准判定 ,富锌排铅咀嚼片有促进动物排铅的作用。     

Complete Assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR Spectra of Carthamin Potassium Salt Isolated from Carthamus tinctorius L.

Carthamin potassium salt isolated from Carthamus tinctorius L. was purified by an improved traditional Japanese method, without using column chromatography. The ¹H and ¹³C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signals of the pure product were fully assigned using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, while the high purity of the potassium salt and deprotonation at the 3′ position of carthamin were confirmed by atomic adsorption spectroscopy and nano-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.     

Integrated evaluation of HPLC and UV fingerprints for the quality control of Danshen tablet by systematic quantified fingerprint method combined with antioxidant activity

Danshen tablet, which consists of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Borneolum syntheticum , has been widely used in the therapy of cardiovascular disease. The aim of this study was to develop comprehensive evaluation methods for the quality control of Danshen tablet. First, five‐wavelength fusion fingerprint was established to avoid one‐sidedness of a single wavelength. Then, the ultraviolet spectrum fingerprint was applied to reflect the information of unsaturated bond and conjugated system of chemical substances in Danshen tablet. The similarity analyses of these two fingerprints were performed by systematic quantified fingerprint method in terms of qualitative and quantitative aspects. After that, the evaluation results of high‐performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet fingerprints were integrated by the mean algorithm, which could reduce the error caused by single method. The integrated evaluation results showed that 30 batches of samples were classified into seven grades. Finally, the fingerprint–efficacy relationship was established using an on‐line antioxidant system and partial least‐squares model to explore the connection between chemical components and antioxidant activities. The methods established in this paper were found suitable for the analysis of Danshen tablet.     

褶合光谱法测定感冒通片中双氯酚酸钠和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量

应用褶合光谱法的双组分定量分析功能,不经分离直接测定感冒通片中双氯酚酸钠和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。双氯芬酸钠的平均回收率为100．5％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．16％;马来酸氯苯那敏的平均回收率为99．63％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．57％。     

高效液相色谱法测定硝苯地平片含量及其含量均匀度

采用高效液相色谱法测定了硝苯地平片含量及其含量均匀度。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为V（甲醇）：V（三乙胺缓冲液,pH5．20）=68:32,紫外检测器,检测波长为237um。在此色谱条件下可得到较宽的线性范围和较高的回收率,其分解产物亦可得到良好的分离。     

珍珠片剂中钙含量的测定

采用络滴定法对复方珍珠片剂中的钙含量进行了测定,相对标准偏差０．０２％,回收率９９．８％,方法简便易行,重现性好。
