Biofunctionalizing a simple and disposable graphene oxide-modified screen-printed carbon electrode with anti-interleukin-15 antibodies has been successfully demonstrated for the first time for the label-free electrochemical detection of interleukin-15, a biomarker of early HIV infection. To improve the electrochemical reactivity and introduce carboxylic groups on the surface of screen-printed carbon electrode, high-quality graphene oxide was used for the modification of screen-printed carbon electrode. With simple modification of the screen-printed carbon electrode, the device exhibited satisfactory sensitivity, selectivity, stability, reproducibility, and regenerability. The immunosensor provided a detection limit of 3.51?ng?mL?1 and a sensitivity of 0.5655?µA cm?2?mL?ng?1. The simply constructed immunosensor thus rendered promising device for immunoreactions on the surface of the electrode.  相似文献

目的研究早期进入ICU监护治疗的方式对救治重型颅脑损伤患者的影响。方法选择2013年1月—2015年7月收治的200例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规普通病房治疗,治疗组采用早期进入ICU监护治疗。观察比较两组患者实施各项治疗措施所需时间、治疗4周内病死率、治疗4周后生存患者平均神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、治疗4周后生存患者平均Barthel指数评分。结果治疗组在人工辅助通气道建立、高热缓解、术前准备等各项治疗措施平均耗时显著少于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组治疗4周内病死率2.0%,显著低于对照组病死率10.0%(P0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组生存患者平均神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P0.05),治疗组生存患者平均Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论早期进入ICU监护治疗的方式对救治重型颅脑损伤患者治疗效果显著,能够更快的完成治疗措施、改善预后、改善神经功能恢复情况、降低死率。  相似文献

This publication characterizes the nutritional value of the Polish hemp seeds of the ‘Bialobrzeskie’ and ‘Henola’ varieties, including the profile/content of fatty acids and amino acids. Hemp seeds were found to be rich in protein, fat, and dietary fiber. Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) dominated the unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) profile. Their average share within the total fatty acids (FA) was as high as 75%. Linoleic acid belonging to this group accounted for 55% of the total FA. Lipid profile indices (Σ n − 6/Σ n − 3, Σ PUFA/Σ SFA, the thrombogenicity index, the atherogenicity index and the hypocholesterolemic/hypercholesterolemic ratio) proved the high nutritional value of hemp oil. Considering the tyrosine + phenylalanine and histidine contents, hemp protein exhibited a great degree of similarity to egg protein, which is known and valued for its high biological value.  相似文献

Early time series classification (ETSC) is crucial for real-world time-sensitive applications. This task aims to classify time series data with least timestamps at the desired accuracy. Early methods used fixed-length time series to train the deep models, and then quit the classification process by setting specific exiting rules. However, these methods may not adapt to the length variation of flow data in ETSC. Recent advances have proposed end-to-end frameworks, which leveraged the Recurrent Neural Networks to handle the varied-length problems, and the exiting subnets for early quitting. Unfortunately, the conflict between the classification and early exiting objectives is not fully considered. To handle these problems, we decouple the ETSC task into the varied-length TSC task and the early exiting task. First, to enhance the adaptive capacity of classification subnets to the data length variation, a feature augmentation module based on random length truncation is proposed. Then, to handle the conflict between classification and early exiting, the gradients of these two tasks are projected into a unified direction. Experimental results on 12 public datasets demonstrate the promising performance of our proposed method.  相似文献

目的探讨早期护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果的影响。方法对照组患儿采取常规护理,实验组患儿采取早期护理干预。观察患儿胎便初排时间和胎便转黄时间;观察患儿干预前后血清胆红素、体质量变化情况。结果实验组患儿胎便初排时间和胎便转黄时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),实验组患儿干预后血清胆红素、体质量均优于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组患儿干预后血清胆红素优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果有积极的影响,能够缩短患儿胎便初排时间和胎便转黄时间,改善患儿血清胆红素、体质量水平。  相似文献

The generalized ray method (GRM) has been successfully used to study the transient elastic wave transmitting in the beams, planar trusses, space frames and infinite layered media. In this letter, the GRM is extended to investigate the early short time transient responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells under impact load. By using the Laplace transformation and referring to the boundary conditions, the ray groups transmitting in the finite laminated cylindrical shells under the shock load are obtained and the transient response related to each ray group can be derived via FFT algorithm. From the numerical results, it is shown that the early short time transient accelerations of the laminated composite cylindrical shell under impact loads are very large. But the short time transient shear strain and displacement are very small.  相似文献

The general characteristics of the transition from hadronic matter of nucleons, three quark bags, mesons of quark antiquark pairs to quark gluon plasma is discussed. The phenomenological approach essentially guided by the MIT bag model and general thermodynamic criteria of first-order phase transition is elaborated. The more realistic calculations using the QCD lattice renormalization quark are touched upon. Possible signals of quark-gluon plasma are discussed. The central issue of deciphering plasma signals from the signals of hot hadronic matter is discussed in detail. The signals of the quark-gluon plasma, a subject of considerable interest in contemporary literature are focussed only on (i) dileptons (ii) photon photon pairs and (iii)J/Ψ suppression (with special emphasis on CERN experiments). The lingering shadow of “EMC” effect is also mentioned. Relics of the very early universe microseconds after the big bang in today’s universe (∼ 15 billion years later) are discussed. Finally, the outlook of this very exciting field is presented, a purely personal viewpoint, generalized eventually to poetic signals of the creation of the universe.  相似文献

Abstract

Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a promising platform for simple, rapid, and economical protein quantitation and analysis and can achieve much lower detection limits for the ultrasensitive detection of proteins and a much wider linear concentration range for quantitative analysis than other methods can. In addition, SERS can provide a large amount of fingerprint information for the individual components of a mixture through SERS effects, which are sensitive and selective for different types of proteins and protein mixtures. In general, the occurrence and development of diseases are accompanied by changes in the content or structure of biomarkers (disease-related proteins). Here, we provide an overview of the SERS technique and its applications to disease-related protein determination. Different diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), cardiac muscle tissue injury, and multicancer, are discussed and exhibit potential utility in biomarker detection and diagnosis. SERS opens a new path to the early diagnosis of critical diseases, which will effectively reduce human suffering and mortality.  相似文献
