XPS,AFM, ATR and TPD evidence for terraced,dihydrogen terminated, 1×1 (100) silicon

Heating (100) silicon at high temperature (say, higher than 850 °C) in H₂, cooling to 670–700 °C in the same ambient, and quenching to room temperature in N₂ results in environmentally robust, terraced 1 × 1 (100) SiH₂. Evidence for this conclusion is based on angle‐resolved x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, infrared absorption spectroscopy in the attenuated total reflection mode, thermal programmed desorption, and reflection high‐energy electron diffraction. Networks and chain coverings in partial orders and their products

For an arbitrary poset P, subposets {P _i : 1ik} form a transitive basis of P if P is the transitive closure of their union. Let u be the minimum size of a covering of P by chains within posets of the basis, s the maximum size of a family of elements with no pair comparable in any basis poset, and a the maximum size of an antichain in P. Define a dense covering to be a collection D of chains within basis posets such that each element belongs to a chain in D within each basis poset and is the top of at least k-1 chains and the bottom of at least k-1 chains in D. Dense coverings generalize ordinary chain coverings of poset. Let d=min {|D|–(k–1)|P|}. For an arbitrary poset and transitive basis, a convenient network model for dense coverings yields the following: Theorem 1: da, with equality iff P has a minimum chain decomposition in which every pair of consecutive elements on each chain are comparable in some basis poset. Theorem 2: usda. Theorem 3: s=d iff s=a. The most interesting special case is where the transitive basis expresses P as the product of two posets, in which case u and s measure the minimum and maximum sizes of unichain coverings and semiantichains.     

Synthesis of Donor–Acceptor Alkynylcyclopropanes by Diastereoselective Cyclopropanation of Electron‐Deficient Alkenes with Alkoxyalkynyl Fischer Carbene Complexes

The reaction of electron‐deficient alkenes with alkoxyalkynyl Fischer carbene complexes (FCCs) represents a straightforward route to a new type of captodative (donor–acceptor) alkynylcyclopropanes, which have been prepared in moderate to high yields and in a diastereoselective manner. Some studies regarding the employment of additives to facilitate the recovery of the metal moiety after the reaction are also described. Finally, the first example of a cyclopropanation reaction through employing Fischer carbene complexes under microwave irradiation is presented; this method proved to be an advantageous alternative to the thermal reaction.     

甲烷部分氧化制合成气：Ⅲ.镍系催化剂物性及与催化性能间的关联

使用ＴＰＲ和Ｈ２－ＴＰＤ技术对镍铝系催化剂的还原和氢脱附性能进行了研究，并与其催化性能相关联。结果发现，镍铝系催化剂的氢脱附能力与其催化性能之间有一定联系，脱附氢能力越强，催化剂的甲烷部分氧化反应性能就越好，但催化性能与还原性能无直接关联。     

Direct melting polycondensation and characterization of poly(ɛ-caprolactone-co-lactic acid)

A kind of biodegradable material, poly(ɛ-caprolactone-co-lactic acid) [P(CL-co-LA)] was synthesized via the direct melting polycondensation of lactic acid (LA) and ɛ-caprolactone (CL). The influences of the polycondensation time, and the catalyst type on the intrinsic viscosity of P(CL-co-LA) were also investigated. The results indicate that P(CL-co-dl-LA), with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4733 dL/g, can be prepared by direct melting polycondensation with the molar ratio LA/CL = 3:7 at 180°C and 70 Pa for 12 h, using 0.5% (mass fraction) of SnCl₂ as the catalyst. Compared with lactide ring-opening polycondensation (ROP), the direct melting polycondensation of LA and CL is more practicable and simple. 微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定兰州鲶中微量元素

使用微波消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了兰州鲶中的铁、锌、镁含量。结果显示,兰州鲶中含有丰富的铁、锌、镁三种人体必需微量元素。该法测定快速、简单,结果满意。     

Concentrations of Active Species in the Flowing Afterglow of a Nitrogen Microwave Plasma

Measurements of nitrogen atom density, by means of NO chemical titration, along with an evaluation of the densities of some excited species N ₂ (B, v=11), N ₂ (B, v=2), N ₂ (C, v=0), and N ₂ ⁺ (B,v=0), by means of a spectroscopic study of some bands of dinitrogen, are achieved along the flowing afterglow of a dinitrogen microwave plasma (2450 MHz) for several pressures. The concentrations obtained are in the following range: [N]10 ⁺¹⁵ , [N ₂ (B, 2)]10 ⁺⁹ –10 ⁺¹⁰ , [N ₂ (B, 11)]10 ⁺⁸ –10 ⁺⁹ , [N ₂ (C, 0)]10 ⁺⁶ –10 ⁺⁷ , [N ₂ ⁺ (B,0)]10 ⁺⁶ -10 ⁺⁸ (cm^-3). From a kinetic study of the formation and decay of excited and charged species, an estimation of N ₂ (A, v), N ₂ (X, v, and N ₂ ⁺ (X) densities can be derived: [N ₂ (A, v)]10 ⁺¹² , [N ₂ (X, v6)]10 ⁺¹⁵ –10 ⁺¹⁶ , [N ₂ (X, v12)]10 ⁺¹⁴ –10 ⁺¹⁵ , [N ₂ ⁺ (X)]10 ⁺¹⁰ (cm ^-3 ).     

MgFe2O4-Fe2O3纳米粉体的软化学合成及电磁学特性

Nano-MgFe₂O₄-Fe₂O₃ magnetic powders were synthesized by citrate gel under microwave irradiation. The structure，particle size distribution，electromagnetic characteristics of nano-MgFe₂O₄-Fe₂O₃ were characterized by using TG-DTA, X-ray, electronic microscope, nano-size measurement and electromagnetism measurement apparatus。The results show that the product is a mixture of MgFe₂O₄ and Fe₂O₃ with average size of 44 nm, tanδ for the product is 0.265 and 0.610 at frequency of 1.0 GHz and 1.8 GHz respectively.

伯溴代烷的微波快速合成法
