The aim of this research is to achieve the synthesis of a novel mono azo disperse dye containing both a β‐naphthyl acetate group and carboxylic acid ester group and application on PET fabric. In this study the dyeing properties have also been investigated. The synthesized dye was characterized using UV‐Vis, FTIR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopic techniques. To investigate alkali‐clearability, both alkali‐hydrolysis behavior and the effect of its fastness properties with regard to PET fabric were examined. This dye showed a reasonable level of hydrolysis under relatively mild alkaline conditions. The application of the dye to PET fabric showed good leveling and building up properties. Estimating fastness properties of the dyed fabric showed excellent wash, rubbing fastness, good light and sublimation fastness. The results furthermore displayed that the synthesized dye offers the option of alkali‐clearing process over that of a conventional reduction‐clearing process. Therefore, the value of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and water pollution as well as the expenditure of production were decreased. 相似文献

A straightforward method for the preparation of polysiloxanes grafted with carbohydrate side groups is described. Two kinds of backbones have been functionalized, namely one‐dimensional, linear polysiloxanes, and hyperbranched poly(siloxysilane)s based on cyclotetrasiloxanes. The method enables us to keep a good integrity of the polysiloxane backbone. The introduction of intermediate activated esters as side groups on the polysiloxane backbone ensures a complete homogeneity of the reaction medium during sugar grafting in dimethyl sulfoxide, and consequently an easy grafting with the unprotected amino sugar. Solubility of the resulting polysiloxanes has been tested in various solvents. The sugar‐grafted polysiloxanes are good candidates for applications such as silicone formulations, hydrophilic silicone elastomers, interactions with metallic nanoparticles, and suspension stabilization, or as starting point for the design of more complex polysiloxanes for molecular recognition. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过分子结构设计,合成了一种氮一硼内配位结构的硼酸酯偶联剂,解决了硼酸酯水解稳定性差的问题,同时分子结构中含有氨基、丁氧基等活性基团。用傅立叶变换红外光谱对硼酸酯进行了结构表征,讨论了原料配比、合成工艺等对硼酸酯收率及反应速率的影响,并通过实验确定了最佳配方及工艺。对硼酸酯的物理性能、溶解性、水解稳定性及对硼酸铝晶须的表面处理效果进行了表征。结果表明:合成的硼酸酯偶联剂由于具有氮-硼内配位作用,表现出优良的水解稳定性,并且硼酸酯偶联剂对硼酸铝晶须具有良好的表面改性效果。 相似文献

使用不同沉淀剂制备了CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5复合型催化剂,考察了其对CO2直接加氢的催化性能,并采用H2-TPR、XRD、BET、CO2-TPD、H2-TPD等表征方法对催化剂物化性质进行了表征。研究结果表明,沉淀剂对催化剂的反应性能、晶相结构、还原难易程度、以及对CO2、H2的吸附性能等均有显著影响。催化剂上存在两种吸附位,催化剂的活性、选择性与其吸附性能密切相关。研究结果可以较好地解释CO2直接转化为甲醇和二甲醚的反应机理。 相似文献

Fumed silica, a synthetic silicon dioxide, is a powerful rheological additive for resins and paints to introduce thixotropy or even a yield point. The rheological effectiveness of fumed silica is based on its ability to form percolating networks which immobilize large volumes of liquid. By a combination of advanced rheological experiments, spectroscopical investigations, and quantum chemical calculations it could be demonstrated that the formation and stability of the silica network is strongly influenced by particle-resin interactions. The results can be used to develop comprehensive models, which explain the rheological performance of different grades of fumed silica in different resins. 相似文献
