研究了腰果酚在无光引发剂条件下的紫外光固化反应,并用IR、UV、元素分析、GPC等分析手段分析了腰果酚的紫外光固化机理及其固化膜性能。结果表明:在紫外光辐照下,腰果酚通过侧链发生氧化聚合反应,和酚羟基的邻对位失去质子形成的自由基引起的苯环缩合反应,最终形成体型高聚物。腰果酚的紫外光固化膜的常规物理机械性能、抗溶剂性、耐化学介质腐蚀性、热稳定性和抗紫外线性能均优于腰果酚醛缩聚物(PC)涂膜。  相似文献

Oxoaminium salt ( 1 ), derived from 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (TEMPO, 2 ) by one-electron oxidation, could be an initiator for cationic polymerization of vinyl monomers such as isobutyl vinyl ether (IBVE), 2,3-dihydrofuran, p-methoxystyrene, N-vinyl pyrrolidone, etc., to give the corresponding polymers, when 1 had a low nucleophilic counter anion. Formation of the adducts of 1 and IBVE as well as 1H-NMR and IR data suggested the formation of polymers containing N? O? C structure as the polymer head group. In the polymerization of IBVE, the effects of solvent and concentration of 1 were little observed, however the polymerization rate was dependent on temperature. Furthermore, the thermal reaction of the polymers obtained, which were regarded as prepolymers for block copolymerization and polymeric initiators for radical polymerization, was studied. For example, poly(2-benzylidene-1,3-dioxane) obtained by the polymerization of 2-benzylidene-1,3-dioxane with oxoaminium hexafluoroantimonate ( 1, X = SbF6) was employed as an initiator for radical polymerization of MMA to give its block copolymer with PMMA. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The industrial applications of benzoxazines are limited due to their high curing temperatures. This drawback can be overcome by more reactive precursor compared to conventional benzoxazines or by application of efficient initiators. We report the synthesis of a new resorcinol‐based benzoxazine and its cationic polymerization with thermolatent super acids, namely organic sulfonium hexafluoroantimonates. This combination of a reactive precursor and an efficient initiator results in a curing temperature below 100 °C (differential scanning calorimetry onset) which is up to now one of the lowest polymerization temperatures for benzoxazine systems. Furthermore, the thermal stability of the formed polybenzoxazine has not been influenced by the applied initiators. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. We describe the discovery of novel low cost bifunctional initiators 2,4,7,9‐tetramethyl‐tricyclo[6.2.0.036]deca‐1(8),2,6‐triene‐4,9‐diol (bBCB‐diOH) and 4,9‐dichloro,2,4,7,9‐tetramethyl‐tricyclo[6.2.0.036]deca‐1(8),2,6‐triene (bBCB‐diCl), for living cationic bidirectional polymerization of olefins, for example, isobutylene. bBCB‐diOH was quantitatively synthesized in one step by UV radiation of commercially available diacetyl durene (DAD) and bBCB‐diCl by hydrochlorination of bBCB‐diOH. These molecules, in conjunction with TiCl4 coinitiator, initiate the living polymerization of isobutylene. Livingness was demonstrated by linear conversion versus molecular weight (MW) plots and narrow MW distributions. Polymerizations are slower than those initiated by the universally used “hindered” bifunctional initiator 5‐tert‐butyl‐1,3‐bis(1‐chloro‐1‐methyl)benzene and are suitable for rate studies. Herein, we report the synthesis, by the use of bBCB‐diCl, of relatively low MW (M n < 3000 g mol?1) allyl‐telechelic polyisobutylene (PIB) used for the synthesis of PIB‐based polyurethanes and that of relatively high MW (M n > 30,000) living PIB telechelics for the synthesis of thermoplastic elastomers. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The polymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) initiated by tetramethyl-2-tetrazene (TMT) and p-toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) in dimethylformamide (DMF) was studied. The polymerization was confirmed to proceed through a radical mechanism. The initial rate of polymerization R was expressed by the equation: Rp = k[TMT]0.6 [TSA]0.46 [AN]1.35. The overall activation energy for the polymerization was estimated as 20.7 kcal/mole. In the absence of monomer, the reaction of TMT with TSA was also studied kinetically by measuring the evolution of nitrogen. From these results and ESR measurement of the TMT/TSA system, a possible initiation mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

11,11′-Dithiobis[1-(2-bromo-2-methylpropionyloxy)undecane], a conventional initiator for grafting polymers from gold surfaces, was synthesized in two steps from 11-mercapto-1-undecanol in 88–92% overall yield. Oxidative dimerization of 11-mercapto-1-undecanol with a catalytic amount of sodium iodide and 30% hydrogen peroxide in ethyl acetate proceeded in 96% yield. Esterification with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide in dichloromethane was clean and almost quantitative (92% yield) with pyridine used as base, whereas triethylamine gave a messy reaction (64% yield). Alternatively, esterification with 2-bromo-2-methyl-propanoic acid in dichloromethane occurred readily under Steglich's conditions with N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and a catalytic amount of dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP; 88% yield).  相似文献

Two-photon polymerization (2PP) represents a powerful technique for the fabrication of precise three-dimensional structures on a micro- and nanometer scale for various applications. While many review articles are focusing on the used polymeric materials and their application in 2PP, in this review the class of two-photon photo initiators (2PI) used for radical polymerization is discussed in detail. Because the demand for highly efficient 2PI has increased in the last decades, different approaches in designing new efficient 2PIs occurred. This review summarizes the 2PIs known in literature and discusses their absorption behavior under one- and two-photon absorption (2PA) conditions, their two-photon cross sections (σTPA) as well as their efficiency under 2PP conditions. Here, the photo initiators are grouped depending on their chromophore system (D-π-A-π-D, D-π-D, etc.). Their polymerization efficiencies are evaluated by fabrication windows (FW) depending on different laser intensities and writing speeds.  相似文献

New multiarm stars have been synthesized based on polylithium derivatives of high-generation carbosilane dendrimers. In the synthesis of multiarm stars based on the eighth-generation dendrimer, steric hindrances were observed even during the synthesis of a polylithium initiator. Subsequently, this led to chain transfer reactions between growing arms, as well as other side effects. As a result, dense nanogel formations with a higher tendency of ordering than in classical objects of this type were isolated from the reaction mixture. The study of the rheology of multiarm stars based on sixth-generation dendrimers made it possible to determine the activation energies of viscous flow in these objects, which makes it possible to consider them as objects with a macromolecular nature and a reptation flow mechanism.  相似文献

The synthesis and physical characterization of a new class of N‐heterocycle–boryl radicals is presented, based on five membered ring ligands with a N(sp2) complexation site. These pyrazole–boranes and pyrazaboles exhibit a low bond dissociation energy (BDE; B?H) and accordingly excellent hydrogen transfer properties. Most importantly, a high modulation of the BDE(B?H) by the fine tuning of the N‐heterocyclic ligand was obtained in this series and could be correlated with the spin density on the boron atom of the corresponding radical. The reactivity of the latter for small molecule chemistry has been studied through the determination of several reaction rate constants corresponding to addition to alkenes and alkynes, addition to O2, oxidation by iodonium salts and halogen abstraction from alkyl halides. Two selected applications of N‐heterocycle–boryl radicals are also proposed herein, for radical polymerization and for radical dehalogenation reactions.  相似文献
