Nanoparticles of barium carbonate (BaCO3) have been synthesized in situ from barium chloride by the slow release of carbon dioxide by alkaline hydrolysis of diethyl carbonate, and stabilized by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) at the water/hexamethylene interface. Transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X‐ray powder diffractometry were used to characterize the products. The results indicate that spherical BaCO3 nanoparticles are obtained with poor crystallinity and diameters ranging from 30 to 300 nm. A new polyketide, purpurogenic acid (1), and two known polyketides, (-)-mitorubrin (2) and (-)-mitorubrinol (3), were isolated from a fungal mutant derived from the diethyl sulphate (DES) mutagenesis of marine-derived Penicillium purpurogenum G59. The planar structure of new 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods and the absolute configuration was assigned on the basis of [α]D and CD data. Two new polyketides, purpurofuranone (1) and purpuropyranone (2), were isolated along with the known polyketides, cillifuranone (3) and taiwapyrone (4), from a mutant BD-3n-1 derived from the diethyl sulfate (DES) mutagenesis of a marine-derived Penicillium purpurogenum G59. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods especially on the basis of X-ray diffraction and calculated optical rotations data. A practical direct preparation of tert-butyl esters from 2-tert-butoxypyridine has been developed. This system features the use of boron trifluoride·diethyl etherate in toluene solvent to rapidly achieve the reaction at room temperature. Using this reaction protocol, a variety of tert-butyl esters were synthesized from several different carboxylic acids at high yields. This practical procedure provides a promising and effective approach to the protection of carboxylic acids with a tert-butyl group. 相似文献

建立了同时测定化妆品中硫酸二甲酯和硫酸二乙酯的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法。样品经溶剂提取后采用GC-MS测定,外标法定量。水基类、乳液类、膏霜类、啫喱类和粉类化妆品的方法检出限均为1.5 mg/kg,定量下限均为5.0 mg/kg;蜡基类化妆品的检出限为3.0 mg/kg,定量下限为10.0 mg/kg;油状化妆品的方法检出限为5.0 mg/kg,定量下限为16.0 mg/kg。目标物在0.25~20.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99,硫酸二甲酯的平均回收率为83.8%~104.7%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~8.2%;硫酸二乙酯的平均回收率为84.7%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为3.5%~8.7%。方法前处理简单,灵敏度高,可满足水基类、乳液类、膏霜类、啫喱类、粉类和油状化妆品中硫酸二甲酯和硫酸二乙酯的检测要求。 相似文献
