采用生物材料(蛋清)作为栅绝缘层制备了基于C60为有源层的有机场效应晶体管。器件展现出了合理的电学特性,场效应迁移率和阈值电压分别为2.59 cm2·V-1·s-1和1.25 V。有机场效应晶体管展现良好性能的原因是蛋清具有较高的介电常数及热退火后形成的光滑表面形貌。实验结果表明,对于制备有机场效应晶体管来说,蛋清是一种有前途的绝缘层材料。  相似文献

Breakdown and pre‐breakdown cause extensive damage in dielectric oils used in power systems subjected to high voltages. Consequently, several research works are devoted to these phenomena. Related investigations are made very difficult by the numerous influencing parameters and the large number of characteristics of these phenomena. The main goal of the present work was to establish a new electrical model that describes the propagation of streamers in liquid dielectrics for a point‐plane configuration subjected to high‐voltage fields. The novelty consists in the presence of an inductance in the equivalent electrical circuit, which represents the dielectric during the partial discharges characterized by fast variations of current. Criticisms were first made concerning previous electrical models that show some disadvantages. The developed model consists of a series RLC circuit whose element values change during propagation. In particular, the value of the resistance decreases in anticipation of breakdown. The simulation of the developed model gave satisfactory results, similar to experimental ones. For instance, the influence of electrical and geometrical parameters on the current pulses amplitude as well as on the streamers propagation velocity and the quantity of charge and the energy injected were studied. Good agreement was also obtained between the obtained results and experimental ones, which reinforces the validity of the model.  相似文献

A review is made of progress on the sol-gel processing of dense insulating electroceramics by polymeric condensation routes. Up until the past ten years, powders and porous coatings were principally made for optical and conductive applications. Much effort was expended on silica (SiO2) and silicate-based systems. Recently, these approaches have been extended to non-silicate systems [1]. In this paper information is presented for the powderless processing of selected electroceramics in thin-layer form. Materials include PbTiO3, BaTiO3, Ba1–x Pb x TiO3, PbZrO3, Pb(Zr1–y Ti y )O3 and (Pb1–x La x )(Zr1–y Ti y )O3 which find applications in ceramic capacitors, piezoelectric transducers and electrooptic modulators. The approach is to avoid powders, and the attendent problems of powder handling, flow, packing, etc., and make use of polymerization condensation reactions to form extended networks with chemical linkage. Data are reported for the synthesis and low temperature processing routes for amorphous and polycrystalline ceramics.  相似文献

In the present article, we have revisited the electronic band gap nature of ZnOxS1?x (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) with the recently developed modified Becke and Johnson exchange potential and the calculated band gaps are found consistent with the experimental results. We expect that the band gap bowing parameter obtained in the present work will be close to the experimental one. As the optical properties of ZnOxS1?x (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) are very important, therefore different optical parameters like dielectric functions, refractive index and reflectivity are also calculated. The results are illustrated in terms of band structures, band gap energy as a function of oxygen composition, total and partial density of states. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

研究了使用压力波法测量平板电介质试样的空间电荷分布的数值解法,使用基于Tikhonov正则化方法的反卷积算法得到了真实的空间电荷分布.在反卷积算法中使用了相关的技术处理,如小波包过滤高频噪音,Tikhonov正则化方法处理积分方程等.利用数值实验研究了噪声对反卷积算法的影响,结果表明,在无噪或者低噪环境下,反卷积算法能够非常好地计算出电介质中的空间电荷分布;在处理有噪数据时,反卷积的结果受到明显的影响,但仍然有较高的计算精度.正则化参数α对空间电荷分布的数值解起着明显的光滑作用,但是对于解的积分值却影响不大.对实际测量数据进行处理的结果表明,反卷积算法成功地计算出了固体电介质中的空间电荷分布和电场分布.  相似文献

We investigate the band-gap structure of some second-order differential operators associated with the propagation of waves in periodic two-component media. Particularly, the operator associated with the Maxwell equations with position-dependent dielectric constant (x),xR 3, is considered. The medium is assumed to consist of two components: the background, where (x) = b , and the embedded component composed of periodically positioned disjoint cubes, where (x) = a . We show that the spectrum of the relevant operator has gaps provided some reasonable conditions are imposed on the parameters of the medium. Particularly, we show that one can open up at least one gap in the spectrum at any preassigned point provided that the size of cubesL, the distancel=L betwen them, and the contrast = b / a are chosen in such a way thatL –2, and quantities -1-3/2 and 2 are small enough. If these conditions are satisfied, the spectrum is located in a vicinity of widthw(3/2)-1 of the set {2 L -2 k 2:kZ3}. This means, in particular, that any finite number of gaps between the elements of this discrete set can be opened simultaneously, and the corresponding bands of the spectrum can be made arbitrarily narrow. The method developed shows that if the embedded component consists of periodically positioned balls or other domains which cannot pack the space without overlapping, one should expect pseudogaps rather than real gaps in the spectrum.  相似文献

Frequency-dependent dielectric measurements, often called frequency-dependent electromagnetic sensing (FDEMS), made over many frequency ranges, Hz–MHz, provide a sensitive, convenient automated means for monitoring in situ the processing properties of thermosets and thermoplastics. Using a planar wafer-thin sensor, measurements can be made in situ in almost any environment. Through the frequency dependence of the impedance, this sensing technique is able to monitor chemical and physical changes throughout the entire cure process. In this presentation we discuss how to use the frequency dependence in the Hz–MHz range to separate and determine parameters governing ionic and dipolar mobility is discussed. In turn, the relationship between these two molecular probes, ionic translational mobility and dipolar rotational mobility, and macroscopic processing properties is also discussed. The cure of a high-temperature polyimide (PMR-15) and the cure of several epoxy resins were monitored using dielectric sensing. The ionic and dipolar mobilities are quantitatively related to the viscosity, degree of cure and the build up in glass transition temperature. The ability of the change in ionic mobility to detect the gel point through the determination of an inflection point and through the use of a power law (1−t/tgel)x is discussed. Finally the application of in situ sensing to monitor processing properties and to control the cure process intelligently in a complex part in an autoclave is described. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Calorimetry and dielectric relaxation spectroscopy during the growth of a polymer network in the stoichiometric mixture of a triepoxide with 4-chloroaniline have been performed in separate experiments to investigate the increase in the relaxation time with the number of covalent bonds. A comparison with the corresponding study of triepoxide–aniline and triepoxide–3-chloroaniline mixtures shows that steric hindrance of the amine group by chlorine slows the molecular dynamics and the relaxation time of the state containing a fixed number of bonds. The polymerization kinetics measured during ramp heating does not yield a reliable activation energy. A recent empirical relation between the relaxation time and the extent of polymerization, and the condition for the onset of diffusion-control kinetics have been examined using the data for these three polymerizing mixtures. The results show substantial deviations from the empirical relation and appear to conflict with our basic understanding of the polymerization process. It is shown mathematically that features attributed to the onset of diffusion-controlled kinetics can arise from thermochemical behavior alone, without reference to the molecular dynamics. An earlier theory for the change in the kinetics of an addition reaction from mass control to diffusion control has been considered, and is seen as relevant to the polymerization reactions. It is argued that the dielectric relaxation rate does not directly indicate the chemical reaction rate because the reorientational motion of the dipolar entities may not be coupled to the rotational and translational diffusion that brings the sterically hindered chemically reacting sites together. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
