We determine the limit of the bottom of spectrum of Schrödinger operators with variable coefficients on Wiener spaces and path spaces over finite-dimensional compact Riemannian manifolds in the semi-classical limit. These are extensions of the results in [S. Aida, Semiclassical limit of the lowest eigenvalue of a Schrödinger operator on a Wiener space, J. Funct. Anal. 203 (2) (2003) 401-424]. The problem on path spaces over Riemannian manifolds is considered as a problem on Wiener spaces by using Ito's map. However the coefficient operator is not a bounded linear operator and the dependence on the path is not continuous in the uniform convergence topology if the Riemannian curvature tensor on the underling manifold is not equal to 0. The difficulties are solved by using unitary transformations of the Schrödinger operators by approximate ground state functions and estimates in the rough path analysis. 相似文献

The subject of spectral distribution methods where one derives and applies the locally smoothed forms of observables in nuclei
is briefly reviewed. It is well understood that the local forms (with respect to energy) of the level density function, expectation
values and strength densities are Gaussian, linear (or ratio of Gaussians) and a bivariate Gaussian respectively. To accomodate
symmetries in the above forms, one has to deal with multivariate distributions in general; for example the angular-momentum
(J) decomposition leads to a bivariate Gaussian form for the level density. These results extend to indefinitely large spaces
by method of partitioning and they generate convolution forms. The origin of these remarkable spectral properties is discussed
and shell model examples are given to substantiate their applicability to nuclear systems. Spectral distribution theory is
a practical, usable theory because the smoothed forms are defined in terms of traces of low particle-rank operators, and the
trace information propagates. Finally we discuss the application of the spectral methods for a wide range of nuclear problems;
these include binding energies, orbit occupancies, electromagnetic andβ-decay sum rule quantities, analysis of operators, symmetry breaking, numerical level densities, and determination of bounds

We propose a new detection method for a pseudo-random frequency modulation continuous wave (RM-CW) coherent lidar. The feature of this method is modulation of local beam with a time delayed pseudo-random sequence. Heterodyne detection and correlation detection between the received beam and the local beam are simultaneously carried out in an optical field. In the RM-CW coherent lidar using the optical field correlation detection method, the received equipment is greatly simplified. In the first part we prove an extension of the Chern-Lashof inequality for noncompact immersed manifolds with finitely many ends. For this we give a lower bound of the total absolute curvature in terms of topological invariants of the manifold. In the second part we discuss tightness properties for such immersions. Finally, we give an upper bound for the substantial codimension.
