HL-2A 装置EPICS 过程变量管理自动化系统

通过分析子系统接入EPICS 平台时大量的数据定义以及数据转换问题,研究了EPICS IOC 数据库构成和EPICS 数据组成结构。采用基于ASP.NET 构架的C#编程技术实现了EPICS 过程变量(PV)管理自动化系统,并提供相应的操作界面。该系统解决了IOC PV 信息收集与数据保障的问题,实现了PV 的批量存储、权限管理、历史查询和实时更新等功能。     

Happy experience of a medical doctor curing from pancreatic cancer —A 60-day diary—

Pancreatic cancer was found by an abdominal CT scan in a medical doctor, the author of this article, before the appearance of any symptoms. After considering all the imaging findings including the CT, MRI, and PET, a diagnosis was made. He was admitted in the University of Tokyo Hospital on the 14th day after the CT finding. On the 18th day, the operation was successfully performed, and no tumor invading to adjacent tissue was seen. On the 29th day, 11th day after the operation, he left the hospital with a drain still in place to excrete abdominal exudation. The remaining drain was finally removed on the 60th day, and the treatment by the surgeon was completed. The chronological events that occurred during these 60 days are described in diary form. There is nothing superior to early detection and early treatment in the fight against cancer. He recommends everybody to receive periodical medical examinations before praying for good luck.     

Identification of Genetic Product — Gm-Csf by Hplc-Esims

ABSTRACT

The genetic product, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating-factor (GM-CSF) biosynthesized in this university, is identified through techniques of HPLC and ESIMS in the present study. Results indicate that the experimental molecular weight for the product protein is in agreement with the expected one. Partial sequences are inferred from the tryptic peptide map of product protein. Combining the partial sequence and molecular weights of tryptic peptides, the product protein of GM-CSF has been verified through the Swiss-Prot protein database with satisfactory results.     

基于J2EE的数据持久模型的设计与实现

针对面向对象技术和关系数据库企业应用开发的通用环境,对数据的持久解决方案并实现数据持久模型进行了研究．基于对象一关系映射技术,使用代理模式进行持久化管理,将底层的数据访问进行独立封装,并根据业务请求和映射信息文件动态地生成SQL代码,从而使得对象模型与关系数据库之间具有无关性;同时,通过动态分配机制和缓冲机制大大提高了数据访问的效率．     

从专利文献分析金刚石涂层工具技术进展

本文采集1975年到2008年金刚石涂层工具技术1100多件世界专利文献,建立专利数据库,从技术和竞争两个方面对其发展脉络和竞争格局进行定量、定性和引证分析.分析表明:(1)在生长工艺、设备及膜/基结合力等技术方面都已比较成熟,金刚石涂层工具已处于产业化阶段,国内外已有批量产品销售;(2)美日等国不仅重视该技术的基础研究和应用基础研究,而且更重视原创技术开发和知识产权的保护;而我国明显表现出严重的重论文轻专利现象;(3)美日等国绝大多数专利为公司开发,原创性专利多,申请量大,实施率较高;而我国大学申请多,企业申请少,专利的实施率较低.我国研发机构应规划适当专利战略,加强研发机构整合,提高专利的授权量,多申请外国专利.     

基于Poincare变换的滑动轴承非线性油膜力数据库方法

运用状态空间Poincare变换使径向滑动轴承动力系统的部分状态变量由无限区间变换到有限区间,在经过变换的状态空间中求解Reynolds方程,建立了径向滑动轴承非线性油膜力数据库及相应的插值拟合程序,实现了非线性油膜力的快速准确获得。通过滑动轴承,转子系统运动瞬态分析和Poincare映射方法验证了数据库及拟合程序的精度。     

The DWT power spectrum analysis of the large scale structure in the universe : Method and simulation tests

Based on the discrete wavelet transformation ( DWT), we present a pixelized method of estimating the power spectra of galaxy samples. With local properties of wavelet both in physical and wavenumber spaces, DWT power spectrum is equal to the corresponding band average of Fourier power spectrum. The DWT estimator is optimized in the sense that the spatial resolution is adaptive automatically to the perturbation wavelength to be studied. Under the assumption of ergodicity, the spatial average of local DWT fluctuation modes provides a fair estimation of the ensemble average. We test DWT spectra of four typical cold dark matter (CDM) structure formation models with numerical simulations. To consider the infections of various observation effects to the DWT spectra, we introduce irregular survey geometries, a given sampling rate, radial selection effects and redshift distortion effects into our mock samples. The numerical results show that, owing to its local properties, DWT spectrum is less affected by the sampling rate, survey geometry, and statistical ensemble fluctuations. With fast wavelet decomposition algorithm, DWT can be used to analyze large survey samples, which is of direct significance in precise measurement of the cosmological parameters from the galaxy redshift surveys of next generation.     

200例乙型肝炎病毒感染者对乙肝预防认知情况调查

为了解乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）新感染人群对乙肝预防的认知情况,对2000年7月－12月在本院就诊的200例HBV感染者做了调查,发现未注射疫苗的人群,94．5％是因对乙肝预防认知程度差所致,其中地区、职业、文化程度的差异是影响认知程度的重要因素。因此,加大对预防工作的投入,加强宣传教育,特别是在我省专州地县、偏远山区,是控制HBV感染的首要途径。
