在二维正方Heisenberg铁磁系统的基础上建立了磁振子-声子相互作用模型. 利用松原格林函数理论研究了系统的声子衰减,计算了布里渊区的主要对称点线上的声子衰减曲线. 发现在第一布里渊区,在Δ线上,横向声频支声子无衰减,在Z线上,纵向声频支声子无衰减;横向声频支声子衰减比纵向声频支声子衰减至少大一个数量级,并讨论了各项参数的变化对横向声频支声子衰减与纵向声频支声子衰减的影响. 根据声子衰减与声子寿命的关系,声子衰减与声子态密度的关系,可以讨论横向声频支声子与纵向声频支声子的寿命与态密度.

We report an electro-photo double modulation of the fermi level in a WSe2/graphene heterojunction. The heterojunction exhibits high ION/IOFF ratio (~103) in transfer characteristic in dark and distinct rectification behavior in output characteristic under light illumination, respectively. Time-dependent photoresponse reveals that the heterojunction has a considerable potential in the application of photodetection. Interestingly, an exotic current peak is observed in transfer characteristic under light illumination. This novel behavior is attributed to the tunable fermi level at the WSe2/graphene heterojunction by electro-photo double modulation. Two-time scale perturbation expansions were developed in weakly viscous fluids to investigate surface wave motions by linearizing the Navier-Stokes equation in a circular cylindrical vessel which is subject to a vertical oscillation. The fluid field was divided into an outer potential flow region and an inner boundary layer region. A linear amplitude equation of slowly varying complex amplitude, which incorporates a damping term and external excitation, was derived for the weakly viscid fluids. The condition for the appearance of stable surface waves was obtained and the critical curve was determined. In addition, an analytical expression for the damping coefficient was determined and the relationship between damping and other related parameters (such as viscosity, forced amplitude, forced frequency and the depth of fluid, etc.) was presented. Finally, the influence both of the surface tension and the weak viscosity on the mode formation was described by comparing theoretical and experimental results. The results show that when the forcing frequency is low, the viscosity of the fluid is prominent for the mode selection. However, when the forcing frequency is high, the surface tension of the fluid is prominent. 相似文献

In the zero-order approximation, we use the perturbation method of parameter with small magnitude to prove that the harmonic frequency in the solution of the equation is close to that of the driving force when the chaotic system from Duffing-Holmes equation stays in the stable periodic state, which is the physical mechanism of the detection of the unknown frequency of weak harmonic signal using the chaotic theory. The result of the simulation experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper, by which one can determine the frequency of the stable system from the number of circulation change of the phase state directionally across a fixed phase state point (x,\dot{x}) in fixed simulation time period, is successful. Analyzing the effects of the damping ratio on the chaotic detection result, one can see that for different frequency ranges it is necessary to carefully choose corresponding damping ratio α. 相似文献

We have studied sharp peak landscapes of the Eigen model from a
new perspective about how the quasispecies are distributed in the
sequence space. To analyse the distribution more carefully, we bring
in two tools. One tool is the variance of Hamming distance of the
sequences at a given generation. It not only offers us a different
avenue for accurately locating the error threshold and illustrates
how the configuration of the distribution varies with copying
fidelity $q$ in the sequence space, but also divides the copying
fidelity into three distinct regimes. The other tool is the
similarity network of a certain Hamming distance $d_{0}$, by which we
can gain a visual and in-depth result about how the sequences
are distributed. We find that there are several local similarity optima
around the centre (global similarity optimum) in the distribution of
the sequences reproduced near the threshold. Furthermore, it is
interesting that the distribution of clustering coefficient $C(k)$
follows lognormal distribution and the curve of clustering
coefficient $C$ of the network versus $d_{0}$ appears to be linear
