Solid–liquid phase‐transfer conditions were employed for the first time in the Thorpe reaction to synthesize 4‐amino‐1‐aryl‐3,5‐substituted‐1H‐pyrazoles 3. Aryl amines were diazotized and coupled with various active methylene compounds such as cyano acetamide, cyanoacetophenone, malononitrile, and ethyl cyanoacetate, resulting into α‐arylhydrazononitriles 1. The present work introduces for the first time the catalytic utility of micron particulate aluminium nitride (AlN/Al) as a novel and reusable heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes involving the electrophilic substitution of indoles on aldehydes. N-Arylation of imidazoles with arylboronic acids was efficiently carried out in the presence of a catalytic amount of SiO2-NHC-CuI in methanol at room temperature under base-free reaction conditions. The reactions of a variety of arylboronic acids with imidazoles generated the corresponding products N-arylimidazoles in good to excellent yields. In addition, SiO2-NHC-CuI could be recovered and recycled for six consecutive trials without significant loss of its reactivity.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method has been developed for benzylation and allylation of naphthols by treatment of the compounds with benzylic and allylic alcohols, respectively, in the presence of amberlyst-15. A convenient method has been developed for the conversion of indoles and indigos into anthranilic acids in good to excellent yields using a bromamine-B/PdCl2 system. An efficient and simple amine‐catatalyzed azide conjugate addition to α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes has been developed. In the presence of a catalytic amount of tertiary amine with a 1:1 mixture of NaN3 and 37% HCl in CH2Cl2, α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes provided β‐azido aldehydes, which could be transformed into 1,3‐amino alcohols.  相似文献

Melt/solid polycondensation (MP/SSP) is deemed as an alternative synthetic route besides ring-opening polymerization (ROP) in synthesizing poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA). However, it is found that PLLA synthesized by MP/SSP has much poorer thermal stability than that by ROP due to more residual Sn(II) metallic catalyst in the former, but sulfonic acids does not show any detrimental effect on the thermal stability of PLLA. To synthesizing PLLA with good thermal stability by MP/SSP, a variety of commercially available sulfonic acids were screened as catalysts in MP/SSP of PLLA. Among these nonmetallic catalysts, it was found that 1,3-propanedisulfonic acid (PSA) and 1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid (NSA) exhibited satisfactory catalytic reactivity and PLLAs with excellent thermal stability, high molecular weight, little coloration and good optical purity were successfully synthesized by MP/SSP. The decomposition temperature was increased by 80–100 °C in comparison to SnCl2-catalyzed PLLA, and the thermal stability is comparable to commercial PLLA produced by ROP.  相似文献

Conditions are described for one-pot Brønsted acid and organocatalysed enantioselective α-amination of acetals and associated functionalities. Of the organocatalysts screened, proline tetrazole gave the highest ee, while aqueous monochloroacetic acid proved to be the best Brønsted acid activator regarding minimizing racemization and maximizing product yield. The reaction opens up the way for using masked carbonyl functionalities in organocatalysis.  相似文献
