商科型高校理工类研究生创新能力的培养

目前,研究生教育处于我国高等教育的最高层次,肩负着为国家发展培养高技术专业型人才的重要任务.尤其是在各国竞争愈发激烈的今天,理工类研究生更是在未来国家现代化建设、科技创新中发挥着重要作用.但是,由于近几年研究生招生规模的逐渐扩大,研究生的培养模式、培养质量等方面出现了许多亟待解决的问题.从商科型高校理工类研究生的培养现状出发,通过运用文献法和归纳法,本文对当前研究生培养过程中存在的问题进行分析,并针对学生创新能力的培养,从学校、导师和学生自身三方面给出了相应的解决措施,着重强调了数学建模在理工类研究生创新能力培养过程中所发挥的重要作用.最后,以湖南工商大学近几年在理工类研究生创新能力培养实践中所采取的主要举措以及取得的成效来进一步论证本文所提出措施的有效性.     

Raman Spectra and Solvent-Solute Interaction of Mercury(II)-Thiocyanate Complexes in Some Aprotic Donor Solvents

Raman spectra of the species Hg(SCN)₂, [Hg(SCN)₃], and [Hg(SCN)₄]^2- in solution of ten aprotic donor solvents have been investigated in the region of the Hg-S vibration. Observed frequency values of measured band of Hg(SCN)₂ and [Hg(SCN)₃] in different solutions correlate well with donor strength of the solvents. There is a linearity between Hg-S frequency decreasing and increasing of the interaction of the solvent molecules with the mercury (II) ion in the thiocyanate complexes. No significant frequency changes have be found for [Hg(SCN)₄]^2-. Evidence based on the frequency shifts and depolarization ratios in various solvents supports the view that the Hg(SCN)₂ in solution undergos departure from linearity as a result of increasing solvent coordination to the mercury (II) ion. Almost constant frequencies of Hg-S vibration of [Hg(SCN)₄]^2- in all investigated solvents suggest a regular tetrahedral structure of the ion in solution having much larger radius than corresponding HgX₄ (X=Cl,Br,I) ions.     

多元分析法在评价股份公司盈利能力中的应用

本文试用主成分分析法，结合我国上市股份公司的实践，对股份公司的盈利能力作出综合评价。提出了利用聚类分析的方法、按盈利能力大小来评判股份公司等级的设想。

An excellent hole-transport material,1,3-diphenyl-5-(9-phenanthryl)-2-pyrazoline(DPPhP)for OLEDs was studied.This compound not only offers hlgh glass transition temperature(Tg=96℃）,good film forming ability,and high HOMO energy level,but also displays excellent hole-transport property.The electrlumlnescent device with a simple structure of ITO/DPPhP(60nm)/AIQ(60mm)/LiF(0.8nm)/Al shows an external quantom efficiency as high as 1.6?     

An effective non-Archimedean anti-degeneracy/cycling linear programming method especially for data envelopment analysis and like models

A non-Archimedean effective anti-degeneracy/cycling method for linear programming models, especially Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), processing networks and advertising media mix models is herein developed. It has given a tenfold speed increase plus elimination of cycling difficulties over conventional Marsden or Kennington/Ali LP software modules in a 1000 LP DEA application.     

水资源可再生能力综合评价的遗传加权物元模型

为了科学地计算水资源可再生能力评价指标的权重 ,使评价方法具有可操作性 ,采用主、客观相结合的赋权基点法 ,以全局收敛的格雷码加速遗传算法为工具来确定权重 ,并结合物元分析理论 ,建立了一种新的评价模型——遗传加权物元模型 .文中给出了该模型实施的详细步骤 ,对黄河流域 9个行政分区的水资源可再生能力进行了综合评价 ,取得了较好的效果 .

本文采用稳健统计分析技术,对水泥品质指标比对检验质检机构的质检水平进行了能力验证,结合散点图和柱状图,综合评价了各实验室的检测能力。

对东乡野生稻的越冬性能进行了连续２年的观察，结果表明：东乡野生稻的稻蔸能在武汉地区安全越冬，翌年春季再生苗从地表以下的茎节长出．越冬再生植株与种子实生植株相比并无差异．
