A systematic study of the magnetic hysteresis in transport properties of polycrystalline YBa2Cu3O7−δ–Ag compounds has been made based on two kinds of measurements at 77 K and under applied magnetic fields up to 30 mT: critical current density Jc(Ba) and magnetoresistance R(Ba). The R(Ba) curves show a minimum in their decreasing branch occurring at B=Bmin which was found to be both the excitation current Iex and the maximum applied magnetic field Bam dependent. In addition, for a certain value of Bam>5 mT, we have observed that Bmin increases with increasing Iex and reaches a saturation value. The Jc(Ba) curves show a maximum in decreasing applied magnetic fields occurring at B=Bmax. We have also found that Bmax increases with increasing Bam and reaches a saturation value. The minimum in the R(Ba) and the maximum in Jc(Ba) curves were found to be related to the trapped flux within the grains. All the experimental results are discussed within the context of the flux dynamics and transport mechanisms in these high-Tc materials.  相似文献

In the present paper a procedure is proposed for the determination of traces of Cd, Co, Mn and Cr in petroleum industry produced water by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The procedure is based on cloud point extraction of these metals, as their dithizonate complexes, into the surfactant-rich phase of octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol surfactant (Triton X-114). Extractions were carried out in solutions with salinities between 10‰ and 70‰. Since residual salinity in the surfactant-rich phase caused differences in its transport to the plasma, yttrium was used as an internal standard to correct for this effect. The simultaneous metal extraction procedure was optimized by response surface methodology using a Doehlert design and desirability function. Enhancement factors of 21, 21, 9 and 19, along with limits of quantification of 0.093, 0.20, 0.73 and 1.2 μg L− 1, and precision expressed as relative standard deviation (n = 8, 20.0 μg L− 1) of 5.8, 1.2, 1.7 and 5.7% were obtained for Cd, Co, Mn and Cr, respectively. The accuracy was evaluated by spike recovery tests on the high salinity water samples with salinity of 40 and 63‰.  相似文献

This is meant to be a brief overview of the developments of research activities in Japan on organometallic compounds related to their use in electronic and optoelectronic devices. The importance of organometallic compounds in the deposition of metal and semiconductor films for the fabrication of many electronic and opto-electronic devices cannot be exaggerated. Their scope has now extended to thin-film electronic ceramics and high-temperature oxide superconductors. A variety of organometallic compounds have been used as source materials in many types of processing procedures, such as metal–organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), metalorganic vapor-phase epitaxy (MOVPE), metal–organic molecular-beam epitaxy (MOMBE), etc. Deposited materials include silicon, Group III–V and II–VI compound semiconductors, metals, superconducting oxides and other inorganic materials. Organometallic compounds are utilized as such in many electronic and optoelectronic devices; examples are conducting and semiconducting materials, photovoltaic, photochromic, electrochromic and nonlinear optical materials. This review consists of two parts: (I) research related to the fabrication of semiconductor, metal and inorganic materials; and (II) research related to the direct use of organometallic materials and basic fundamental research.  相似文献

An approach is discussed which allows one to describe within the framework of the single model the aggregative states of a system of atoms obeying the Fermi statistics. A theoretical study of the electron dynamics in image potential states on Cu(1 0 0) surfaces with different types of adsorbates is presented. Scattering of the image state electron by an adsorbate induces inter-band and intra-band transitions leading respectively to the population decay and to the dephasing of the image state. We compare results obtained with low coverage (typically 1 adsorbate atom per 1000 surface atoms) Cs, Ar, and a model electronegative adsorbates. As follows from our results, Cs adsorbates lead to both appreciable dephasing and decay, while electronegative adsorbates mostly affect the dephasing rate. The effect of low coverage Ar adsorbates is small, consistent with their neutrality.  相似文献

We investigate a multicomponent anisotropic liquid system. The first spatial moment of the direct correlation function is taken into account to obtain asymptotic expressions for the pairwise correlation functions. In this approximation, we obtain the pairwise correlation functions that describe the system behavior not only in the critical-state neighborhood but also in the noncritical domain. We show that the critical parameters for the anisotropic system differ from those for the isotropic system.  相似文献

We consider a Neumann problem of the type -εΔu+F (u(x))=0 in an open bounded subset Ω of R n , where F is a real function which has exactly k maximum points. Using Morse theory we find that, for ε suitably small, there are at least 2k nontrivial solutions of the problem and we give some qualitative information about them. We have performed total-energy calculations to study theoretical scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) images of the Si(1 1 1)3 × 2 surfaces induced by the adsorption of alkaline-earth metals (AEMs). Previously, in a series of works on Ba/Si(1 1 1) system, we have found that the observed Si(1 1 1)3 × 1-Ba LEED phase indeed has a 3 × 2 periodicity with a Ba coverage of 1/6 ML and the HCC substrate structure. Based on results of the Ba case, we proposed that the HCC structure is also adopted for other AEM atoms, which was confirmed by our recent work. In this paper, we mainly report the STM simulations for different AEM systems to compare with existing experimental data. We discuss the difference in the detailed STM images for different AEM adsorbates. Especially, the difference in filled-state images between Mg and other AEM atoms is attributed to the strong Mg-Si interaction.  相似文献
