给定寿命下的焊趾疲劳裂纹深度尺寸分析

本文提供并用统计方法研究了焊趾疲劳裂纹扩展的Ｎ～α曲线族，给出了联系给定裂纹尺寸下的疲劳分布，给定疲劳寿命下的裂纹尺寸分布以及随机初始条件的概率相容条件。研究表明，给定寿命下的焊趾疲劳裂纹深度尺寸α服从分布Ф［（μ（ａ）－ｌｏｇＮ）／σ（ａ）］。     

Fractal geometry concerned with stable and dynamic fracture mechanics

Fractal modeling of the rugged crack geometry is considered for the stable and dynamic fracture mechanics characterizing the morphology of a fracture surface and the influence of its growth. It is shown that the fractal dimension has a strong influence on the rising of the R-curve in brittle materials. For the unstable Griffith–Mott’s approach or dynamical crack growth the fractal dimension has a strong influence on the velocity limit of the crack growth. It is also shown that the limit of crack velocity lowers with increasing surface ruggedness (higher fractal dimension D = 2 − H) explaining the intangibility of the Rayleigh wave velocity by the cracks.     

磁粉法检测表面裂纹概率曲线的测定

本文介绍了利用实物零件测定裂纹检出概率的方法，并作出了用磁粉法检测表面裂纹的检测概率曲线，为大型构件检测周期的确定提供了可靠数据，为结构损伤容限设计，可靠性设计提供了重要的依据。     

Higher order asymptotic solution of mode I crack growth in elastic-perfectly plastic media

A higher order asymptotic solution of near-tip field is studied for plane-atrain Mode-I quasi-static steady crack growth in the incompressible (v=1/2) elastic perfectly-plastic media. The results show that the near-tip stress and strain are fully continuous, and the strain possesses In (A/r) singularity at the crack tip. The expressions of the stress, strain and velocity in each region are also given. The project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China     

幂硬化可压缩材料Ⅰ型动态裂纹尖端奇异场

研究了平面应变条件下幂硬化可压缩材料中定常扩展的Ⅰ型动态裂纹尖端应力应变奇异场．采用Ｊ２流动理论和场量直角坐标分量，得到了应力应变奇异性不同时的裂纹尖端渐近场，其中场量的角变化规律和理想弹塑性材料的完全相同     

Use of the energy criterion of fracture to determine the shape of a slightly curved crack

An asymptotic formula is obtained for the total-energy increment during quasistatic growth of a semiin finite crack in an anisotropic elastic plane under complex loading. It is assumed that the shear loads are much larger than the tearing loads. The shape of the slightly curved crack was determined using the Griffith criterion in two versions: global and local. 横观各向同性三维热弹性力学通解及其势理论法

通过引入两个位移函数，对用位移表达的运动平衡方程作了简化．利用算子理论，严格地导出了横观各向同性非耦合热弹性动力学问题的通解．对于静力学问题，通解的形式可进一步简化成用4个准调和函数来表示．具体考察了横观各向同性体内平面裂纹上下表面有对称分布温度作用的问题，推广了势理论方法，导出了一个积分方程和一个微分-积分方程．针对币状裂纹表面受均布温度作用情形，给出了具体的解。     

增韧环氧树脂的动态裂纹扩展研究

本文主要进行了环氧及增韧环氧树脂的断裂韧性及裂纹快速扩展的试验研究。试验过程中采用了ＧＬＣ－１型高速裂纹扩展测试仪来测试裂纹的扩展速度,得到在裂纹扩展过程中裂纹扩展速度曲线。本文结合不同的计算公式及有限元分析方法,讨论了各个确定断裂韧性公式的准确程度,发现传统的静态断裂韧性的分析方法所得到的结果偏大,有一定的危险性,建议使用试验与数值计算相结合的方法;同时还发现增韧不仅可以提高材料的静态和动态断裂性能,而且在裂纹扩展过程中可以起到减缓裂纹扩展的作用
