A novel electrochemical detection approach for platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) via "sandwich"structure is reported in this paper. 3D-4MgCO_3 Mg(OH)_2 4H_2O-Au NPs inorganic hybrid composite was utilized as immobilized substrate for sensitive PDGF detection and Pt-Au bimetallic nanoparticles were labelled on PDGF aptamer to indirectly detect PDGF for the first time. The proposed aptasensor exhibited a high catalytic efficiency towards reduction of H_2O_2, hence the sensitive detection of PDGF was achieved.Results showed that the aptasensor exhibited excellent linear response to PDGF, in the range of 0.1 pg/m L–10 ng/m L(4 fmol/L–400 pmol/L), with detection limit of 0.03 pg/m L(1.2 fmol/L).  相似文献

Various supported Pt-Pb bimetallic catalysts were prepared and applied for the catalytic conversion of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol in the environmentally benign pressurized CO_2/H_2O system.Among the bimetallic catalysts prepared,Pt-Pb/SiO_2 is the best and nitrobenzene could be converted to paminophenol with a selectivity as high as 82% when the reaction was carried out using this catalyst at110 ℃ under 5 MPa CO_2 and 0.2 MPa H_2.  相似文献

In this study, a bimetallic nanomaterial‐based electrochemical immunosensor was developed for the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) cancer biomarkers at the same time. CEA and VEGF biomarkers are indicators for colon and breast cancers and stomach cancers, respectively. During the study, gold nanoparticle (AuNp), lead nanoparticle (PbNp), copper nanoparticle (CuNp) and magnetic gamma iron(III)oxide (γFe2O3 Np) were synthesized, characterized and used together for the first time in the structure of an electrochemical biosensor based on anti‐CEA and anti‐VEGF. For this purpose, Au SPE based sandwich immunosensor was fabricated by using labeled anti‐CEA (labeled with Pb+2) and labeled anti‐VEGF (labeled with Cu+2). As a result, CEA and VEGF biomarkers were detected following the oxidation peaks of label metals (Pb+2 and Cu+2) by using differential pulse voltammetry. After the experimental parameters were optimized, the linear range was found in the concentration range between 25 ng/mL and 600 ng/mL with the relative standard deviation (RSD) value of (n=3 for 600 ng/mL) 3.33 % and limit of detection (LOD) value of 4.31 ng/mL for CEA biomarker. On the other hand, the linear range was found in the concentration range between 0.2 ng/mL and 12.5 ng/mL with the RSD value of (n=3 for 12.5 ng/mL) 5.31 % and LOD value of 0.014 ng/mL for VEGF biomarker. Lastly, sample application studies for synthetic plasma sample and interference studies with dopamine, ascorbic acid, BSA, cysteine and IgG were carried out.  相似文献

3‐(Pyridin‐4‐yl)acetylacetone (HacacPy) acts as a pyridine‐type ligand towards CdII and HgII halides. With CdBr2, the one‐dimensional polymer [Cd(μ‐Br)2(HacacPy)Cd(μ‐Br)2(HacacPy)2] is obtained in which five‐ and six‐coordinated CdII cations alternate in the chain direction. Reaction of HacacPy with HgBr2 results in [Hg(μ‐Br)Br(HacacPy)], a polymer in which each HgII centre is tetracoordinated. In both compounds, each metal(II) cation is N‐coordinated by at least one HacacPy ligand. Equimolar reaction between these CdII and HgII derivatives, either conducted in ethanol as solvent or via grinding in the solid state, leads to ligand redistribution and the formation of the well‐ordered bimetallic polymer catena‐poly[[bromidomercury(II)]‐μ‐bromido‐[aquabis[4‐hydroxy‐3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)pent‐3‐en‐2‐one]cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐bromido], [CdHgBr4(C10H11NO2)2(H2O)]n or [{HgBr}(μ‐Br){(HacacPy)2Cd(H2O)}(μ‐Br)2]. HgII and CdII cations alternate in the [100] direction. The HacacPy ligands do not bind to the HgII cations, which are tetracoordinated by three bridging and one terminal bromide ligand. The CdII centres adopt an only slightly distorted octahedral coordination. Three bromide ligands link them in a (2 + 1) pattern to neighbouring HgII atoms; two HacacPy ligands in a cis configuration, acting as N‐atom donors, and a terminal aqua ligand complete the coordination sphere. Classical O—H…Br hydrogen bonds stabilize the polymeric chain. O—H…O hydrogen bonds between aqua H atoms and the uncoordinated carbonyl group of an HacacPy ligand in a neighbouring strand in the c direction link the chains into layers in the (010) plane.  相似文献

Ni-Fe/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂的制备及其CO甲烷化性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用等体积浸渍法制备了Ni-Fe/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂和Ni/γ-Al2O3、Fe/γ-Al2O3单金属催化剂,在连续流动微反装置上考察了催化剂的CO甲烷化催化活性,采用XRD、N2物理吸附、H2-TPR、H2-TPD和TPSR等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Ni-Fe/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂中Ni、Fe之间产生了明显的相互作用,还原后催化剂中形成Ni-Fe合金,对氢气吸附量显著增加。在CO体积分数为0.5%、空速5000h-1、常压的反应条件下,Ni-Fe/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂表现出高的甲烷化活性,220℃时将CO完全转化为甲烷。  相似文献

A series of chloro- and bromopyridines have been deprotometalated by using a range of 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidino-based mixed lithium-metal combinations. Whereas lithium-zinc and lithium-cadmium bases afforded different mono- and diiodides after subsequent interception with iodine, complete regioselectivities were observed with the corresponding lithium-copper combination, as demonstrated by subsequent trapping with benzoyl chlorides. The obtained selectivities have been discussed in light of the CH acidities of the substrates, determined both in the gas phase and as a solution in THF by using the DFT B3LYP method.  相似文献

Small AgnPd (n = 5) clusters and their hydrides AgnPdH (n = 5) have been studied by density functional theory calculations. For bare clusters, the structures in which the Pd atom has a maximum number of neighboring Ag atoms tend to be energetically favorable. Hydrogen prefers binding to Ag? Pd bridge site of AgnPd clusters except for Ag5Pd. The binding energy has a strong odd–even oscillation. 通过水热结合高温退火的方法制备了一种Ni-Mn双金属氧化物微马达,所得Ni-Mn双金属氧化物具有针刺状空心结构,可作为马达材料。该Ni-Mn双金属氧化物微马达在燃料(H2O2)质量分数仅为1%时显示出很强的驱动能力,运动速度为83.75μm·s-1,寿命高于90 min。即使在H2O2质量分数低至0.4%时,该马达仍具有优异的自主运动。由于镍氧化物的存在,该马达可通过磁场控制实现定向运动。得益于优异的催化性能和磁性,该Ni6MnO8马达可在160 s内有效去除亚甲基蓝,且没有二次污染。  相似文献

TiO2 nanopowders modified by Nd and Sm were prepared using the sol-gel technique. It was found by XRD analysis that the samples containing Sm are amorphous up to 300 °C, while those with Nd preserve a mixed organic-inorganic amorphous structure at higher temperatures (400 °C). The TiO2 (rutile) was not detected up to 700 °C in the presence of both modified oxides. TiO2 (anatase) crystals found at about 400 °C in the Sm-modified sample exhibited an average crystallite size of about 25–30 nm, while doping with Nd resulted in particles of a lower size—5–10 nm. It was established by DTA that organic decomposition is accompanied by significant weight loss occurring in the temperature range 240–350 °C. Photocatalytic tests showed that the samples heated at 500 °C possess photocatalytic activity under UV irradiation toward Malachite green organic dye. Selected compositions exhibited good antimicrobial activity against E. coli K12 and B. subtilis.  相似文献

The activity of monometallic Rh and Pt catalysts and bimetallic Pt—Rh catalysts on oxide supports in cyclohexane ring opening to form n-hexane was studied. The Rh-containing catalysts are highly active and selective in this reaction. Cyclohexane dehydrogenation predominates in the case of the Pt catalysts. The use of the bimetallic alumina-supported Pt—Rh catalysts allows one to minimize the contribution of cyclohexane cracking and to enhance the selectivity for n-hexane with the yield of the latter slightly depending on the metal ratio in the bimetallic system under the experimental conditions.  相似文献
