A series of new 6-substituted purinyl-5′-nor-1′-homocarbanucleosides based on indanol were synthesized from (±)-cis-3-hydroxymethyl-1-indanol, an appropriately functionalized derivative of which was reacted with 6-chloropurine in the presence of NaH and 18-crown-6 ether to prepare a key intermediate that gave access to the target molecules, purinylcarbanucleosides in which position 6 is occupied by a chloro, hydroxy, methoxy, amino or substituted phenyl group.  相似文献

Bis (p-fluorophenylethynyl) derivatives were obtained by the reaction of bisbromoaromatic compounds withp-fluorophenylacetylene in the presence of a Pd catalyst. A general synthetic route for the Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling of an arylzinc reagent with arylvinyl iodides (Negishi cross-coupling) has been developed. The system permits efficient and selective preparation of E-stilbenes and their analogues. It also functions effectively at low levels of catalyst loading without the need for an additional ligand and tolerates a wide range of functional groups including heteroaromatic substrates. A systematic study of various parameters was performed and correlated with catalyst-substrate activity.  相似文献

The results of the investigation of the cross-coupling of organometallic compounds and terminal acetylenes with organic halides catalyzed by transition metal complexes are generalized and analyzed. The influence of different factors on the rate and selectivity of catalytic cross-coupling is discussed. A detailed mechanism of the cross-coupling of Grignard reagents with organic halides is suggested. The cross-coupling reaction involving organotin compounds proceeds under very mild conditions in the presence of a ligand-free Pd catalyst. An efficient palladium-catalyzed Stille cross-coupling reaction has been developed. In the presence of 3 mol% of Pd(dba)2 and 6 mol% of DAB-Cy (1,4-dicyclohexyl-diazabutadiene), various aryl halides (iodides and bromides) were coupled with organotin compounds to afford the corresponding biaryls and alkyne in good to excellent yields. Furthermore, high TONs [turnover numbers, TONs up to 950,000 for the reaction of 1-iodo-4-nitrobenzene and tributyl(phenyl)stannane] for the Stille cross-coupling reaction were observed.  相似文献

The cross-coupling reactions of 4-bromo[2.2]paracyclophane withp-tolylmagnesium bromide in the presence of various palladium and nickel complexes have been studied. It was found that [1,1 -bis(diphenylphosphinoferrocene)]palladium dichloride (PdCl2 · dppf) shows the highest catalitic activity in this reaction. A series of new mono- and diaryl [2.2]paracyclophane derivatives with various substituents in the arene ring have been synthesized using this catalyst. It was shown that it is possible to cross-couple organozinc [2.2]paracyclophane derivatives with aromatic bromides. The composition and structure of the compounds obtained have been established on the basis of elemental analysis and spectral data. Some correlations between the structure and spectral parameters of mono- and diarylsubstituted [2.2]paracyclophanes have been found.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The direct application of Knochel-Hauser derivative arylmagnesium halides in Kumada-Corriu couplings is described. By utilizing the in situ-generated Grignard reagents, the transmetalation with stoichiometric zinc salts to known Negishi coupling conditions is avoided, thereby streamlining the transformation. Several aromatic hetereocycles participate in the deprotonation and couple with a variety of phenyl iodides and bromides in isolated yields up to 81%. The parent system is demonstrated on 6?g scale with 79% yield, and monitored via ReactIR to show the stability of the Grignard and progression of the deprotonation/CC coupling reaction.  相似文献

Copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition polymerization (CuAACP) of AB2 monomers demonstrated a chain-growth mechanism without any external ligand because of the complexation of in situ formed triazole groups with Cu catalysts. In this study, we explored the use of various ligands that affected the polymerization kinetics to tune the polymers’ molecular weights and the degree of branching (DB). Eight ligands were studied, including polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (PEG350, Mn = 350), tris(benzyltriazolylmethyl)amine (TBTA), 2,6-bis(1-undecyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)pyridine (Py(DBim)2), 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy), 4,4′-di-n-nonyl-2,2′-bipyridine (dNbpy), N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA), N,N,N′,N″,N″-penta(n-butyl)diethylenetriamine (PBuDETA), and N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentabenzyldiethylenetriamine (PBnDETA). All ligands except PEG350 exhibited stronger coordination with Cu(I) than the polytriazole polymer, which freed the Cu catalyst from polymers and resulted in dominant step-growth polymerization with simultaneous chain-growth feature. Meanwhile, the use of PEG350 ligand retained the confined Cu in the polymer, demonstrating a chain-growth mechanism, but lower polymer molecular weights as compared with the no-external-ligand polymerization. Results indicated that aliphatic substituent groups on ligands had little effect on the molecular weights and DB of the polymers, but rigid aromatic substituent groups decreased both values. By varying the ligand species and amounts, hyperbranched polymers with DB value ranging from 0.53 ([TBTA]0/[Cu]0 = 5) to 0.98 ([PMDETA]0/[Cu]0 = 2) have been achieved. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
