An efficient and convenient copper‐catalyzed Clauson–Kass reaction of 2,5‐dimethoxytetrahydrofuran with amines in aqueous media has been developed, providing a wide range of N‐substituted pyrroles in good yields. It is noteworthy that the Clauson–Kass reaction of 2,5‐dimethoxytetrahydrofuran with p‐phenylenediamine or m‐phenylenediamine proceeds smoothly to afford the corresponding monopyrroles and bispyrroles with high selectivity in impressive yields. Dialkyldithiophosphate derivatives of macrocyclic complexes of Pb(II), having N2S2 potential donors, of the general formula, [Pb(L)S2P(OR)2] (where L = macrocyclic ligands L1, L2, L3, L4 & L5 and R = CH3-, C3H7 n- & C3H7 i-) have been Synthesized from the reactions of [Pb(L)X2] (where X = Cl, NO3, or CH3COO) with sodium dialkyl dithiophosphates in 1:2 molar ratios in THF. Fifteen new derivatives have been synthesized by the combination of five macrocyclic complexes of 14–20 member rings with three different types of dialkyldithiophosphate. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, molecular weight determination, IR, 1H NMR, 13C, and 31P NMR. Molecular weight determinations of these complexes indicate their monomeric nature. An octahedral structure is proposed.  相似文献

Several new lightweight polymer concretes derived from industrial, agricultural, and naturally occurring waste materials were investigated. Various physicomechanical properties of these materials were studied. Such inexpensive and lightweight polymer composites, which have properties superior to ordinary reinforced cement concrete, may find wide applications in building technology and related areas and may serve as better substitutes for cement. Furthermore, recycling of such wastes from various sources may help to solve the present environmental pollution problems.  相似文献

Abstract

The symmetric 'end-off' compartmental proligand 2,6-[N,N′-bis(2-hydroxy-phenylmethyl)-N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)aminomethyl]-4-methylphenol (H3L) has been used to generate homodinuclear nickel(II) and zinc(II) complexes. The crystal structures of the complexes reveal that the di-nickel(II) complex is donor asymmetric and the di-zinc(II) complex is coordination number asymmetric. In both complexes non-coordinated acetic acid molecules are tightly hydrogen-bonded to the pendant phenols of the ligand generating a double acid salt of the type[CH3COO…H…L…H…OOCCH3]3? in the dinickel complex and a single acid salt of the type [CH3COO…H…L]3? in the dizinc complex. In both cases the ligand periphery has been extended to provide a supraligand in which the donor potential of the original ligand has been enhanced.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A series of substituted 5-oxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydroquinoline derivatives have been synthesized from 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexane-dione (dimedone) and 1,3-diaryl-2-propen-1-one in DMF at 80°C in the presence of ammonium acetate with high yields (64–98%), the structure of the product was confirmed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

A new cyclization route, triggered by epoxide opening, has been performed to provide the key intermediates for isoindolobenzapine alkaloids, lennoxamine and chilenine. The epoxide was prepared by the Stille reaction using vinyltributylstannane and the following dioxirane treatment. Cyclization under the treatment of BF3 · OEt2 provided an azepine moiety, and the oxidative cyclization toward the known precursor for the alkaloids has been achieved by reaction with a stoichiometric amount of Pd(OAc)2. This formal synthesis suggests a new route to the alkaloids.  相似文献

The first example of the stereoselective synthesis of (Z)‐ and (E)‐allyl aryl sulfides and selenides from Baylis? Hillman acetates under neutral conditions in H2O by supramolecular catalysis involving β‐cyclodextrin is reported. β‐Cyclodextrin can be recovered and reused. The reaction is very efficient in providing allyl aryl sulfides and selenides in good‐to‐excellent yields with clean reaction profiles under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Practical copper (Cu)‐based catalysts for the water–gas shift (WGS) reaction was long believed to expose a large proportion of Cu(110) planes. In this work, as an important first step toward addressing sulfur poisoning of these catalysts, the detailed mechanism for the splitting of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the open Cu(110) facet has been investigated in the framework of periodic, self‐consistent density functional theory (DFT‐GGA). The microkinetic model based on the first‐principles calculations has also been developed to quantitatively evaluate the two considered decomposition routes for yielding surface atomic sulfur (S*): (1) H2S → H2S* → SH* → S* and (2) 2H2S → 2H2S* → 2SH* → S* + H2S* → S* + H2S. The first pathway proceeding through unimolecular SH* dissociation was identified to be feasible, whereas the second pathway involving bimolecular SH* disproportionation made no contribution to S* formation. The molecular adsorption of H2S is the slowest elementary step of its full decomposition, being related with the large entropy term of the gas‐phase reactant under realistic reaction conditions. A comparison of thermodynamic and kinetic reactivity between the substrate and the close‐packed Cu(111) surface further shows that a loosely packed facet can promote the S* formation from H2S on Cu, thus revealing that the reaction process is structure sensitive. The present DFT and microkinetic modeling results provide a reasonably complete picture for the chemistry of H2S on the Cu(110) surface, which is a necessary basis for the design of new sulfur‐tolerant WGS catalysts. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
