醌亚胺类碱性染料在极谱分析中的应用——用天青Ⅰ测定痕量亚硝酸根

本文提出一个基于在酸性介质中,是青Ⅰ与NO_2~-发生亚硝化反应单扫描示波极谱法测定痕量NO_2~-的新方法。在0.06mol/L盐酸介质中。天青Ⅰ的亚硝化产物于-0.65V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的二次导数峰。峰高与NO_2~-浓度在0.002～0.24μg/mL范围内成直线关系。方法应用于水样、土壤中NO_2~-的测定,结果满意。     

Structure-Activity Relationship of Insecticidal Steroids. III. Δ4,7-6-Ketosteroids

The toxicity of steroids 1-11 for colorado beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say.) larvae was studied by contact-intestinal treatment. Active insect-growth regulators were found among the studied compounds.     

Thermal degradation behaviors of some branched and linear polysiloxanes

The thermal degradation behaviors of some branched and linear polysiloxanes were studied by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis and infrared (IR) spectroscopy, and the effect of phenyl content on the thermal stability of the tested branched polysiloxanes was investigated. The branched polysiloxanes with phenyl obtain higher thermal stability at lower temperature. The degradation residues of the examined branched polysiloxanes at 800 °C are rather high, 65.1-77.6% in N₂ and 40.5-66.5% in air, respectively. However, the amount of solid residue increases with decrease in phenyl content in both N₂ and air atmospheres. It was found that the thermal stability of the branched polysiloxanes is higher than that of the linear one, which indicated that the branched structure benefits the formation of a crosslink in the solid residue.     

紫外分光光度法测定甲砜霉素片的含量

根据甲砜霉素的紫外吸收特征,建立了以乙腈-水为溶媒、(225±1)nm为最大吸收波长的紫外分光光度法。方法的线性范围为0.5～25.0μg/mL,平均回收率为99.92％,RSD为0.30％。用对照品比较法测定5批甲砜霉素片的含量,并与中国药典方法的测定结果进行比对,结果表明,两种方法的测定结果基本一致。     

Multivariate resolution of NMR labile signals by means of hard- and soft-modelling methods

One of the difficulties frequently encountered when studying acid–base equilibria with NMR spectroscopy is the labile behaviour of the measured signal, which hinders the application of bilinear multivariate data analysis methods. In this work, a mathematical transformation is proposed for the conversion of NMR labile signals to inert signals, which make possible the application of multivariate data analysis methods, based on bilinear data models. The procedure has been applied to the analysis of NMR data corresponding to the acid–base equilibria of nucleotides dCMP and dGMP. Both hard-modelling (EQUISPEC) and soft-modelling (MCR-ALS) approaches have been applied for the analysis and resolution of transformed bilinear NMR data matrices.     

化学光谱法测定5N氧化钆中14个稀土杂质元素

报道了化学光谱法测定５Ｎ高纯氧化钆中１４个稀土杂质元素，在Ｐ５０７萃淋树脂色层柱上分离氧化钆中稀土杂质元素，分别采用定量分离Ｌａ－Ｓｍ及Ｔｂ－Ｌｕ＋Ｙ和部份分离Ｅｕ的方法，并相应地采用碳粉吸附法和碳粉粉末法进行光谱测定。分离时间为３．５ｈ，测定下限为１．２μｇ／ｇ（ＲＥ）。     

A new biodegradable polydepsipeptide microsphere for application in drug delivery systems

A sequential polydepsipeptide containing a tripeptide sequence L-alanyl-Lalanyl-ethyl L-glutamyl and an-hydroxy acid L-lactic acid, poly(Ala-Ala-Glu(OEt)-Lac), was synthesized to prepare the microspherical particles by the solvent evaporation process. In this case, the solvents play the most important role for the preparation of polydepsipeptide microspheres and, as an example, when 200 mg of the polydepsipeptide dissolved in 10 ml of 98/2% chloroform/dichloroacetic acid mixture was stirred at 400 rpm and 30 C, the microspherical particles with mean diameter of 58m were formed after pouring into 200 ml of 1% (w/v) poly(vinyl alcohol) solution. 17-Estradiol was incorporated into the particles, and the resulting particles were found to contain 5 mg of drug per 25 mg of the particle. The in vivo release of drug from the microspherical formulation was evaluated by measuring the pharmacological influence on rat prostate. It was found that the sufficient amount of drug, keeping the effective pharmacological influence, is supplied during the first 12-week period, followed by an incomplete supplying of drug intil the implant is perfectly degraded in vivo in the 25th week from the start of implantation.     

Boron chelates with 5,5,5-trifluoro- and 5,5,5-trichloro-4-aminopent-3-en-2-ones

Boron chelates were obtained by the reaction of butoxy(butylthio)diphenylborane with 5,5,5-trifluoro(trichloro)-4-aminopent-3-en-2-one, and their reactions with primary amines were investigated. -Diiminate complexes of boron with trifluoro- and trichloromethyl groups were synthesized.N. 邻苯二酚紫退色光度法测定微量锰(Ⅱ)

在硫酸介质中．高锰酸根氧化邻苯二酚紫使其退色，退色程度在一定范围内与高锰酸根加入量成良好的线性关系。据此建立了一种测定微量锰（Ⅱ）的新方法。最大吸收波长λmax＝550nm，表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝4．2×104L·mol-1·cm－1·。锰（Ⅱ）量在0－0．8mg／L范围内符合比耳定律．方法应用于求和面粉中微量锰（Ⅱ）的测定，结果满意。
