本文概述了量子保密通讯中面临的三大关键技术。并对关键技术之一的单光子源技术进行了重点介绍,如量子点作为单光子源的研究概况,单光子发射的实现、激子跃迁、双激子跃迁引起的聚束和反聚束效应和光子相关测量等。并介绍了国际上制备半导体自组装量子点在形貌、发光谱、极化以及近场光学用于量子点极化和激子发射等研究方面所取得的进展。  相似文献

In this paper, a new class of Runge–Kutta methods is introduced. Some basic properties of this subgroup of algebraically stable methods are presented and a complete parametric representation is given. Necessary and sufficient order conditions for lower order methods as well as sufficient order conditions for higher order methods are derived yielding a significantly reduced number of conditions when compared with general Runge–Kutta methods. We analyse the influence of adsorbed ions and the resulting surface electric field and its gradient on the anchoring properties of nematics with ionic conductivity. We take into account two physical mechanisms for the coupling of the nematic director with the surface electric field: (i) the dielectric anisotropy and (ii) the coupling of the quadrupolar component of the flexoelectric coefficient with the field gradient. It is shown that for sufficiently large fields near saturated coverage of the adsorbed ions, there can be a spontaneous curvature distortion in the cell even when the anchoring energy is infinitely strong. We also discuss the director distortion when the anchoring energy of the surface is finite. The microstructure of thermally treated neodymium containing silica gels is investigated by transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. Microheterogeneities with amorphous nature are found. Information for the short range order is obtained by the Radial Distribution Functions: SiO4 tetrahedra and NdO6 groups are formed and transition from four-fold to six-fold ring structure is observed with increasing of the heat treatment temperature.  相似文献

In this article we prove that the basic finite Hankel transform whose kernel is the third-type Jackson q-Bessel function has only infinitely many real and simple zeros, provided that q satisfies a condition additional to the standard one. We also study the asymptotic behavior of the zeros. The obtained results are applied to investigate the zeros of q-Bessel functions as well as the zeros of q-trigonometric functions. A basic analog of a theorem of G. Pólya (1918) on the zeros of sine and cosine transformations is also given.  相似文献

This note employs path counting techniques to extend recent results on bounds for odd order linear recurrences to higher dimensions. The results imply optimal zero-free polydisks for multivariable power series with 0, 1 coefficients. The development of a numerical scheme for non‐hydrostatic free surface flows is described with the objective of improving the resolution characteristics of existing solution methods. The model uses a high‐order compact finite difference method for spatial discretization on a collocated grid and the standard, explicit, single step, four‐stage, fourth‐order Runge–Kutta method for temporal discretization. The Cartesian coordinate system was used. The model requires the solution of two Poisson equations at each time‐step and tridiagonal matrices for each derivative at each of the four stages in a time‐step. Third‐ and fourth‐order accurate boundaries for the flow variables have been developed including the top non‐hydrostatic pressure boundary. The results demonstrate that numerical dissipation which has been a problem with many similar models that are second‐order accurate is practically eliminated. A high accuracy is obtained for the flow variables including the non‐hydrostatic pressure. The accuracy of the model has been tested in numerical experiments. In all cases where analytical solutions are available, both phase errors and amplitude errors are very small. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

An algorithm is presented for raising an approximation order of any given orthogonal multiscaling function with the dilation factor a. Let φ(x) = [φ1(x),φ2(x),…,φr(x)]T be an orthogonal multiscaling function with the dilation factor a and the approximation order m. We can construct a new orthogonal multiscaling function φnew(x) = [ φT(x). f3r 1(x),φr 2(x),…,φr s(x)}T with the approximation order m L(L ∈ Z ). In other words, we raise the approximation order of multiscaling function φ(x) by increasing its multiplicity. In addition, we discuss an especial setting. That is, if given an orthogonal multiscaling function φ(x) = [φ1 (x), φ2(x), …, φr(x)]T is symmetric, then the new orthogonal multiscaling function φnew(x) not only raise the approximation order but also preserve symmetry.
