在DMF溶剂中,不外加催化剂使芳香醛(1)与2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧六环-4,6-二酮(2)发生缩合反应生成2,2-二甲基-5-芳亚甲基-1,3-二氧六环-4,6-二酮(3a~f)。在同样条件下,芳香醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮(4)则发生缩合和迈克尔加成反应生成2,2’-芳亚甲基双(3-羟基-5,5-二甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮)(5a~h)。用单晶X-射线分析法确定了产物5b的晶体结构。  相似文献

The reaction of N-fluoropyridinium triflate with isonitriles in acetonitrile and propionitrile in the presence of NaBH(OAc)3 led to the formation of the corresponding imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines in 44-73% yields. The proposed reaction mechanism involves the intermediate formation of a highly reactive carbene species and apparent reduction of the pyridinium intermediate with NaBH(OAc)3 to yield the targeted heterocycles.  相似文献

The reduction of 4,4′-bipyridine (BPH2+2) on mercury in an acid medium gives a very narrow sharp tail-less reversible voltammetric peak that can be ascribed to the formation of a two-dimensional (2D) phase of the cation radical BPH·+2 at the electrode according to the reaction

The corresponding oxidation peak possesses similar properties and arises from the destruction (fusion) of the 2D phase.In this work we studied the influence of some experimental variables, namely the type of anion present in the medium, the concentration of 4,4′-bipyridine and temperature on the 2D phase transition peaks. Also, we tested various analytical criteria to validate this assignation and fitted both voltammetric peaks numerically to the theoretical model developed for this purpose.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of polyphosphosiloxane by the thermal condensation of an equimolar mixture of trimethyl phosphate and (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane at 200 °C was developed. The reaction affords ethanol and polyphosphosiloxane-{Si(OEt)[(CH2)3NR1R2]-O-P(O)(OMe)-O}n-(R1 = H, Me; R2 = Me), whose composition and structure were confirmed by 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The scheme of polymerization involving the intermediate formation of methyl-and dimethylphosphoric acids and their condensation with ethoxysilanes was proposed. The calcination of the obtained polyphosphosiloxane in vacuo at 350 °C results in the elimination of the amino groups and alkoxide substituents, and a spatially cross-linked polymer is formed as an amorphous powder. Its further thermolysis at 600 and 1000 °C gives crystalline phosphosilicates Si5O(PO4)6 or SiP2O7. Their amorphous and crystalline samples were characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and solid-state 13C and 31P spectroscopy. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Crystal structures of 6-[(2-hydroxy-1,1-bis-hydroxymethyl-ethylamino)-methylene]-4-nitro-cyclohexa-2,4-dienone hydrate (I) and 6-[(2-hydroxy-1,1-bis-hydroxymethyl-ethylamino)-methylene]-4-bromo-cyclohexa-2,4-dienone (II) have been determined. The crystals of I are monoclinic, a = 16.957(1) Å, b = 10.729(2) Å, c = 7.240(3) Å; β = 99.56(3)°, space group P21/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0492. The crystals of II are triclinic, a = 10.282(2) Å, b = 7.189(3) Å, c = 16.831(3) Å; α = 90.67(3)°, β = 100.10(3)°, γ = 95.87(3)°; space group P-1, Z = 4, R = 0.0591. The independent part of the unit cell of I contains one unique molecule and water of crystallization, while in II — two unique molecules A and B. C(CH2OH)3 fragment of the molecule B manifests the disordering of alcohol oxygen atoms. Both in I and II, the salicylidene fragment of the molecules exists in the quinoid tautomeric form.  相似文献

Condensation of 1-alkyl-, 1-allyl-, and 1-benzyl-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2-ones with benzaldehydes in acetic acid and subsequent treatment of the reaction mixture with potassium hydroxide afforded 1-substituted 9a-(2-phenylethenyl)-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2-one derivatives. 1-Methyl- and 1-ethyl-9a-[2-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)ethenyl]-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2-ones were synthesized by alkylation of 9a-[2-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)ethenyl]-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2-one with methyl- and ethyl iodides in DMF in the presence of a strong base.  相似文献

A series of N‐chloroacetyl‐2,6‐diarylpiperidin‐4‐ones (1018) obtained from the corresponding 2,6‐diarylpiperidin‐4‐ones upon base‐catalyzed condensation with morpholine afforded N‐morpholinoacetyl‐2,6‐diarylpiperidin‐4‐ones (1927). Abstract

ZnO-beta zeolite, an inexpensive and mild catalyst, has been used for the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines in excellent yields from the one-pot four-component condensation of aldehydes, dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate in ethanol at room temperature. The remarkable advantages offered by this method are a green catalyst, mild reaction conditions, simple work-up procedures, much faster reactions, and excellent yield of products. Furthermore, the catalyst could be reused several times keeping its initial activity in recycled reactions.  相似文献
