光谱法研究吲哚美辛,舒林酸及其金属配合物与牛血清蛋白的相互作用

以曙红Y(Eosin Y)为探针,采用竞争结合法考查了非甾体抗炎药吲哚美辛和舒林酸及其相关的金属配合物与BSA的结合。在中性环境中,曙红Y的吸收光谱随着BSA的加入发生明显变化,结果表明,曙红Y与BSA之间的结合以静电作用为主,两者之间可能发生电子转移。曙红Y与BSA结合后,抗炎药吲哚美辛,舒林酸的加入可以破坏这种结合,曙红Y部分游离出来,其吸收值恢复,说明药物可以同样的方式结合到BSA上,抢占曙红Y在BSA上的结合位点。将药物转化为金属配合物后,与血清蛋白的亲和程度更强,铜(Ⅱ)的配合物最为突出,推测将非甾体抗炎药转化为铜配合物后,有更好的药理活性。     

Synthesis and heteroelectrocyclization of unsymmetrically substituted diazomalonamides

A selective procedure was developed for the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles and unsymmetrically substituted diazomalonamides. Cyclization of unsymmetrically substituted diazomalonamides to 1,2,3-triazoles was studied by the method of intramolecular competitive reactions. The kinetic and thermodynamic characteristics of the process were determined. Quantum-chemical calculations for the monorotatory electrocyclic and nonrotatory heteroelectrocyclic mechanisms of cyclization were carried out. N-Aryldiazomalonamides undergo cyclization according to the heteroelectrocyclic mechanism, whereas cyclization of N-alkyldiazomalonamides proceeds by the monorotatory mechanism. The experimental constant of competition between these processes is (1.3—8.3)·10³ (DMSO-d₆) and (45.2—72.4)·10³ (CD₃OD).     

收益约束下在线租赁最小风险策略竞争分析

在线算法是研究信息不确定决策问题的一种新工具。应用在线算法研究金融租赁问题(在线租赁)是近年来国内外的一个研究热点。本文在前人研究基础上,讨论了给定收益约束下在线租赁最小风险策略,完善了在线租赁的风险收益竞争分析。同时我们也把基本的在线租赁扩展为可退货在线租赁问题,并进一步讨论了可退货在线租赁问题的风险最小策略。本文结果对在线租赁研究具有重要意义。     

A 2.79 COMPETITIVE ON-LINE ALGORITHM FOR TWO PROCESSOR REAL-TIME SYSTEMS WITH UNIFORM VALUE DENSITY

We consider the problem of competitive on-liae scheduling in two processor real-timesystems. In our model all tasks have common value density. Each task has a release time. an exe-cution time and a deadline. The scheduler is given no information about a task until it is released.And the value will be achieved if and only if the task is completed by its deadlirte. Moreover. wesuppose that migratbn is not allowed. The goal of the scheduler is to obtain as much value as pos-sible. In this paper we show that the competitive multipber of Safe-Risky-fixed Algorithm irt [4]is really 3 and presents a modified algorithm (Safe-Risky-unfixed Algorithm) that achieves a com-petitive mukiplier of 2. 79.     

同型平行机上在线排序问题的近似算法

本文研究同型平行机上的在线排序问题。通过平移工件的到达时间，提出了一类在线确定型算法SSPT。对目标为总完工时间的情形，证明了该算法竞争比不了于2且不超过(4-1/m)，对目标为加工总长的情形，该算法的竞争比的上界为(3-1/m)。

本利用Mawhin的重合度理论研究了一类多物种竞争差分系统正周期解的存在性，获得了保证该差分系统存在正周期解的新的充分条件．     

The theory of Ostwald ripening

Developments in the theory of Ostwald ripening since the classic work of I. M. Lifshitz and V. V. Slyozov (LS) are reviewed and directions for future work are suggested. Recent theoretical work on the role of a finite volume fraction of coarsening phase on the ripening behavior of two-phase systems is reformulated in terms of a consistent set of notation through which each of the theories can be compared and contrasted. Although more theoretical work is necessary, these theories are in general agreement on the effects of a finite volume fraction of coarsening phase on the coarsening behavior of two-phase systems. New work on transient Ostwald ripening is presented which illustrates the broad range of behavior which is possible in this regime. The conditions responsible for the presence of the asymptotic state first discovered by LS, as well as the manner in which this state is approached, are also discussed. The role of elastic fields during Ostwald ripening in solid-solid mixtures is reviewed, and it is shown that these fields can play a dominant role in determining the coarsening behavior of a solid-solid system.     

Flood search under the California Split rule

We consider flood search on a line and show that no algorithm can achieve an average-case competitive ratio of less than 4 when compared to the optimal off-line algorithm. We also demonstrate that the optimal scanning sequences are described by simple recursive relationships that yield surprisingly complex behavior related to Hamiltonian chaos.     

An Indirect Competitive Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay for Simultaneous Determination of Florfenicol and Thiamphenicol in Animal Meat and Urine

A high-affinity polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunizing animals with haptens FFD and FFM. Under the optimal combination of coating antigen and antibody, an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA) for simultaneous detection of florfenicol and thiamphenicol residues in animal meat and urine samples was developed. The icELISA showed an IC₅₀ value of 1.32 ng mL^?1 for florfenicol and 2.13 ng mL^?1 for thiamphenicol, respectively. The linear ranges were from 0.31 to 5.61 ng mL^?1 with a limit of detection of 0.12 ng mL^?1 for florfenicol, and 0.41 to 11.2 ng mL^?1 with a limit of detection of 0.15 ng mL^?1 for thiamphenicol, respectively. The average recoveries of florfenicol and thiamphenicol in spiked samples ranged from 77.2% to 116.0% with a relative standard deviation of less than 15%. Therefore, this proposed icELISA provided a valid detection method for florfenicol and thiamphenicol residues in animal tissue and urine samples.
