制备了硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面修饰的SnO2纳米微晶,通过FT-IR、XPS、TEM和TG-DTA对其结构和表面特性进行表征和研究. FT-IR和XPS分析结果确证了KH-570与SnO2表面是以化学键合或物理吸附方式相结合,粒子表面存在酯基等有机官能团的红外吸收特征;观测到KH-570中Si原子的Si2s和Si2p谱线. TEM分析表明,表面修饰反应增强了SnO2纳米微晶的疏水性和分散性.由XPS和TG的实测数据探讨了纳米粒子具有较低包覆量的可能原因. 相似文献

Top layers of γ-Al2O3 composite membranes have been modified by the silane coupling technique using phenyltriethoxysilane for improving the separation factor of CO2 to N2. The separation efficiency of the modified membranes was strongly dependent upon the hydroxylation tendency of the support materials and the amount of the special functional group (i.e. phenyl radical) which was coupled onto a top layer. The separation factor through the TiO2 supported γ-Al2O3 membrane was found to be fairly enhanced by silane coupling, but in case of the -Al2O3 supported membrane was not. The CO2/N2 separation factor through the modified γ-Al2O3/TiO2 composite membrane is 1.7 at 90°C and ΔP = 2 × 105 Pa for the binary mixture containing 50 vol% CO2. The separation factor is proportional to the CO2 concentration in the gas mixture, and the modified membrane is stable up to 100°C. The main mechanism of the CO2 transport through the modified γ-Al2O3 layer is known to be a surface diffusion. 相似文献

Calculation methods based on hybrid Density Functional Theory (DFT) with the basis sets of the B3LYP/6‐31+G(d)//B3LYP/4‐31G(d) method and the differential overlap (INDO) program were used to derive reasonable decomposition mechanisms of 1,4,5,8‐tetranitro‐1,4,5,8‐tetraazadecalin (TNAD) and 1,3,3‐trinitroazetidine (TNAZ) explosives. All possible decomposition species and transition states, including intermediates and products, were identified and their corresponding enthalpy of formation and Gibbs free energy of formation were obtained using polyparametric modification equations. INDO bond energy calculation results reveal the weakest bonding site for reference and determine where cleavage can occur easily. This work is concerned mainly with eliminating HONO (cis or trans form). The activation energy for trans‐form HONO elimination is lower than that of cis‐form HONO elimination in the initial steps of both TNAD and TNAZ decomposition, being 18.5 kJ/mol and 33.3 kJ/mol, respectively. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以聚酰胺-胺树形分子为模板制备了分散好、尺寸均匀的CdS量子点,并用分光光度滴定法研究了Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、Cu2+、Mn2+几种金属离子对其光致发光性能的影响。发现不同离子对CdS量子点的发光性能影响不同:Cd2+和Zn2+使量子点荧光增强,Pb2+、Cu2+和Mn2+使其荧光有不同程度淬灭。这归因于金属离子对CdS量子点表面的修饰作用。Cd2+能减少由S2-悬键构成的非辐射复合中心,增强树形分子对量子点表面缺陷的钝化作用,并能在量子点周围形成类肖特基能垒,从而显著增大CdS量子点的光致发光效率。由于ZnS与CdS的晶格参数非常接近,Zn2+能起到与Cd2+类似的作用,使CdS量子点的发光效率大大增强。Pb2+和Cu2+能取代Cd2+在CdS量子点表面生成窄带隙的壳层,对其发光有很强的淬灭作用。由于块体PbS的带隙比块体CuS窄,故Pb2+的淬灭能力强于Cu2+。Mn2+能破坏Cd2+与PAMAM树形分子的配位键,降低树形分子对CdS量子点表面缺陷的钝化作用,且其本身在量子点表面构成了新的荧光淬灭中心,但Mn2+也能形成较弱的类肖特基能垒,故对量子点的发光淬灭作用较弱。 相似文献

The paper presents a new method for the generation of acetaldehyde in the amounts that allow to calibrate the measuring system. The method is based on thermal decomposition of surface compounds at the range 130-190 °C, in which an acetaldehyde as the decomposition product is released. The synthetic pathway leading to the desired surface compounds is described. Investigations demonstrated that the synthesis of the compounds on the surface of the support material (silica gel) was carried out homogeneously. The technique proposed was used for the generation of gaseous standard mixtures containing acetaldehyde for the calibration of a thermal desorber-gas chromatograph-flame ionization detector system. 相似文献
