催化褪色光度法测定痕量钴的研究

研究了在ＰＨ１０．５的Ｎａ２Ｂ４Ｏ７－ＮａＯＨ介质中，痕量钴（Ⅱ）对过氧化氢氧化桑色素初色反应的催化作用，建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钴的新方法。方法的线性范围为０－１．２μ／ｍＬ检出限为４．４＊１０＾－１８ｇ／Ｌ。用于水和维生素Ｂ１２中钴的测定，结果满意。     

Thermochemische Untersuchungen zu den Systemen Ti/Ni und Ti/Co

Thermochemical Investigations of the Systems Ti/Ni and Ti/Co By treatment of solid Ni or Co with a H₂/TiCl₄-gas mixture at sufficient high temperature (T ≥ 900°C) the intermetallic phases TiNi₃ and TiCo₃, resp., are formed. The conversion grade depends on the H₂/TiCl₄-ratio. From the experimentally determined conversion grades and the known thermodynamic data of all other species existing in equilibrium the free enthalpies and the heats of formation of TiN₃ and TiCo₃ have been calculated (TiNi₃: ΔH(298) = ?133.3 ± 6 kJ/mol; TiCo₃: ΔH(298) = ?104.7 ± 6 kJ/mol).     

Fischer-Tropsch synthesis over cobalt catalysts supported on modified SiO2 with mesoporous silica

SiO₂ was modified by hexagonal mesoporous silica to form a mixture with meso-/macroporous sizes and used as support of Co catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in a slurry phase. A synergistic effect on the activity of Co catalyst was found. The catalytic properties are related to the state of surface Co and the character of support.

以β-萘酚醛与一系列二胺缩合为配体,合成了钴的配合物。通过测定配合物在各种溶剂中吸收的氧气,得到了配合物与分子氧的摩尔比。并从各种溶剂中分离出了一系列2:1和1:1(Co/O_2)的分子氧加合物。对这些配合物和分子氧加合物进行了元素分析,红外、紫外一可见光谱和磁化率的表征,并研究了性质与结构的关系。     

Spectrochemical Properties of Noncubical Transition Metal Complexes in Solutions. IX. The Mixed Tetragonal Distorted Bis(Salicylato)Cobalt(II) Complex in Various Solvents

Mixed cobalt(II) complexes with the monodentate ligands: 2-hydroxybenzoic acid deprotonated (sal^–, the salicylate ion) and water, have been investigated. The combined results of the spectrophotometric and conductance measurements, as well as known the X-ray structure for solids, were used to determine the structure of the studied complexes in solution. The electronic absorption spectra in aqueous acid (0.01M HClO₄), ethylene glycol (glycol), formamide (FM), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solutions have been recorded. The d-d electronic spectra have been treated by the crystal-field model (CFM) and angular overlap model (AOM). Low-symmetry splittings of the broad asymmetric bands in the experimental spectra (solutions at room temperature) were found by Gaussian analysis. The effect of the and bonding of the monodentate ligands (with oxygen-donor ligators) on the central metal ion was described in the ligand–field framework. A comparison of the stereochemistry of the complex species in various solutions was made.     

Oxidation of ascorbic acid in the presence of phthalocyanine metal complexes. Chemical aspects of catalytic anticancer therapy. 1. Catalysis of oxidation by cobalt octacarboxyphthalocyanine

The kinetics of oxidation of ascorbic acid in the presence of cobalt octa-4,5-carboxyphthalocyanine sodium salt (Teraphthal) was studied. A kinetic equation was obtained and a scheme of the process was proposed. According to the scheme, the first stage is the formation of a complex of the catalyst with dioxygen, and the limiting stage is the reaction of dioxygen with the ascorbate monoanion. The influence of the pH of the medium and the presence of a transport protein (albumin) on the state and catalytic activity of Teraphthal was studied. The involvement of hydrogen peroxide and oxygen-centered radicals in the catalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid was proved.     

钴的光度分析方法进展

综述了近十多年来国内外钴的光度分析方法,包括分光光度法、催化光度法、原子吸收光度法等。     

溶剂萃取法制备Co(PO_3)_2超细微粉

本文用溶剂萃取法成功地制备了偏磷酸钴超细微粉并通过ＸＲＤ，ＩＲ，ＴＧ，ＤＴＡ，ＴＥＭ等实验对超细微粉的组成、结构进行了表征。     

钴配合物的合成晶体结构及活性研究

The complex [Co₂Cl₂(EGTB)]·(ClO₄)₂·5H₂O was synthesized in methanol-aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group of P2₁/c. The cell parameters are a=1.42231(2)nm,b=2.53181(3)nm,c=1.43392(2)nm,β=102.0518(5)°, Z=4, F(000)=2360,D_c=1.508g·cm^-3, The final R=0.0788,wR₂=0.232, The catalytic rate constant of the dismutation of superoxide radicals has been obtained by means of photo reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT),and it is 1.875×10⁶mol^-1·L·s^-1.     

Activity coefficients of electrolytes from the E.M.F. of liquid membrane cells. II - multicharged electrolyte solutions

The activity coefficients of Co(en)₃Cl₃ and K₂SO₄ were measured by means of a cell with ion-exchange liquid membranes following the method described in paper I. The results prove that this method is even more valuable with multicharged salts than with 1-1 electrolytes. The values obtained are precise and reliable down to dilution limits never before accessible, e.g., 4×10^–5 mol-kg^–1 in Co(en)₃Cl₃. High dilution levels are of particular importance when dealing with highly charged electrolytes since the trend at higher concentrations often leads to errors both in extrapolation to infinite dilution and in the absolute activity coefficients. As an application, the activity coefficients of [Co(en)₃]₂(SO₄)₃-suspected to be wrongly evaluated in past literature-were measured, and their values at low concentrations were actually lower than those quoted before.
