Axially chiral phosphine-oxazoline ligands in silver(I)-catalyzed asymmetric Mannich reaction of N-Boc aldimines with trimethylsiloxyfuran

Axially chiral phosphine-oxazoline ligand L6 was found to be a fairly effective chiral ligand in silver(I)-catalyzed asymmetric Mannich reaction of N-Boc aldimines with trimethylsiloxyfuran to give the corresponding adducts in up to 97% yield, 7:1 dr and 86% ee (major diastereoisomer).     

High-performance liquid chromatographic enantioseparation of methanobenzazocines

Chiral recognition and resolution of methanobenzazocines was investigated by HPLC using polysaccharide, Pirkle-type, native and derivatized β-cyclodextrin chiral stationary phases. Enantioseparation of phenyl substituted 2,6-methanobenzazocines was achieved with multiple chiral stationary phases throughout the classes described. Chiral resolution of the enantiomers of 1,5-methano-3-methyl-6-oxo-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-3-benzazocine was produced on both polysaccharide and Pirkle-type phases. In the case of 1,5-methano-3-methyl-6-phenyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-3-benzazocine only a dinitrophenyl substituted β-cyclodextrin produced a separation of enantiomers.     

基于联萘酚的水溶性手性大环荧光传感器的合成与晶体结构

以R-联萘酚、氯氰胺、间苯二胺、1,2二苯基乙二胺、乙二胺为原料合成了3个水溶性手性大环荧光传感器;利用核磁共振(1 H NMR和13 C NMR)、质谱、红外光谱验证了合成产物的结构,利用元素分析仪测定了其组成,并利用X射线衍射分析确定了单晶R-3的晶体结构.结果表明,R-3属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.128 6nm,b=1.566 1nm,c=2.293 9nm,β=90°,Z=4,Dc=1.328g.cm-3,F(000)=1 684.     

高效液相色谱手性冠醚固定相拆分丙氨酸、正缬氨酸和犬尿氨酸对映体

采用高效液相色谱法在手性冠醚柱上拆分丙氨酸、正缬氨酸和犬尿氨酸3种对映体.使用CROWNPAK CR(+)柱(150 mm×4 mm, 5 μm),以HClO4溶液(pH 1.0)为流动相,柱温20 ℃,流速1.0 mL/min,丙氨酸、正缬氨酸和犬尿氨酸的检测波长分别为200、220和254 nm,3种氨基酸都得到手性拆分.考察了流动相流速、温度及pH对分离的影响,并通过对选择性、保留时间和柱效的考察判断影响分离度的因素.结果表明: 降低温度有助于提高手性选择性,但会降低柱效,从而影响分离度.在0～20 ℃柱温范围内研究了lnk′、lnα与1/T的关系,计算了3种氨基酸对映体与固定相相互作用的热力学函数.

Asymmetric allylation of aldehydes and alkylation using "carbon-centered" chiral organosilicon compounds

The effects of the chiral substituents attached to silicon on the stereoselectivity of the reactions of C-centered chiral silicon compounds was examined. The investigation was focused on the asymmetric C-C bond formation reaction of chiral allylsilanes and α-silylallyl anions with aldehydes. The functionalities of the substituents on silicon can be manipulated to improve the stereoselectivities of the reactions remote from silicon atom.

手性助剂诱导催化不对称Strecker反应研究进展

亚胺的不对称Strecker反应是合成α-氨基酸化合物的重要途径之一,一般在手性助剂的诱导下进行.近年来,用于诱导不对称Strecker反应的各类手性助剂的研究受到广泛关注.本文综述了α-苯乙胺、α-氨基酸、α-氨基酸衍生的酰胺、α-苯甘氨醇、亚磺酰基亚胺、糖胺、肼等七类化合物作为手性助剂在不对称Strecker反应中的应用研究现状,就该研究领域存在的问题进行了分析,并对其前景进行了展望.     

含平面手性和中心手性双手性因素化合物的合成及应用

[2,2]对二环苯经甲酰化、缩合、拆分得到（Rp）-4-甲酰基[2,2]对二环苯,再与L-亮氨酸的衍生物二齿手性氨基醇经缩合、还原得到由平面手性和中心手性因素构建的化合物（Rp,S）-1,1-二苯基-2-{[2,2]对二环苯基-甲氨基}-4-甲基戊醇.产物结构经IR、MS和1H NMR等进行了表征.用1H NMR考察了其作为主体对客体手性羧酸衍生物消旋体的手性识别能力.     

手性噁唑硼烷的研究进展及其应用

手性噁唑硼烷是不对称合成的重要催化剂, 它可以高产率、高立体选择性地催化酮、内消旋酰亚胺以及亚胺的不对称还原, 催化立体选择性Diels-Alder反应、不对称Mukaiyama缩合反应等重要有机化学反应. 概述了近十年来手性噁唑硼烷在不对称合成中的研究进展以及在合成VB₁₂等多种天然及非天然活性化合物中的应用.
