采用聚氧乙烯涂层毛细管柱,以牛血清蛋白(BSA)为手性添加剂,运用毛细管电泳电导检测对手性药物沙丁胺醇和多沙唑嗪以及DL-组氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸进行拆分。考察了涂层柱的稳定性和重现性。对影响手性分离的主要因素:缓冲溶液的浓度和酸度、BSA的浓度、有机溶剂的种类和浓度以及分离电压进行了系统的研究。结果表明:在选择的最佳实验条件下,各对映异构体在22min内得到基线分离。  相似文献

Highly efficient kinetic resolution of racemic secondary alkyl diazoacetates in intramolecular carbon-hydrogen insertion reactions has been achieved using chiral dirhodium(ii) carboxamidates. Products formed from catalytic diazo decomposition of racemic 2-octyl diazoacetate and, separately, its (2R)- and (2S)-enantiomeric forms, as well as bothcis- andtrans-2-methylcyclohexyl diazoacetates, have been systematically evaluated. Enantioselectivities up to 99 %ee have been obtained for -lactone formation. -Lactone production has been observed and, although minor with cyclohexyl diazoacetates, is the major insertion pathway for diazo decomposition of 2-octyl diazoacetate.Dedicated to Academician of the RAS N. Least squares estimations have been used extensively in many applications, e.g. system identification and signal prediction. When the stochastic process is stationary, the least squares estimators can be found by solving a Toeplitz or near-Toeplitz matrix system depending on the knowledge of the data statistics. In this paper, we employ the preconditioned conjugate gradient method with circulant preconditioners to solve such systems. Our proposed circulant preconditioners are derived from the spectral property of the given stationary process. In the case where the spectral density functions() of the process is known, we prove that ifs() is a positive continuous function, then the spectrum of the preconditioned system will be clustered around 1 and the method converges superlinearly. However, if the statistics of the process is unknown, then we prove that with probability 1, the spectrum of the preconditioned system is still clustered around 1 provided that large data samples are taken. For finite impulse response (FIR) system identification problems, our numerical results show that annth order least squares estimator can usually be obtained inO(n logn) operations whenO(n) data samples are used. Finally, we remark that our algorithm can be modified to suit the applications of recursive least squares computations with the proper use of sliding window method arising in signal processing applications.Research supported in part by HKRGC grant no. 221600070, ONR contract no. The crystal and molecular structure of a new azetidine-2-carboxylic amide derivative is described. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by least squares methods toR1=0.0393 for 4264 reflections (withI>2(I)) The structure consists of two independent molecules which are chemically the same with slight differences in geometry. Recently, there has been interest in calculating (u), the subdifferential of atu, which is useful for both the construction of efficient algorithms for the minimization of (u) and the sensitivity analysis of (u), namely, the perturbation theory of (u). In this paper, more generally, we investigate the Legendre-Fenchel conjugate function of (·) and the -subdifferential (u) of atu. Then, we discuss relations between the set (u) and some perturbation bounds for (u).The author is deeply indebted to Professor J. B. A good preconditioner is extremely important in order for the conjugate gradients method to converge quickly. In the case of Toeplitz matrices, a number of recent studies were made to relate approximation of functions to good preconditioners. In this paper, we present a new result relating the quality of the Toeplitz preconditionerC for the Toeplitz matrixT to the Chebyshev norm (f– g)/f, wheref and g are the generating functions forT andC, respectively. In particular, the construction of band-Toeplitz preconditioners becomes a linear minimax approximation problem. The case whenf has zeros (but is nonnegative) is especially interesting and the corresponding approximation problem becomes constrained. We show how the Remez algorithm can be modified to handle the constraints. Numerical experiments confirming the theoretical results are presented.  相似文献

Glass capillaries coated with Chirasil-Val, a chirally functionalised polysiloxane, are capable in principle of resolving all protein amino-acid enantiomers in a single run and within a short analysis time, thus allowing for example the quantitative amino acid determination by enantiomer labelling. The elution characteristics of the individual amino acids however are also dependent upon the chemical nature of the capillary wall surface, and a surface pretreatment is found to be necessary if all protein amino acids are to be analysed. Of the various methods of pretreatment tested, etching of borosilicate glass with gaseous HCl followed by deposition of colloidal silicic acid is considered to be the most suitable.  相似文献

Summary A strategy for the optimisation of direct chiral separation of omeprazole and a metabolite, hydroxi-omeprazole, in reversed phase liquid chromatography is described. A factorial design was used, where mobile phase pH, concentration of a mobile phase modifier, ionic strength and column temperature were tested as the variables and enantioselective retention, column efficiency and asymmetry factor as the responses. The experimental results were evaluated with multivariate analyses, which demonstrated that the column temperature and content of mobile phase acetonitrile were by far the most important variables. The enantiomers of omeprazole and one of its metabolites were baseline resolved within 15 minutes. The optimised chromatographic system was used for a separation of the enantiomers of omeprazole and its main metabolite in a patient plasma sample.  相似文献
