手性膦酸二酯类化合物的合成与结构

手性呋喃酮1a1b与亚磷酸三酯2a2b通过串联的不对称Michael加成/分子内Michalis-Arbazov重排反应,得到含磷官能团的新手性化合物5-(S)-(1S)-冰片氧基-4-膦酸二酯基-3-卤素-2(5H)-呋喃酮(3a～3d).该反应具有条件温和,产率高(69%～93%),光学纯度单一(d.e.≥98%)等特点.通过元素分析,IR,UV¹HNMR¹³CNMR,MS,[α]_D²⁰等分析数据以及X射线四圆衍射确定了它们的化学结构和绝对构型.     

高效液相色谱法测定米根霉乳酸发酵液中乳酸的光学纯度

 以 2 ,3,6 三甲基 β 环糊精作手性流动相添加剂 ,C18柱为固定相 ,考察了流动相的pH和手性流动相添加剂浓度对乳酸对映体分离度的影响 ,建立了DL 乳酸的拆分定量分析方法。用归一化法分析DL 乳酸时引入了定量校正因子 ,确定了外标法测定L 乳酸的回归方程、精密度和回收率。测定了米根霉L 乳酸发酵液中D 型异构体的质量分数及其随放置时间的变化情况。     

纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)涂敷手性固定相的制备、表征及评价

 以纤维素和 3,5 二甲基苯基异氰酸酯为原料合成了纤维素 三 (3,5 二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯 ) ,并采用两种不同的方法将其涂敷于小粒径 (平均粒径 5 μm ,平均孔径 13nm ,比表面积 110m2 / g)的氨基丙烷化硅胶 (APS)上 ,制得了在纤维素 三 (苯基氨基甲酸酯 )类衍生物涂敷的硅基手性固定相中具有较佳手性识别能力的固定相。通过元素分析、扫描电子显微镜对两种手性固定相进行了表征 ,用高效液相色谱法对两种固定相的手性拆分能力进行了评价和比较。     

高效液相色谱法直接拆分非甾体解热镇痛药物对映体

使用Kromasil CHI-TBB手性固定相,分离了非甾体解热镇痛药卡洛芬,氟吡洛芬,非诺洛芬,酮洛芬,吡咯芬和萘普生等对映体。结果表明,这种以酒石酸二酰胺为手性中心的商业化手性固定相,适合于在正相条件下分离上述药物对映体,对映体分离因子和分析时间可以通过向流动相中添加极性物质如异丙醇,甲基叔丁醚等来进行调节。     

高效毛细管电泳对农药手性拆分的进展

环境中使用的农药绝大多数都具有位置或光学异构体,而且同一农药的不同对映体通常也具有不同的药效和毒性,但是目前有关手性农药的研究还很少,高效毛细管电泳是一门特别适于手性分离研究的技术,综述了近年来利用高效毛细管电泳技术对手性农药进行拆分的研究,最后对该工作的发展前景进行了讨论。

Synthesis of D-Glucose-based Azacrown Ethers with Phosphinoxidoalkyl Side Chains and Their Application to an Enantioselective Reaction

Five chiral -D-glucose-based monoaza-15-crown-5 ethers with phosphinoxidoalkyl side chains of one to five carbon atoms (5a–e)have been synthesised. The cation binding ability of the new lariat ethers was evaluated bythe picrate extraction method. The substituents at the nitrogen atom were not a major influenceon the cation extraction ability of the azacrown ether; the compounds showed, however, a significant asymmetric induction as phase transfer catalysts in the Michael addition of2-nitropropane to chalcone (95% ee).     

吸附蛋白质固定相电色谱手性分离的研究

 将牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)吸附于强阴离子交换固定相 (SAX)上用于电色谱手性分离。当SAX吸附BSA后 ,电渗淌度仅仅下降 2 6 3% ,而电渗流的方向没有改变。在该系统中电渗流的方向和阴离子的电泳方向一致 ,因而克服了一般蛋白质固定相不能分离酸性对映体的缺点。 1种中性对映体安息香和 4种阴离子性对映体色氨酸、华法令、非诺洛芬、酮基布洛芬获得了成功分离。当流动相含体积分数为 7%的乙腈时 ,死时间和D 色氨酸、L 色氨酸的迁移时间的相对标准偏差分别为 0 90 % ,0 87%和 0 96 % (n =2 1) ,说明该体系有很好的重现性。     

Enhancement of flexoelectric ratio of nematic liquid crystal by doping calamitic ferroelectric liquid crystal

We measured the flexoelectric ratio e* of a nematic liquid crystal (NLC) doped with a calamitic ferroelectric liquid crystal (FLC). We doped two kinds of commercial FLC into the pure NLC at a weight concentration of 5 wt%. The absolute value of the flexoelectric ratio was increased up to 49% compared to the pure NLC. The greater transverse dipole moment and the elastic constant of FLC are thought to be related to the increase of the flexoelectric ratio.
