采用热丝和射频等离子体复合化学气相沉积设备(PE-HF-CVD),以CH4、H2和N2为反应气体.在较低衬底温度下(500℃),用简单的催化剂制备方法--旋涂法在硅片上涂覆Ni(NO3)2溶液,经热处理及H2还原后的Ni颗粒为催化剂,在硅衬底上制备出了垂直于硅片且定向生长的碳纳米管薄膜.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果显示,1 mol/l的硝酸镍溶液旋涂硅片所得催化剂制得的碳纳米管管径为30~50 nm,长度超过4μm,定向性好.并用拉曼光谱(Raman)对不同摩尔浓度Ni(NO3)2溶液条件下制备的碳纳米管薄膜样品进行了表征. 相似文献

SiO2-coated TiO2 powders were prepared by the chemical deposition method starting from rutile TiO2 and Na2SiO3. The SiO2-coated TiO2 powders were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Zeta-potential analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The evolution of island-like and uniform coating layers was found to depend upon the ratio of Na2SiO3 to TiO2, reaction temperature, and pH. The whiteness and brightness of the SiO2-coated TiO2 powders increased in response to an increase in the SiO2 loading, but there was a maximum value among the light scattering indexes. The SiO2-coated TiO2 powders possessed more negative Zeta potentials than the naked TiO2. The dispersibility of the SiO2-coated TiO2 powders with the continuous and uniform SiO2 coating layers was higher than that of the naked TiO2 and the SiO2-coated TiO2 powders with the island-like SiO2 coating layers. 相似文献

以前驱物pAB-DTPAA-APTEOS、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和三氯化铕(EuCl3)等为原料,采用油包水(W/O)的反相微乳液法,在正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTEOS)的共同水解下,制备出新型的SiO2包覆铕配合物荧光纳米粒子Eu-pAB-DTPAA-AP-SiO2。运用TEM、IR、UV-Vis、荧光光谱等技术对荧光纳米粒子进行了表征。TEM结果表明:包覆体呈球形,分散均匀,平均粒径为40nm。纳米粒子与配体、前驱物的紫外吸收谱相比较,峰位发生了一定的红移,表明通过反相微乳液法得到的固体粉末与EuCl3反应后,已经生成配合物Eu-pAB-DTPAA-AP-SiO2。红外光谱研究表明,在801cm-1出现νSi—C的伸缩振动峰,471cm-1处出现νEu—O的伸缩振动峰。由此证实Eu-pAB-DTPAA-AP-SiO2配合物的存在。荧光光谱分析表明,纳米粒子Eu-pAB-DTPAA-AP-SiO2表现出较好的荧光性能,位于592,615,689nm的发射峰分别归属于Eu3 离子的5D0→7F1、5D0→7F2和5D0→7F4跃迁,其中最强峰615nm属于Eu3 的特征跃迁发射。作为一种新型的荧光试剂,该纳米粒子具有粒径小,亲水性强,荧光强度大,且表面的氨基能方便地与生物分子偶联,故可作为优良的时间分辨荧光标记物用于各种高灵敏生物检测技术中。 相似文献

This effort reports on novel fluorinated polyamide (FPA) and polyamide 1010 (PA1010)-based blends and graphene reinforced nanocomposite. PA1010/FPA (80:20) blend was opted as matrix material on the basis of molecular weight, thermal, and shear stress performance. Graphene was obtained through in situ chemical method of graphene oxide reduction. PA1010/FPA/Graphene nanocomposites was developed using various graphene loadings (up to 5 wt.%). Thin film coatings were prepared on glass substrate. Consequently, the PA1010/FPA/Graphene attained regular spongy morphological pattern. PA1010/FPA/Graphene 3 also showed improved T0 and Tmax of 534 and 591 °C relative to the neat blend (T10 423 °C; Tmax 551 °C). Limiting oxygen index measurement indicated better non-flammability of PA1010/FPA/Graphene 1–3 nanocomposite series (57–60%) relative to the blend series (28–31%). UL94 tests also showed V-0 rating for nanocomposites. Furthermore, PA1010/FPA/Graphene 3 nanocomposite revealed significantly high tensile strength (62 MPa), flexural modulus (1690 MPa), and adhesive properties to be utilized as coating materials. This study examined the in situ deposition behavior of silica-based layers on IN713 turbine blades during the operation of a 13 kgf-class gas turbine at a rotation speed of 20,000/min as well as its effect on the degradation of the metallic substrate. Tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) was mixed with the fuel (liquid petroleum gas, LPG) and burned to generate silica-based coating precursors for deposition from the flame. Two deposition conditions were adopted. For condition 1 (C1), the silicon-to-carbon ratio in the mixed fuel was set at 0.1 mol% for the first 5 min and at zero mol% for the final 95 min in a 100-min operation. For condition 2 (C2), the ratio was set at 0.005 mol% during the entire 100 min operation. The total TEOS feed was the same under both conditions. C1 resulted in a rather uniform and thicker (5-10 μm on the pressure side) porous silica-based coating on the blade than C2. The in situ deposited layer of C1 was well preserved on the blade and protected the underlying metallic substrate from oxidation during the entire 100 min operation. The layer on the C2 blades was ∼5 μm thick at the region near to root, but was too thin in the other areas on the blade to be protective. The early build-up of a porous layer to an effective thickness on the blades produced a thermal barrier toward the substrate as well as a diffusion barrier toward the oxidizing elements during operation. 相似文献

Transparent conducting Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin films have been deposited by sol-gel route. Starting from an aqueous solution of zinc acetate by adding aluminum chloride as dopant, a c-axis oriented polycrystalline ZnO thin film 100 nm in thickness could be spin-coated on glass substrates via a two-step annealing process under reducing atmosphere. The effects of thermal annealing and dopant concentration on the structural, electrical and optical properties of AZO thin films were investigated. The post-treated AZO films exhibited a homogenous dense microstructure with grain sizes less than 10 nm as characterized by SEM photographs. The annealing atmosphere has prominent impact on the crystallinity of the films which will in turn influence the electrical conductivity. By varying the doping concentrations, the optical and electrical properties could be further adjusted. An optimal doping concentration of Al/Zn = 2.25 at.% was obtained with minimum resistivity of 9.90 × 10−3 Ω-cm whereas the carrier concentration and mobility was 1.25 × 1020 cm−3 and 5.04 cm2 V−1 s−1, respectively. Statistical physics and information theory is applied to the clinical chemistry measurements present in a patient database containing 2.5 million patients' data over a 20-year period. Despite the seemingly naive approach of aggregating all patients over all times (with respect to particular clinical chemistry measurements), both a diurnal signal in the decay of the time-delayed mutual information and the presence of two sub-populations with differing health are detected. This provides a proof in principle that the highly fragmented data in electronic health records has potential for being useful in defining disease and human phenotypes. 相似文献
