A flow injection method for the determination of fructose has been developed using immobilized hexokinase, glucose phosphate isomerase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The produced NADH was monitored amperometrically with a graphite electrode modified by an adsorbed Nile-blue derivative. The response was linear from the detection limit, 1M to 3 mMD-fructose for a sample volume of 25l. Glucose, the only interfering substrate, was eliminated with a reactor containing immobilized glucose oxidase, mutarotase and catalase. The experiments indicate that hexokinase is selective for the-fructo-furanose isomer. The other isomers will spontaneously isomerize to-fructo-furanose with time, if the latter is consumed. The fructose response factor of an enzyme reactor or biosensor will therefore depend on the isomer distribution in the original sample solution. The effect of pH and temperature can be controlled, but complexing ligands like borate interfere in a complex way and should be absent.  相似文献

The present paper is devoted to the analysis of a nonlinear system modeling unsteady flows of an incompressible non‐Newtonian fluid mixed with a reactant. We are interested on generalized second grade fluids, which are chemically reacting and whose viscosity depends both on the shear‐rate and the concentration. We prove existence and uniqueness of strong–weak solution for a flow filling in the plane and subject to space periodic boundary conditions. This result is established under the fulfillment of some assumptions on the viscosity stress tensor and the flux vector of the diffusion–convection equation reflecting the chemical reaction. Silicon dioxide gel films containing 1:12 molybdosilicate acid were achieved on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode by sol–gel technique. The electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode was studied in detail. The new chemically modified electrode was shown to exhibit an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite ions in 0.5 M sulfuric acid and possesses several attractive features, such as simple preparation, fast response, good chemical, mechanical stability, and excellent reproducibility.  相似文献

报道了一种对NO-2具有高灵敏度和选择性的碳糊化学修饰电极。该电极由碳粉中加入修饰剂甲壳素制备而成。采用酸性Briton-Robinson广泛缓冲溶液(pH3.90)为支持电解质,用1.2×10-4mol/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)作吸附剂,对亚硝酸根离子进行阳极溶出伏安法测定,检测限为1.0×10-9mol/L。在量浓度为2.0×10-9~2.0×10-7mol/L范围内,峰电流与浓度具有线性关系。此修饰电极可直接富集和测定水样中亚硝酸根的含量,大多数离子对测定无干扰,回收率为96.0%~110.0%。  相似文献

Four women aged between 27 and 58 years sought otolaryngological examination due to significant alterations to their voices, the primary concerns being hoarseness in vocal quality, lowering of habitual pitch, difficulty projecting their speaking voices, and loss of control over their singing voices. Otolaryngological examination with a mirror or flexible laryngoscope revealed no apparent abnormality of vocal fold structure or function, and the women were referred for speech pathology with diagnoses of functional dysphonia. Objective acoustic measures using the Kay Visipitch indicated significant lowering of the mean fundamental frequency for each woman, and perceptual analysis of the patients' voices during quiet speaking, projected voice use, and comprehensive singing activities revealed a constellation of features typically noted in the pubescent male. The original diagnoses of a functional dysphonia were queried, prompting further exploration of each woman's medical history, revealing in each case onset of vocal symptoms shortly after commencing treatment for conditions with medications containing virilizing agents (eg, Danocrine (danazol), Deca-Durabolin (nandrolene decanoate), and testosterone). Although some of the vocal symptoms decreased in severity with the influences from 6 months voice therapy and after withdrawal from the drugs, a number of symptoms remained permanent, suggesting each subject had suffered significant alterations in vocal physiology, including muscle tissue changes, muscle coordination dysfunction, and propioceptive dysfunction. This retrospective study is presented in order to illustrate that it was both the projected speaking voice and the singing voice that proved so highly sensitive to the virilization effects. The implications for future prospective research studies and responsible clinical practice are discussed.  相似文献

基于皂土修饰碳糊电极对鲁米诺背景电化学发光信号的降低作用和对异烟肼的富集分离作用,建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的测定异烟肼的电化学发光新方法.在最佳的实验条件下,相对电化学发光强度与异烟肼的浓度在5.0×10-9~8.0×10-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限为1.8×10-9mol/L,相关系数为0.9984.  相似文献

A multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)-Nafion film-coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and the electrochemical behavior of ofloxacin on the MWNTs-Nafion film-coated GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The oxidation peak current of ofloxacin increased significantly on the MWNTs-Nafion film modified GCE compared with that using a bare GCE. This nano-structured film electrode exhibited excellent enhancement effects on the electrochemical oxidation of ofloxacin. A well-defined oxidation peak attributed to ofloxacin was observed at 0.97 V and was applied to the determination of ofloxacin. The oxidation peak current was proportional to ofloxacin concentration in the ranges 1.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−6 mol/L and 1.0 × 10−6 to 2.0 × 10−5 mol/L. A detection limit of 8.0 × 10−9 mol/L was obtained for 400 s accumulation at open circuit (S/N = 3). 本文采用电化学方法在玻碳(GC)基体上制备出性能稳定的铁氰化镍(NiHCF)修饰膜电极,表征了NiHCF膜的电化学行为,研究了其对SO_3~(2-)离子的电催化氧化作用。结果表明,SO_3~(2-)离子在NiHCF/GC上氧化是受NiHCF媒介作用的,属EC平行催化反应。催化峰电流与SO_3~(2-)离子浓度在1.0×10~(-6)~2.0×10~(-2)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限可达5.0×10~(-7)mol/L。用于测定空气中SO_2含量,结果良好。  相似文献
