对不同温度和雷诺数下阳性离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)溶液在循环回路中的传热特性进行了实验研究。在水中加入表面活性剂后溶液的传热特性明显降低,在不同的温度工况下均存在一个临界雷诺数,随着溶液温度的改变而发生变化。在不同的实验浓度条件下均存在一个临界温度,在临界温度以下时,临界雷诺数随温度升高而增加;在临界温度以上时,临界雷诺数随温度升高而急剧下降。分析该表面活性剂溶液阻力减小和传热性能降低之间的关系,提出了通过对溶液温度的控制来改变减阻流体传热特性的方法。  相似文献

Carbon black was modified using various liquid‐phase oxidation methods (modified carbon black = m‐CB, m = (1, 2, 3): 1, sulfuric acid/potassium permanganate method; 2, nitric acid method; 3, hydrogen peroxide method). With acetone–ethylene glycol as initiator, dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and acrylamide (AM) as monomer, cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) was prepared by UV excitation of the monomer. The m‐CB/CPAM nanocomposites were synthesized using a hydrothermal method. The factors that affected the molecular weight of CPAM were investigated, including the total monomer concentration, the dosage of the complex initiator, the mass ratio of mAM:mDMDAAC and the UV irradiation time. The chemical structures and morphologies of the samples were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, elemental composition, X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. 1‐CB/CPAM was utilized to flocculate oil sludge suspension, and the effects of 1‐CB quality, 1‐CB/CPAM dosage, temperature and pH value on the flocculation performance of 1‐CB/CPAM were investigated. The flocculation mechanism of 1‐CB/CPAM was also analyzed. The results show that 1‐CB/CPAM has an outstanding flocculation effect, and it flocculates oil sludge particles by adsorption bridging and charge neutralization in acidic and alkaline conditions.  相似文献

The ionic complex of mesitoyl bromide with aluminum bromide in a 1∶1 composition (Mst-1) does not initiate the isobutylene polymerization inn-hexane or methylene dichloride at −78 °C. The corresponding ionic complex of the 1∶2 composition (Mst-2) acts as a cationogenic initiator of the polymerization. The addition of excess Lewis acid or introduction of organic electron acceptors increases the initiating activity of the Mst-1 complex and activates acyl complexes of the 1∶2 composition including Mst-2. The results are discussed in terms of the effect of specific solvation on the nucleophilicity of counteranions, which makes the addition of the monomer to the carbocation possible. The cationic polymerization of ethyl, n-butyl and iso-butyl vinyl ether, EVE, BVE and iBVE, respectively, was efficiently conducted using bis(η5-cyclopentadienyl)dimethyl hafnium, Cp2HfMe2, or bis(η5-cyclopentadienyl)dimethyl zirconium, Cp2ZrMe2 in combination with either tris(pentafluorophenyl)borate, B(C6F5)3, or tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate dimethylanilinum salt, [B(C6F5)4]?[Me2NHPh]+, as initiation systems. The evolution of polymer yield, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution with time was examined. In addition, the influence of the initiating system, the monomer and the reaction conditions on the control of the polymerization was studied. Furthermore, statistical copolymers of EVE with BVE were prepared employing Cp2HfMe2 and [B(C6F5)4]?[Me2NHPh]+ as the initiation system. The reactivity ratios were estimated using both linear graphical and non-linear methods. Structural parameters of the copolymers were obtained by calculating the dyad sequence fractions and the mean sequence length, which were derived using the monomer reactivity ratios. The glass transition temperatures, Tg, of the copolymers were measured by Differential Scanning Calorimetry, DSC, and the results were compared with predictions based on several theoretical models. The kinetics of thermal decomposition of the copolymers along with the respective homopolymers was studied by thermogravimetric analysis within the framework of the Ozawa-Flynn-Wall and Kissinger methodologies.  相似文献

Polypyrrole‐magnetite dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction method combined with ultraviolet‐visible spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of selected cationic dyes in textile wastewater. Polypyrrole‐magnetite was used as adsorbent due to its thermal stability, magnetic properties, and ability to adsorb Rhodamine 6G and crystal violet. Dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction parameters were optimized, including sample pH, adsorbent amount, extraction time, and desorption solvent. The optimum polypyrrole‐magnetite dispersive micro‐solid phase‐extraction conditions were sample pH 8, 60 mg polypyrrole‐magnetite adsorbent, 5 min of extraction time, and acetonitrile as the desorption solvent. Under the optimized conditions, the polypyrrole‐magnetite dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction with ultraviolet‐visible method showed good linearity in the range of 0.05–7 mg/L (R 2 > 0.9980). The method also showed a good limit of detection for the dyes (0.05 mg/L) and good analyte recoveries (97.4–111.3%) with relative standard deviations < 10%. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of dyes in textile wastewater samples where the concentration found was 1.03 mg (RSD ±7.9%) and 1.13 mg/L (RSD ± 4.6%) for Rhodamine 6G and crystal violet, respectively. It can be concluded that this method can be adopted for the rapid extraction and determination of dyes at trace concentration levels.  相似文献

The cationic polymerization of 2‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)phenoxy] ethyl vinyl ether, a vinyl ether with a benzoate pendant, was carried out with an HCl/ZnCl2 initiating system in methylene chloride at −15 °C. The polymerization proceeded with living/long‐lived propagating species to produce polymers with controlled molecular weights and relatively narrow molecular weight distributions (weight‐average molecular weight/number‐average molecular weight ≤ ∼1.4), despite the formation of a small amount of oligomeric products during the polymerization. The structural analysis showed that the lowest molecular weight oligomer had the structure CH3CH(OCH2CH2OC6H4COOCH3)OCH2CH2OC6H4COOCH3. The oligomer was formed by the reaction of the monomeric propagating species with the alcohol produced by the side reaction of the active species with water as an impurity during the early stage of polymerization. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 通过电子显微镜观察了阴离子gemini表面活性剂C11- p-PhCNa和阳离子传统表面活性剂DTAB混合体系双水相中囊泡形貌随体系组成和浓度的转变。结果表明,双水相较浓的一相中形成了多层囊泡,囊泡的大小和壁厚随相的组成和浓度而改变,两组分等电荷混合有利于形成较大且壁较厚的囊泡。分析表明, gemini表面活性剂在聚集体中采取的反式构象可能是其容易形成厚壁多层囊泡的重要原因,C11- p-PhCNa联接链上的苯氧基与DTA+之间的p-阳离子相互作用以及两组分相反电性头基之间的静电吸引使囊泡壁的多层结构更加稳定。  相似文献

以丁基缩水甘油醚和苯酚为起始原料,进行开环缩合反应制得1-丁氧基-3-苯氧基丙-2-醇.再与羟基对甲苯磺酰氧基苯反应得到[4-(2-羟基-3-丁氧基 -1-丙氧基)]二苯碘鎓-六氟锑酸盐(简称BPI·SbF6),产率达79%.用1HNMR、UV、IR和元素分析对其结构进行了分析.初步研究了以BPI·SbF6为阳离子光引发剂的脂肪族环氧(CY179)感光体系的感光特性,结果表明CY179/BPI·SbF6感光体系有一定的后固化活性.  相似文献

以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,合成阳离子淀粉(CS)-壳聚糖(CTS)-丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝共聚物,讨论了反应温度、引发剂浓度、单体用量、反应时间以及壳聚糖用量对接枝共聚反应的影响。结果表明:淀粉中葡萄糖环浓度(cAGU)为0.20 mol/L,mCTS/mCS=1/6,cAM=1.0mol/L,cCe4 =5 mmol/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间3 h时,转化率和接枝效率可分别达到88%和92%以上;转化率随mCTS/mCS增大而增大,接枝效率则随着CTS用量增大降低,CTS的存在使AM均聚的几率增大。  相似文献

发展了一种超顺磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子负载Pd0的简易方法. 利用Fe3O4溶胶带正电荷的特性, 将负离子 通过静电作用吸附在Fe3O4胶体粒子表面( /Fe3O4), 以抗坏血酸(Vc)进一步还原即得到载有金属Pd团簇的Fe3O4胶体粒子(Pd0/Fe3O4). 该磁性载体负载的Pd催化剂对Suzuki反应表现出良好的催化活性, 且在反应后, 可方便地通过永久磁铁将催化剂从反应体系中分离出来, 进行循环使用. 试验表明, 该催化剂在循环使用五次后反应活性无明显下降. 进一步试验发现, 这种磁性纳米粒子负载的金属钯对一系列卤代芳烃的Suzuki偶联反应均表现出较优的催化活性.  相似文献
