Simulation of spray combustion in a lean-direct injection combustor   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Large-eddy simulation (LES) of a liquid-fueled lean-direct injection (LDI) combustor is carried out by resolving the entire inlet flow path through the swirl vanes and the combustor. A localized dynamic subgrid closure is combined with a subgrid mixing and combustion model so that no adjustable parameters are required for both non-reacting and reacting LES. Time-averaged velocity predictions compare well with the measured data. The unsteady flow features that play a major role in spray dispersion, fuel–air mixing and flame stabilization are identified from the simulation data. It is shown that the vortex breakdown bubble (VBB) is smaller with more intense reverse flow when there is heat release. The swirling shear layer plays a major role in spray dispersion and the VBB provides an efficient flameholding mechanism to stabilize the flame.  相似文献

The interaction and the durability to laundering of a cationic β‐cyclodextrin derivative applied to Tencel were examined by x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The N1(s) XPS spectra of the cationic β‐cyclodextrin treated substrates revealed the presence of the applied finish on the fibre surface and that the durability of the applied finish to hand‐wash was good. Usually, oily wastewater produced from polymer flooding (OWPF) was treated by cationic polymer in oilfield. In this paper, six block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide were prepared by using N,N‐dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) as the acceptor (DMEA‐mnp and DMEA‐mnpq, n:m:p:q represented the weight ratio of different blocks). Most of DMEA products could perform well for treating OWPF, especially DMEA1231. Their performances were mainly affected by temperature. The reason of increasing oil removal performance of DMEA1231 with temperature was the decrease of interfacial dilational modulus (ε) with increasing temperature. When temperature raised up to 55°C, the ε of DMEA1231 had the minimum (1.5 l mN/m). Therefore, the OiW had the minimum (90 mg/l). Because DMEA1231 had the best performance, its flocculation kinetics was studied systemically. The results showed that the optimum condition for DMEA1231 was as follows: dosage was 300 mg/l, temperature was 55°C, stirring speed was 200 rpm and stirring time was 5 min. At last, the offshore oil field test was carried out to check the DMEA1231 performance. The result showed that at the optimum condition, DMEA1231 could perform as well as the cationic polymer. The most important thing was that flocs of DMEA1231 were not viscous and floated on the surface of the water. The results obtained by this paper provide a good choice for the treatment of OWPF in offshore oilfield to avoid the formation of viscous flocs. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

用荧光染色技术及流式细胞仪分析方法研究了 A1/京防861 和 B/沪防931 两株流感病毒感染与细胞凋亡的关系,探讨利用嗜麦芽假单胞菌黑色素抑制流感病毒诱导 M D C K 细胞凋亡的可能性 结果显示:黑色素在 100 m g· L- 1 浓度范围内,对 M D C K 细胞无细胞毒性; A1/京防 861 和 B/沪防 931 两株流感病毒均可诱导 M D C K细胞凋亡,但二者存在毒力差异(p< 0.05)病毒感染12 h 后,荧光染色可观察到典型的凋亡核形态,流式细胞仪则可检测到病毒诱导 M D C K 细胞产生的凋亡峰,且细胞凋亡率分别为37.02% 和 2729% ;20 m g· L- 1 的黑色素可有效抑制两株流感病毒诱导细胞凋亡,使细胞凋亡指数从25% ~35% 降至3% 以下 结果表明,黑色素可以抑制 A 和 B型流感病毒诱导细胞凋亡  相似文献

In a previous paper by the second author, two Markov chain Monte Carlo perfect sampling algorithms—one called coupling from the past (CFTP) and the other (FMMR) based on rejection sampling—are compared using as a case study the move‐to‐front (MTF) self‐organizing list chain. Here we revisit that case study and, in particular, exploit the dependence of FMMR on the user‐chosen initial state. We give a stochastic monotonicity result for the running time of FMMR applied to MTF and thus identify the initial state that gives the stochastically smallest running time; by contrast, the initial state used in the previous study gives the stochastically largest running time. By changing from worst choice to best choice of initial state we achieve remarkable speedup of FMMR for MTF; for example, we reduce the running time (as measured in Markov chain steps) from exponential in the length n of the list nearly down to n when the items in the list are requested according to a geometric distribution. The treatment of oilfield wastewater with high crude oil content and complex composition is a problem requiring considerable attention. In order to effectively remove crude oil contained in wastewater, in this work, rice straw, as an oil-absorbing material, was modified and used as a sorbent for crude oil. Rice straw was modified with alkali and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) by simple substitution reaction. The adsorption capacity of modified rice straw for oil was evaluated. The results illustrate that the adsorption rate of rice straw for crude oil was increased from 0.83 to 8.49 g/g, with the optimal conditions of 18% NaOH reacted for 90 min at 50 °C and 2% CTAC reacted for 60 min at 20 °C. The proposed modification method could be used for different materials to enhance the adsorption rate. The results of the contact angle test show that the modified straw changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, which may be the main reason for the improvement in the oil absorption rate. Finally, the surface structure of rice straw was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, which further confirmed the hydrophobicity of the modified rice straw.  相似文献

利用水相连续法实现了纳米纤维素晶体(NCC)的高碘酸钠氧化及阳离子化,然后将阳离子化纳米纤维素晶体(CDAC)悬浮液与壳聚糖(CTS)醋酸溶液混合,并采用流延法制得壳聚糖-纳米纤维素(CTS-CDAC)复合膜。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、Zeta电位及粒径分析表征了改性前后NCC的结构与性能,并研究了制得的CDAC悬浮液与CTS醋酸溶液混合时的相容性及CTS-CDAC复合膜中CDAC质量分数对复合膜力学性能、水溶胀性的影响。结果表明:CDAC悬浮液与CTS醋酸溶液混合时相容性良好,CDAC在CTS基质中分散均匀,CTS-CDAC复合膜的力学性能较纯CTS膜明显提高。当复合膜中CDAC的质量分数为12%时,拉伸强度达到最高。另外,CTS-CDAC复合膜在水中的溶胀度较纯CTS膜明显降低,稳定性变好。  相似文献

The polysiloxanes end‐capped with oxetane group (PSiO‐H and PSiO‐L) were synthesized via hydrosilylation reaction based on α,ω‐dihydrogen‐terminated polydimethylsiloxanes with a higher (0.23%, PDSi‐H) and lower (0.12%, PDSi‐L) hydrogen amount. The molecular structures were characterized by FT‐IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The polysiloxanes were added into a commercial oxetane‐based resin, 3,3′‐(oxydi(methylene)) bis(3‐ethyloxetane) (DOX), as an additive to prepare a series of cationic UV curable formulations. The photo‐DSC results showed that the maximum photopolymerization rate decreased while the oxetane conversion increased with the polysiloxane content increasing. The surface hydrophobic property of cured films was improved having the water contact angles of 97° and 99° compared with 82° of the cured DOX film with only 1 wt% PSiOs, respectively. The dynamic mechanical thermal analysis results showed that both the storage modulus on the rubbery plateau region and the glass transition temperature decreased with increasing PSiO‐H loading. Moreover, the decrease became more obvious as PSiO‐L was added instead of PSiO‐H due to its lower concentration of oxetane group. The thermal stability of cured films was enhanced by the addition of PSiOs from the thermogravimetric analysis. The weathering resistance of organic materials has been substantially increased by protecting their surface with a photocured coating containing both a UV absorber (UVA) and a radical scavenger (HALS). A kinetic study by real-time IR spectroscopy has shown that HALS have no effect on the cure rate, whereas UV absorbers slow down the cure process, due to their radiation inner filter effect. 3D analysis of the depth of cure profile revealed an incomplete cure at the coating/substrate interface, leading to adhesion failure. To prevent this detrimental effect, the UV-cured coating was photochemically grafted onto the substrate. The polymer material was first coated with a thin layer of a benzophenone solution in a diacrylate monomer. Polymer radicals, generated by hydrogen abstraction from the substrate by the excited benzophenone molecules, effectively initiate the polymerization of the acrylate functions, thus ensuring a chemical bonding between the coating and the substrate. The grafting reaction was characterized by ATR spectroscopy analysis and by surface energy measurements. Excellent adhesion was achieved by applying to the treated substrate a photocurable acrylate coating, containing the light stabilizers, because of the copolymerization reaction taking place with the unreacted acrylate double bonds of the base coat, upon UV exposure. The efficiency of this on-line stabilization process has been demonstrated on poly(vinyl chloride) that was made eight times more resistant to accelerated weathering. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
