应用原子力显微镜研究淫羊霍苷诱导人脐带间充质干细胞成骨分化

利用碱性磷酸酶(ALP)染色和钙结节(Vonkossa)染色的方法对诱导21 d的淫羊霍苷诱导人脐带间充质干细胞进行鉴定;应用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察淫羊霍苷的形貌和人脐带间充质干细胞诱导0、5、10、15、21 d后的细胞形貌。结果表明,经成骨诱导分化21 d后,ALP染色呈强阳性,Vonkossa染色可见明显钙结节。AFM分析表明,淫羊霍苷在盖玻片上呈分散状分布,在细胞表面上聚集并呈微米域分布。实验发现,由于吸附在细胞表面时,被细胞膜分子包裹,更有利于在细胞表面的吸附,进入细胞内部,细胞表面的淫羊霍苷颗粒较在盖玻片上时增大,由淫羊霍苷颗粒进入细胞后在细胞表面留下一些小孔,可知其通过进入细胞内部诱导成骨分化。分化后,细胞表面有小突触,是由成骨分化后细胞内形成钙结节造成。     

合成孔径雷达图像反演海面风向新方法的研究

提出了利用基于Tikhonov正则化的二维数值微分方法来反演合成孔径雷达图像海面风向的新方法. 首先将高分辨率合成孔径雷达图像去噪、降采样并分割成数个子图像,利用基于Tikhonov正则化的二维数值微分方法求解所关注子图像每一个点的梯度方向,在此基础上通过带有距离权重的目标函数确定子图像整体强度的梯度方向,该梯度的垂线方向就是所要求解的风向,然后进行模拟试验,在添加误差为10%的随机扰动情况下,分别基于Tikhonov正则化的二维数值微分方法与基于有限差分的Sobel算子方法来反演风向,结果表明,前者误差为0.7293°,后者误差为13.5069°,最后进行了实例试验,结果显示,Sobel算子方法的部分风向反演结果偏离整体风向明显,而基于Tikhonov正则化的二维数值微分方法的风向反演结果一致性较好. 将三个船舶报风向与相应位置合成孔径雷达图像的海面风向反演结果进行对比,Sobel算子方法的风向反演结果平均误差在9.0331°,而基于Tikhonov正则化的二维数值微分方法的风向反演结果平均误差仅为1.1148°. 关键词： 合成孔径雷达 海面风向 数值微分 Sobel算子     

Dirichlet Forms,Poincaré Inequalities,and the Sobolev Spaces of Korevaar and Schoen

We answer a question of Jost on the validity of Poincaré inequalities for metric space-valued functions in a Dirichlet domain. We also investigate the relationship between Dirichlet domains and the Sobolev-type spaces introduced by Korevaar and Schoen.     

Modified Implicit–Explicit BDF Methods for Nonlinear Parabolic Equations

Implicit–explicit multistep methods for nonlinear parabolic equations were recently analyzed. If the implicit scheme is one of the backward differentiation formulae (BDF) of order up to six, then the corresponding implicit–explicit method of the same order is stable provided the stability constant is less than a specific scheme-dependent constant. Based on BDF, implicit methods are constructed such that the corresponding implicit–explicit scheme of the same order exhibits improved stability properties.     

Laser effect on the tissue culture of rice

We treated the callus of high-quality Yunan rice DR453 by He-Ne laser, then found the seedling of these callus emerging to an earlier date and the green seedlings differentiation rate is much higher than that of the callus not treated with laser (CK). It is useful to research the breeding on the tissue culture.     

Analysis of stable two-dimensional patterns in contractile cytogel

Summary Contractile actomyosin systems play a central role in the generation of intracellular patterns. Models for pattern formation have benefited greatly from the application of mechanochemical theory. However, investigations of the patterns have been primarily qualitative in nature; the two-dimensional nature of the evolving patterns has not yet been addressed mathematically, nor has the evolution of stable heterogeneous steady-state solutions. We consider these issues, supporting our analytical predictions with numerical simulations in one and two spatial dimensions. We show how, for certain gels, the two and three-dimensional tensor equation which describes a balance of forces can be reduced to a reaction-diffusion equation.
