Recent studies on phosphorus-bridging carbonyl derivatives: organophosphorus analogs of aldehydes and ketones

Reactions of disodium tetracarbonylferrate, Na₂Fe(CO)₄, with sterically hindered dialkylaminodichlorophosphines, R₂NPCl₂ (R₂N=diisopropylamino, dicyclohexylamino, and 2,2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidino) in diethyl ether lead to the air-stable phosphorus-bridging carbonyl derivatives (R₂NP)₂COFe₂(CO)₆ as the major products. The phosphorus-bridging carbonyl group in (i-Pr₂NP)₂COFe₂(CO)₆ has been found to undergo the following types of reactions: 1)Reduction, 2)Acylation, 3)Extrusion of the carbonyl group. Trace Equivalence in SU(2, 1)

In this paper it is shown that one can choose an arbitrarily large number of inconjugate elements of the group Z/2Z*Z/2Z*Z/2Z which have the property that, under all representations of the group in SU(2,1) as a discrete complex hyperbolic ideal triangle group, the elements are hyperbolic and correspond to closed geodesics of equal length on the associated complex hyperbolic surface. This is an analogue of the geometric fact that the multiplicity of the length spectrum of a Riemann surface is never bounded or the equivalent algebraic phenomenon that an arbitrarily large number of conjugacy classes in a free group can have the same trace under all representations in SL(2,R ).

K2NiF4型结构的A2－xSrxBO4(A＝La, Dy, B＝Mn, Fe, Co, Ni)希土复合氧化物的合成

以典型的轻希土镧和重希土镝及碱土金属锶作为Ａ位离子，以过渡金属锰、铁、钴、镍作为Ｂ位离子，合成了Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４型结构的Ａ２－ｘＳｒｘＢＯ４希土复合氧化物，采用粉末Ｘ射线衍射技术考察了反应条件等因素对生成Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４型四方（Ｔ）结构上析影响，实现结果表明，四方结构的形成不仅与几何因素有关，而且与各组分的物理化学性质有关。各个不同的组成，生成四方相的温度范围也有所不同。适当地提高反应温度以及延长灼烧时间

水溶性席夫碱型锰配合物的合成、表征及其模拟超氧化物歧化酶活性研究

以水杨醛为母体, 与胺类化合物缩合形成席夫碱配体, 用分子自组装法合成了一系列水溶性席夫碱型金属锰单核、双核配合物. 通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行了表征, 采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了配合物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性. 结果表明, 这些水溶性锰配合物具有良好的SOD活性.     

Cu(phen)22+与6-巯基嘌呤及DNA间的相互作用

在Tris-NaCl（pH=7.2）缓冲溶液中,应用伏安法、电子吸收光谱分析、溴化乙锭荧光分析、粘度测量和琼脂糖凝胶电泳等技术研究了Cu（phen）2^2＋（phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉）与6-巯基嘌呤（6-MP）及DNA间的相互作用。结果表明,Cu（phen）2^2＋与6-MP发生了明显的相互作用,其作用产物不仅与小牛胸腺DNA具有更强的相互作用,并且在H2O2和抗坏血酸存在下对质粒pBR322 DNA具有更强的断裂能力,与DNA的作用模式可能为部分插入模式。
