A functionalized tetradentate imidazolium salt 9,10‐bis{di[2′‐(N‐ethylimidazolium‐1‐yl)ethyl]aminomethyl}anthracene tetrakis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 1 ) has been synthesized and characterized. The catalytic activity of the NHC‐PdCl2 species formed by compound 1 and PdCl2 was tested in Suzuki‐Miyaura, Heck‐Mizoroki and Sonogashira reactions. The results showed that this catalytic system was effective for above three types of C‐C coupling reactions.  相似文献

The reusable acidic ionic liquid, 1-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [Hmim][BF4], was found to be an effective catalyst for the insertion of α-diazoacetate into the N–H bonds of amines. The corresponding products were obtained in good yields and short reaction times via a simple procedure. The catalyst could be recycled and reused without any noticeable decrease in its activity.  相似文献

A series of new symmetrical highly substituted BODIPYs 6 a – l was synthesized through a prefunctionalization approach in 35 %–89 % yields from the pyrrole core. This strategy allowed modulation of the substituents at the different positions based on the choice of Fischer's alkynyl carbenes, oxazolones and aldehydes used as precursors. The substituent variation at positions 2, 6, 3 and 5 had the greatest effect on the modulation of their photophysical properties such as absorption (λabs) and emission (λem) wavelengths, extinction coefficient (ϵ), quantum yields (ϕ), Stokes shifts (Δν), fluorescence decay, radiative (krad) and non-radiative (knr) constants and the CIE 1931 coordinates. Theoretical calculations allowed to corroborate the effect of the substituents of meso-position on the modification of the dihedral angles. Cyclic voltammetry studies revealed that the BODIPY series presents similar redox potential behavior, being electrochemically active even in successive cycles, which suggests that transport by diffusion is the dominant process.  相似文献

The first implementation of a molybdenum complex with an easily accessible bis-N-heterocyclic carbene ligand to catalyze β-alkylation of secondary alcohols via borrowing-hydrogen (BH) strategy using alcohols as alkylating agents is reported. Remarkably high activity, excellent selectivity, and broad substrate scope compatibility with advantages of catalyst usage low to 0.5 mol%, a catalytic amount of NaOH as the base, and H2O as the by-product are demonstrated in this green and step-economical protocol. Mechanistic studies indicate a plausible outer-sphere mechanism in which the alcohol dehydrogenation is the rate-determining step.  相似文献

Although the chemistry of transition-metal complexes with carbonyl (CO) and thiocarbonyl (CS) ligands has been well developed, their heavier analogues, namely selenocarbonyl (CSe) and tellurocarbonyl (CTe) complexes remain scarce. The limited availability of such CSe and CTe complexes has so far hampered our understanding of the differences between such chalcogenocarbonyl (CE: E=O, S, Se, Te) ligands. Herein, we report the synthesis and properties of a series of cationic half-sandwich ruthenium CE complexes of the type [CpRu(CE)(H2IMes)(CNCH2Ts)][BArF4] (Cp=η5-C5H5; H2IMes=1,3-dimesitylimidazolin-2-ylidene; ArF=3,5-(CF3)2C6H3). A combination of X-ray diffraction analyses, NMR spectroscopic analyses, and DFT calculations revealed an increasing π-accepting ability of the CE ligands in the order O<S<Se<Te. A variable-temperature NMR analysis of the thus obtained chiral-at-metal CE complexes indicated high stereochemical stability.  相似文献

The insertion of an alkyne into transition metal–hydrogen bonds is a key elementary step in catalytic polymerization and hydrogenation processes. It was found that a (Z)- or (E)-type alkyenyl complex can be formed through trans/cis stereospecific processes. In this work, the reaction mechanism of Cp2M(L)H [Cp = η5-C5H5; M = Nb, V; L = CO, P (OMe)3] with dimethylacetylene dicarboxylate (DMAD), and the factors influencing the stereoselectivity have been investigated based on density functional theory calculations. The calculated results show that all of the reactions are exothermic. For L = CO, the Z-isomer product forms first even at low temperatures because of the low Gibbs free energy barrier (ΔG#). Then the Z-pro converts to E-pro , while for L = P (OMe)3, the exclusive product is the E-isomer. For different metal centers, the reaction mechanisms of the Cp2M(CO)H + DMAD (M = Nb and V) reaction are similar, while their products are different at room temperature. For M = Nb, because the energy barrier of the isomerization from Z-pro to E-pro is low and the relative free energies of Z-pro and E-pro are almost equal, both Z-pro and E-pro can be obtained. While for the Cp2V(CO)H + DMAD reaction, only the Z-pro can be obtained under mild conditions, E-pro can be obtained only at high temperatures. For the Cp2M(CO)H+DMAD(M=V and Nb) reactions, the formation of E-isomer products proceeds via two five-membered ring transition states. The calculated results provide an reasonable explanation for the experimental results and predict a new insertion reaction.  相似文献

We report extensive computational studies of some novel intermolecular systems and their properties. Recombination of alkali-halide counterions separated by a noncovalently trapped hydrocarbon molecule is prevented by significant potential energy barriers, resulting in unusual metastable insertion complexes. These systems are extremely polar, while the inserted molecule is strongly counter-polarized, leading to significant cooperative nonadditivity effects. The compression and electric field produced by the counterions favours isomerization of the trapped molecule via a significant reduction of the barriers to bond rearrangement, in a field-induced mechanochemical process. The predicted IR intensity spectra clearly reflect (1) formation of the insertion complex, rather than simple attachment of alkali halide, and (2) isomerization of the trapped molecule, thus allowing experimental access to these events.  相似文献

The review summarizes some of the most prominent results obtained in the laboratory headed by Academician Oleg M. Nefedov at the N. D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the field of chemistry of carbenes, their heavy analogs, and related intermediates, as well as small-sized cycles. Those include elaboration of safe methodology of cyclopropanation using diazomethane, development and extension of synthetic applications of diazoesters and other diazo compounds in the preparation of valuable chemical products, design of functionalized alkynylcyclopropanes on the basis of alkynylcarbene reactions, creation of versatile synthetic approaches to preparation of various practically useful fluoroorganic compounds on the basis of reactions of fluorocarbenes, development of synthetic applications of heavy carbene analogs and synthesis of small-sized heterocycles containing silicon and germanium atoms, analysis of mechanisms of some important reactions of carbenes, their analogs and related intermediates on the basis of physicochemical studies, direct spectroscopic studies of various labile intermediates of chemical reactions.  相似文献
