建立了反相离子对色谱-直接电导检测六氟磷酸根(PF6-)离子液体阴离子的分析方法。用DiamonsilC18反相色谱柱为分离柱,以离子对试剂-柠檬酸-乙腈混合水溶液为流动相,考察了离子对试剂、乙腈含量、pH值及色谱柱温度对六氟磷酸根保留的影响,并讨论了相关保留机理。在优化的色谱条件下,即流动相为0.05 mmol/L氢氧化四丁铵-0.038 mmol/L柠檬酸-35%乙腈(pH 5.5),流速1.0 mL/min,色谱柱温度40℃时,PF6-与其它常见阴离子(F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、SO24-、BF4-)达到基线分离且保留时间在15 min内。方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.25 mg/L,标准曲线的线性范围为0.5~100.0 mg/L,峰面积和保留时间的相对标准偏差(n=5)分别为0.17%和0.15%。该法用于1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐和1-丙基-2,3-二甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐两种离子液体中PF6-的测定,加标回收率分别为99%和104%。该方法简单、准确、可靠,实用性好。  相似文献

Cyclic RGD peptides are potent antagonists for the αvβ3 integrin receptor. In this Letter, microwave-assisted solid-phase synthesis of cyclic RGD peptides is described. In a coupling reaction between Fmoc-Arg(Pbf)-OH and high-loading H-Gly-Trt(2-Cl) resin, multiple coupling reactions were required for completion under the conventional HBTU activation. We found that the use of COMU, a new coupling reagent, under microwave heating to 50 °C accelerated the reaction even inside the resin. This method was applicable to the synthesis of linear pentapeptides, H-Asp(OtBu)-Xxx-Yyy-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-OH (Xxx = d-Phe(p-Br) or d-Tyr, Yyy = Lys(Boc) or MeVal). Cyclization of these peptides followed by deprotection gave the desired cyclic RGD peptides with high purity.  相似文献

CE/Ru(bpy)32+ electrochemiluminescence (ECL) system with the assistance of ionic liquids (ILs) was successfully established for sensitive determination of verticine and verticinone in Bulbus Fritillariae for the first time. Migration behavior of alkaloid largely relies on the hydrogen bonding interactions between alkyl imidazolium cations in ILs and the alkaloids. Running buffer containing 40 mmol/L 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMImBF4) IL-8 mmol/L phosphate resulted in significant changes in separation selectivity for alkaloids with similar structures. The highest sensitivity of the detection was obtained by maintaining the detection potential at 1.2 V. Under the optimized conditions, relative standard derivations of the ECL intensity and the migration time were 3.27 and 2.84% for verticine and 4.42 and 1.69% for verticinone, respectively. The standard curves were linear between 1 × 10−8 and 1 × 10−6 mol/L for verticine and between 5 × 10−8 and 1 × 10−6 mol/L for verticinone, respectively. Detection limits of 1.25 × 10−10 mol/L for verticine and 1 × 10−10 mol/L for verticinone were obtained (S/N = 3). Developed method was successfully applied to determine the amounts of alkaloids in Bulbus Fritillariae.  相似文献

Peptides modified with fluoroalkyl functions in key backbone positions have been scarcely studied so far. Thus, little is known about their synthesis, their structural and physico-chemical properties, and their biological features. Our interest in this field of research led to the development of stereocontrolled synthetic protocols, both in solution and in solid phase, for many different fluoroalkyl peptidomimetics, some of which are overviewed in this paper: (a) ψ[CH(CF3)NH]-peptide mimics holding a great potential as hybrids between natural peptides and hydrolytic transition state analogs; (b) trifluoromethyl (Tfm) malic peptidomimetics as micromolar inhibitors of some matrix metalloproteinases; (c) bis-Tfm analogs of Pepstatin A, that are nanomolar and selective inhibitors of the protozoal aspartyl protease Plasmepsin II.  相似文献

The specific conductances of LiClO4, KSCN, KPF6, and Et4NPF6 in propylene carbonate-dimethoxyethane mixtures are reported for moderate to high concentrations at temperatures between –45°C to 25°C. The data analysis was established on the base of an empirical conductance equation permitting equally well adapted fits for all electrolyte solutions irrespective of temperature, electrolyte compound and solvent composition. The effects on the conductance resulting from ion-ion, ion-solvent interactions and solvent viscosity are rationalized in terms of the thermodynamic and hydrodynamic parameters characterizing the behaviour of electrolytes in dilute solutions. Some basic aspects are discussed for optimizing the conductance of battery electrolytes, especially those of high energy density batteries.  相似文献

制备了离子液体[BMIM]PF6修饰碳糊电极(CILE), 并对其形貌和电化学行为进行了表征. 采用涂布法利用壳聚糖-皂土有机-无机复合膜将血红蛋白(Hb)固定于CILE电极表面, 利用紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和电化学方法等手段对包埋于膜内的Hb的性质进行了表征. 结果表明, Hb在薄膜内保持了其原始构象与生物活性, 循环伏安实验表明, 在pH=7.0的Britton-Robinson (B-R)缓冲液中, Hb表现出一对峰形良好的准可逆氧化还原峰, 为Hb Fe(III)/Fe(II)电对的特征峰, 对其直接电化学行为进行了研究, 求出式电位为-0.352 V(vs SCE), 电子转移数为0.885, 电荷传递系数为0.578, 表观异相电子转移速率常数为0.149 s-1.  相似文献

New compounds of the type M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) with M = Ca, A = As and M = Sr, A = As, P) were isolated. Ca2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared from Ca(AsF6)2 with repeated additions of neutral anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF). It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 714.67(10) pm, c = 1754.8(3) pm, V = 0.8963(2) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared at room temperature by dissolving SrF2 in aHF acidified with AsF5 in mole ratio SrF2:AsF5 = 2:1. It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 746.00(12) pm, c = 1805.1(5) pm, V = 1.0046(4) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(PF6) was prepared from Sr(XeF2)n(PF6)2 in neutral aHF. It crystallizes in a space group P4122 with a = 737.0(3) pm, c = 1793.7(14) pm, V = 0.9744(9) nm3 and Z = 4. The compounds M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) gradually lose HF at room temperature in a dynamic vacuum or during being powdered for recording IR spectra or X-ray powder ray diffraction patterns. All compounds are isotypical with coordination of nine fluorine atoms around a metal center forming a distorted Archimedian antiprism with one face capped. This is the first example of the compounds in which H2F3 and HF2 anions simultaneously bridge metal centers forming close packed three-dimensional network of polymeric compounds with low solubility in aHF. The HF2 anions are asymmetric with usual F?F distances of 227.3-228.5 pm. Vibrational frequency (ν1) of HF2 is close to that in NaHF2. The anion H2F3 exhibits unusually small F?F?F angle of 95.1°-97.6° most probably as a consequence of close packed structure.  相似文献

An extension of the Ye and Shreeve group contribution method [C. Ye, J.M. Shreeve, J. Phys. Chem. A 111 (2007) 1456–1461] for the estimation of densities of ionic liquids (ILs) is here proposed. The new version here presented allows the estimation of densities of ionic liquids in wide ranges of temperature and pressure using the previously proposed parameter table. Coefficients of new density correlation proposed were estimated using experimental densities of nine imidazolium-based ionic liquids. The new density correlation was tested against experimental densities available in literature for ionic liquids based on imidazolium, pyridinium, pyrrolidinium and phosphonium cations. Predicted densities are in good agreement with experimental literature data in a wide range of temperatures (273.15–393.15 K) and pressures (0.10–100 MPa). For imidazolium-based ILs, the mean percent deviation (MPD) is 0.45% and 1.49% for phosphonium-based ILs. A low MPD ranging from 0.41% to 1.57% was also observed for pyridinium and pyrrolidinium-based ILs.  相似文献

Linear and cyclic olefin peptides containing the substrate sequence for human T-cell leukemia virus type-1 (HTLV-1) were efficiently synthesized on a solid support using the Horner-Emmons reaction. The precursor peptide aldehyde was prepared by oxidation of the corresponding peptide alcohol with Dess-Martin periodinane. The oxidation reaction proceeded quantitatively on a cross-linked ethoxylate acrylate resin (CLEAR) support instead of a polystyrene-based support. Cyclization on the solid support was achieved via an amide bond formation mediated by EDC/HOAt to yield a single major product. The linear olefin peptide was cleaved by HTLV-1 protease at the scissile site, whereas the cyclic olefin peptide functions as a competitive inhibitor rather than a substrate.  相似文献
