综合考虑二苯醚类杀菌剂结构与活性关系的前期研究结果, 以双羟基二苯醚为原料, 经酸酐保护、硝化、去保护得到含硝基的双羟基二苯醚, 再经过溴代反应合成了7个新的溴代2,2'-, 2,4'-和4,4'-二羟基硝基二苯醚; 所有这些化合物的结构均经1H NMR, MS, IR和元素分析所证实; 并检测了合成的溴代二羟基硝基二苯醚化合物对两种有害菌的抑菌活性, 结果表明: 它们对所测试菌种具有优良的抑制效果, 其中3个化合物在质量分数为5×10-6的浓度下抑菌率超过100%, 能完全控制细菌的生长.  相似文献

设计并合成了10个新的溴代羟基二苯醚, 所有这些化合物的结构均经过1H NMR, MS, IR和元素分析所证实. 新化合物的结构避免了现有卤代2-羟基二苯醚杀菌剂在生产和使用过程中有可能生成高毒性二噁英类化合物的缺点. 选择几种有害菌对合成的溴代羟基二苯醚进行了抑菌活性检测, 证实它们对所测试菌种具有优良的抑制效果.  相似文献

Using various chromatographic separations, eight sesquiterpenoids (18), including one new compound 3β,5α-dihydroxyeudesma-4(15),11-diene (1), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the Vietnamese soft coral Sinularia erecta. The structure elucidation was confirmed by spectroscopic experiments including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The cytotoxic activities against three human cancer cell lines (A-549, HeLa and PANC-1) of all isolated compounds were evaluated by MTT-based colorimetric assays. Compound 1 exhibited selective cytotoxicity against the A549 cell line with IC50 of 14.79 ± 0.91 μM.  相似文献

Aggregation-induced emission (AIE)-active nanoparticles (NPs) exhibiting multicolor fluorescence and high-quantum yields independent of the environment are important for the further development of next-generation smart fluorescent materials. In this work, AIE-active amphiphilic block copolymers were designed and synthesized by RAFT polymerization of a brominated tetraphenylethene (TPE)-containing acrylate (A-TPE-Br). The block copolymer exhibited typical AIE effects in selective solvents, which can be explained by hydrophobic TPE aggregated in the core during micelle formation. Luminescent core–shell NPs with a crosslinked AIE core (fixed structure) were synthesized by the Suzuki coupling reaction of the bromine groups of the assembled block copolymer and boronic acid compounds. The NPs composed of TPE/thiophene crosslinked core showed green emission in both diluted state and solid state, implying the ability to fluoresce regardless of environmental changes and molecular dispersion. Multicolor luminescent NPs capable of changing color from blue to red were synthesized by changing the coupling compounds, such as anthracene for electron-rich units and benzothiadiazole for electron-deficient units. The effects of the nature of the donor and acceptor, as well as their combination (TPE/donor/acceptor sequence), on the color and fluorescent intensity of the core crosslinked NPs in the nonpolar and polar solvents, and solid state, were investigated.  相似文献

One new compound, colletotrichine B (1), was produced by the fungal Colletotrichum gloeosporioides GT-7. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Monoamine oxidase (MAO), acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3Kα) inhibitory activity of 1 was also evaluated. Compound 1 showed only AChE inhibiting activity with IC50 value of 38.0 ± 2.67 μg/mL.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpenoid lactone, 3,6,9-trimethyl-pyrano[2,3,4-de]chromen-2-one (1) and a novel sesquiterpenoid quinone, 6-[2-(5-acetyl-2,7-dimethyl-8-oxo-bicyclo[4.2.0]octa-l,3,5-trien-7-yl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-3,9-dimethylnaphtho[1,8-bc]pyran-7,8-dione (2) together with a known perezone (3) were isolated from the roots of Helicteres angustifolia. The structures were elucidated as mainly on the basis of ID and 2D NMR spectroscopic data.  相似文献

为了研究贵阳市红枫湖底栖生物体中多溴联苯醚(polybrominateddiphenyl ethers,PBDEs)的污染情况,通过索氏抽提、凝胶色谱柱和多层硅胶/氧化铝层析柱净化,对红枫湖底栖生物体中PBDEs的含量、分布模式、来源进行分析。结果表明,红枫湖样品中Σ18PBDEs为105.71~43902.73 pg/g(干重),各单体含量为1.05~20045.38 pg/g。红枫湖底栖生物体中PBDEs的污染尚处于较低水平。  相似文献

A series of covalently linked bisporphyrins bearingmeso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) and octabromotetraphenylporphyrin (OBTPP) units have been synthesised and characterised. Electrochemical studies on these bisporphyrins showed an anodic shift (∼ 30–60 mV) of the TPP unit and a cathodic shift (∼40-80 mV) of OBTPP in redox potentials. Further, steady-state fluorescence studies on bisporphyrins indicated dramatic decrease in fluorescence quantum yields of the TPP moiety. Electrochemical redox and fluorescence data seem to suggest the possible existence of intramolecular interactions in these bisporphyrins  相似文献

以聚乳酸二醇、六次甲基二异氰酸酯和二溴新戊二醇设计合成出一系列阻燃型聚乳酸基聚氨酯。 通过核磁、凝胶色谱和红外等表征了材料的结构性能。 结果表明,二溴新戊二醇作为扩链剂可满足制备高相对分子质量聚氨酯的要求,材料的热学性能随聚乳酸二醇相对分子质量和硬段质量分数的增加而增加。 同时该类聚氨酯具有较好的力学性能,拉伸强度在50 MPa附近,接近工业级别的聚乳酸。 材料的阻燃性能随着溴质量分数的增加而增强。 当溴质量分数为8.6%,聚氨酯的极限氧指数(LOI)为28,属于难燃级别材料。  相似文献
