Synthesis of the ethyl ester of the mononitrile of malonic acid by the catalytic carbonylation of benzenesulfonyloxyacetonitrile

A new method has been developed for the synthesis of the ethyl ester of the mononitrile of malonic acid by the carbonylation of benzenesulfonyloxyacetonitrile in absolute ethanol in the presence of cobalt carbonyl. The yield of the desired product was 30% with 60–90% conversion of the starting compound. The effects of temperature, pressure, and reaction time were studied.N. D. Further study of the viscoelastic phase separation of cyanate ester modified with poly(ether imide)

In this study, the viscoelastic phase separation process was studied further by time‐resolved light scattering, differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscopy in the system of poly(ether imide)‐modified bisphenol‐A dicyanate. It was observed that the evolution time of phase structure and relaxation time of diffusion flow of the bisphenol‐A dicyanate were similar with the phase diagram of curing conversion versus content of PEI. The results suggested that the viscoelastic phase separation was affected by the curing conversion of the system at the onset point of phase separation. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 聚(酪氨酸酯对苯二甲酰胺)碳酸酯药物控制释放材料的研究

报道了一类生物可降解聚（酪氨酸酯对苯二甲酰胺）碳酸酯的合成和结构表征，研究了聚合物的性质和体外降解性能，并以５ 氟脲嘧啶和牛血清白蛋为模型，对它们作为药物控制释放材料的性能进行了初步评价．     

锰、铑原卟啉IX-二甲酯配合物共振拉曼光谱研究

合成了MnPPCl,RhPPCl,RhPPN3,RhPP(CO)Cl四种配合物 (PP =ProtophyrinIXDimethy1Ester) ,用元素分析、红外吸收光谱及紫外吸收光谱确定了配合物的组成 ,测定了它们的共振拉曼光谱 ,对特征谱带进行了归属。分析了拉曼谱带和电子吸收谱带变化的原因 ,提出了谱带频率的变化受金属离子外层d电子和轴配体的影响。     

Zn/AlCl3促进下二硫醚与α,β-不饱和化合物的共轭加成

二芳基二硫醚与锌粉在DMF 中110 ℃反应, 生成二硫醚与锌的复合物; 后者在无水AlCl₃存在下与丙烯酸酯、丙烯腈反应分别生成β-芳硫基丙酸酯和相应的腈, 产率48%～91%.

硼酸酯偶联剂的合成与表征

通过分子结构设计，合成了一种氮一硼内配位结构的硼酸酯偶联剂，解决了硼酸酯水解稳定性差的问题，同时分子结构中含有氨基、丁氧基等活性基团。用傅立叶变换红外光谱对硼酸酯进行了结构表征，讨论了原料配比、合成工艺等对硼酸酯收率及反应速率的影响，并通过实验确定了最佳配方及工艺。对硼酸酯的物理性能、溶解性、水解稳定性及对硼酸铝晶须的表面处理效果进行了表征。结果表明：合成的硼酸酯偶联剂由于具有氮-硼内配位作用，表现出优良的水解稳定性，并且硼酸酯偶联剂对硼酸铝晶须具有良好的表面改性效果。     

Accelerated Hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl Picolinate Catalyzed by Metallomicelle Made from a Novel Macrocyclic Polyamine Copper（Ⅱ） Complex

A copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 of a novel macrocyclic polyamine ligand with hydroxylethyl pendant groups, 4,11-bis（hydroxylethyl）-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane （L） has been synthesized and characterized. Rate enhancement for hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate （PNPP） catalyzed by 1 was studied kinetically under Brij35 micellar condition. For comparision, the catalytic activity of corresponding copper（Ⅱ） complex 2 of non-substituted macrocyclic polyamine ligand, 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraaza-cyclotetradecane （L＇） toward the hydrolysis of PNPP was also investigated. The results indicate that the macrocyclic polyamine copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 effectively catalyzed the hydrolysis of PNPP, and the pendant ligand hydroxyl group or deprotonated pendant ligand hydroxyl group can act as catalytically active species in the reaction. A ternary Complex kinetic model involving metal ion, ligand and substrate has been proposed, and the results confirmed the reasonability of such kinetic model.     

New ferrocene-containing structures: Poly(silyl ester)s

Two new polymeric structures containing ferrocene units along the chains, namely poly(silyl ester)s, have been synthesized and characterized: a geminal poly(silyl ester) (g-PSE) and one having a disiloxane spacer between the silyl ester groups (s-PSE). The condensation polymerization of AA/BB monomer systems in solution was used in both cases as preparation method involving a silicon-containing diol, (diphenylsilane diol or 1,3-bis(hydroxy)-tetramethyldisiloxane), and 1,1′-di(chlorocarbonyl)ferrocene. The polymers were investigated by differential pulse voltammetry in order to evaluate the redox behavior. Due to the presence of the silyl ester groups in the chain, these polymers are hydrolytically degradable.     

锆氢化反应研究 Ⅰ.酯类及双官能团化合物的锆氢化反应

本工作以一氯一氢二茂锆为还原试剂,对苯甲酸苯乙酯和苯甲酸甲酯进行还原,对还原的条件及水解产物的分离鉴定进行了研究。并对同时含酯基与其它官能团的几种化合物进行了选择性还原,列出了官能团还原先后的顺序,对结果进行了讨论。
