Abstract

A high temperature thermosetting bisphenol‐A dicyanate (BADCy) was blended with a novel thermoplastic poly(ether imide) (PEI) at various composition. The phase separation behavior during isothermal curing was studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), time‐resolved light scattering (TRLS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and rheological measurements. The results suggested that the phase structure changed from separated phase, via co‐continuous phase, to phase inversion with the increase of the PEI content. The curing conversion of BADCy was slightly affected by the composition in the blend and the curing rate was decreased with the increase of PEI content. The co‐continuous phase morphology was attributed to a spinodal decomposition. The initial concentration of PEI had an effect on the rheological behavior during phase separation. It was found by tensile test that the blend with 15 wt.% PEI had higher tensile strength and elongation at break than that without PEI.  相似文献

A convenient and efficient reductive amination for the preparation of chiral β-amino amides is developed utilizing microwave heating. A variety of chiral β-keto amides react with ammonium acetate and sodium cyanoborohydride to afford the desired functionalized amines in good yields. This improved procedure takes advantage of microwave heating to significantly accelerate the reaction and offers a convenient and effective method to access some interesting molecules containing primary amine functionalities.  相似文献

AgOTf proved to be an effective catalyst for the transesterification of β‐keto esters with primary, secondary and tertiary alcohols. The products were obtained in high yield within a reasonable reaction time period. Phosphate esters are important commercial products that have been used both as flame retardants and as plasticizers. To analyze these compounds by gas chromatographic mass spectrometry, it is important to understand the mass spectra of these compounds using various ionization modes. This paper is a systematic overview of the electron impact (EI), electron capture negative ionization (ECNI) and positive chemical ionization (PCI) mass spectra of 13 organophosphate esters. These data are useful for developing and optimizing analytical measurements. The EI spectra of these 13 compounds are dominated by ions such as H4PO4+, (M ? Cl)+, (M ? CH2Cl)+ or (M)+ depending on specific chemical structures. The ECNI spectra are generally dominated by (M ? R)?. The PCI spectra are mainly dominated by the protonated molecular ion (M + H)+. The branching of the alkyl substituents, the halogenation of the substituents and, for aromatic phosphate esters, ortho alkylation of the ring are all significant factors controlling the details of the fragmentation processes. EI provides the best sensitivity for the quantitative measurement of these compounds, but PCI and ECNI both have considerable qualitative selectivity. Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method was developed for the determination of the amount of phthalate esters in bottled drinking water samples and dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction samples were analyzed by GC–MS. Various experimental conditions influencing the extraction were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, very good linearity was observed for all analytes in a range between 0.05 and 150 μg/L with coefficient of determination (R2) between 0.995 and 0.999. The LODs based on S/N = 3 were 0.005–0.22 μg/L. The reproducibility of dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction was evaluated. The RSDs were 1.3–5.2% (n = 3). The concentrations of phthalates were determined in bottled samples available in half shell. To understand the leaching profile of these phthalates from bottled water, bottles were exposed to direct sunlight during summer (temperature from 34–57°C) and sampled at different intervals. Result showed that the proposed dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction is suitable for rapid determination of phthalates in bottled water and di‐n‐butyl, butyl benzyl, and bis‐2‐ethylhexyl phthalate compounds leaching from bottles up to 36 h. Thereafter, degradation of phthalates was observed.  相似文献

A variety of allylic and propargylic esters were rapidly prepared via microwave heating of their corresponding mixed anhydride derived from pivaloyl chloride. The reaction conditions were modified to account for the sterics of the alcohol and the electronics of the carboxylic acid.

Under solid-liquid PTC conditions, treatment of 1-nitro-4-(4-nitrophenylsulfonyl-methyl)benzene(1) with α,β -unsaturated esters (2a-h) at 35–75°C gave tandem addition-rearrangement products(3a-h). While at higher temperature(75°C), addition-rearrangement-addition products (4a-b) were obtained when acrylates were used. Finally a possible mechanism is proposed.  相似文献
