饲料中添加30%鱼粉为对照组饲料和6组试验饲料(分别替代对照组中16.67%、33.33%和50.00%的鱼粉,同一鱼粉替代水平的2组分别添加晶体蛋氨酸和羟基蛋氨酸钙,使其蛋氨酸含量与对照组一致)喂养罗氏沼虾(初始体重为(0.29±0.04) g )10周,研究不同鱼粉替代水平下,分别添加晶体蛋氨酸和羟基蛋氨酸钙对罗氏沼虾幼虾生长性能和血清生化指标的影响.结果表明:复合蛋白源替代对照组16.67%鱼粉并补充羟基蛋氨酸钙组的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率和饲料系数同对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);同一鱼粉替代水平下,羟基蛋氨酸钙组的增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率均显著高于晶体蛋氨酸组(P<0.05).血清生化组成的分析结果表明:血清总蛋白含量各处理组之间差异显著(P<0.05),对照组血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),其中同一替代水平下,饲料中添加羟基蛋氨酸钙组谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力低于添加晶体蛋氨酸组.由此可见,与晶体蛋氨酸相比,羟基蛋氨酸钙能更有效提高罗氏沼虾生长性能和饲料利用效率. 相似文献

根据小皮Pin a,Pin b,GSP基㈥的保守序列,设计合成了3对特异性引物,对四倍体钩刺山羊草Aegilopstriumialis的基因组DNA和胚乳RNA进行Pin a,Pin b,CSP基因扩增、克降、序列测定和表达分析,发现了两个新型Pin a等位堆因、一个新刑Pin b等化基因和一个新型GSP等位基因,基因序列均与六倍体小麦的同源基因存在较大的差异,Southern Blot分析结果表明,该材料巾含有2个拷贝Pin a。基因,5个拷贝Pin b基因,2个拷贝GSP基因.RT-PCR和Western Blot都证实了Pin a,Pin b,GSP基因在籽粒胚乳中的表达.研究结果显示由羊草可以为小麦分子育种提供有用的遗传资源。 相似文献

We report on our study of the interactions between coconut protein extracted from coconut meat and three hydrocolloids (gelatin, xanthan gum, and soybean polysaccharide) and their interfacial adsorption and emulsification properties. We used Zeta potential, fluorescence spectroscopy scanning and ITC to investigate the interactions between a fixed concentration (1%) of coconut protein and varying concentrations of hydrocolloid. Through the interfacial tension and interfacial viscoelasticity, the interfacial properties of the hydrocolloid and coconut protein composite solution were explored. The physical stability of the corresponding emulsion is predicted through microstructure and stability analysis. Xanthan gum forms a flocculent complex with coconut protein under acidic conditions. Soy polysaccharides specifically bind to coconut protein. Under acidic conditions, this complex is stabilized through the steric hindrance of soy polysaccharides. Due to gelatin-coconut protein interactions, the isoelectric point of this complex changes. The interfacial tension results show that as time increases, the interfacial tensions of the three composite solutions decrease. The increase in the concentration of xanthan gum makes the interfacial tension decrease first and then increase. The addition of soybean polysaccharides reduces the interfacial tension of coconut protein. The addition of xanthan gum forms a stronger elastic interface film. Emulsion characterization showed that the gelatin-added system showed better stability. However, the addition of xanthan gum caused stratification quickly, and the addition of soybean polysaccharides also led to instability because the addition of polysaccharides led to a decrease in thermodynamic compatibility. Study of the circumstance influence on the elemental distribution in ancient animal bone using μ-XRF
Elemental analysis of archaeological bone plays an important role in the study of the dietary habits of ancient animals. The elemental characteristic of diagenetic skeletons depends on the surrounding circum-stance. The study of environmental influence on the elemental concentration of ancient bone is significant. In this paper, the diagenetic influence on archaeological skeletons is analyzed by microbeam X-ray fluorescence (μ-XRF). The results show that the enamel is an excellent barrier to the diagenesis and the element Sr in bone isn’t susceptible to contamination from the buried environment. 相似文献

The catalytic activity of the respiratory NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I) is based on conformational reorganizations. Herein we probe the effect of substrates on the conformational flexibility of complex I by means of 1H/2H exchange kinetics at the level of the amide proton in the mid‐infrared spectral range (1700–1500 cm?1). Slow, medium, and fast exchanging domains are distinguished that reveal different accessibilities to the solvent. Whereas amide hydrogens undergo rapid exchange with the solvent in an open structure, hydrogens experience much slower exchange when they are involved in H‐bonded structures or when they are sterically inaccessible for the solvent. The results indicate a structure that is more open in the presence of both NADH and quinon. Complementary information on the overall internal hydrogen bonding of the protein was probed in the far infrared (300–30 cm?1), a spectral range that includes a continuum mode of the hydrogen bonding signature. 相似文献

Abstract The total energy, dipole moment and electron densities for each possible rotational conformation about the Cpy-S bonds of di-2-pyridyl disulfide were evaluated by using the semi-quantitative CNDO/2 method. The conformations in which the pyridine rings are coplanar with the valency plane of the bonded sulfur atom (cis-cis, cis-trans and trans-trans) were predicted to be the most favored ones. Results of the theoretical study, when compared to some experimental determinations such as dipole moment and variable temperature pmr spectra, provided evidence that easy interconversion between these conformations can occur. 相似文献

Ni2+‐complexed poly(2‐acetamidoacrylic acid) (PAAA) hydrogel beads were developed for the site‐specific reversible immobilization and purification of the histidine‐tagged green fluorescent protein (His‐tagged GFP). PAAA hydrogel beads were prepared by photopolymerization, and significantly improved mechanical properties of PAAA hydrogel beads were observed in comparison with PAAA hydrogel from our previous study. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to determine the binding of His‐tagged GFP to the hydrogel beads in three‐dimensional space. Photoluminescence spectroscopy revealed 89% of binding efficiency of His‐tagged GFP to the Ni2+‐PAAA hydrogel beads, 51% of yielding recovery. The maximum binding capacity of His‐tagged GFP was estimated to be 0.45 µg/mg of Ni2+‐PAAA hydrogel beads. The recombinant His‐tagged GFP from the soluble fraction of E. coli BL21(DE3) cell lysates was purified with Ni2+‐PAAA hydrogel beads. The major advantage of the Ni2+‐PAAA hydrogel beads system was simple preparation procedures of producing the matrix, because PAAA hydrogel beads had relatively enhanced mechanical strength than soft hydrogels.
