To develop an appropriate sampling strategy to assess the intrauterine exposure to dechlorane plus (DP), we investigated DP levels in sequential maternal blood samples collected in three trimesters of pregnancy, respectively, from women living in Taizhou. The median concentration of DPs (sum of syn-DP and anti-DP) in all samples was 30.5 pg g−1 wet-weight and 5.01 ng g−1 lipid-adjusted weight, respectively. The trimester-related DP concentrations were consistently strongly correlated (p < 0.01), indicating that a single measurement of DP levels could represent intrauterine exposure without sampling from the same female repeatedly; however, the wet-weight levels significantly increased across trimesters (p < 0.05), while the lipid-adjusted levels did not significantly vary. Notably, whether lipid-adjusted weight or wet-weight levels, the variation extent of DP across trimesters was found to be less than 41%, and those for other persistent organic pollutants (POPs) reported in the literature were also limited to 100%. The limitation in variation extents indicated that, regardless of the time of blood collection during pregnancy and how the levels were expressed, a single measurement could be extended to screen for exposure risk if necessary. Our study provides different strategies for sampling the maternal blood to serve the requirement for assessment of in utero exposure to DP.  相似文献

为了解广东中山地区儿童血铅水平,用原子吸收光谱法检测了儿童血铅。结果表明,5031名儿童的血铅值为(64.60±37.11)μg/L,铅中毒率为10.51%,男童铅中毒率(12.63%)高于女童(6.92%,P<0.01),婴儿期、幼儿期男童与女童无统计学意义,学龄前期、学龄期的男童与女童有统计学意义。提示广东省中山地区儿童血铅水平与文献报告不一,存在地区差异,血铅中毒率较高,男女间差异有统计学意义。  相似文献

Systems of the form
generalize differential equations with delays r(t) < 0 which are given implicitly by the history x t of the state. We show that the associated initial value problem generates a semiflow with differentiable solution operators on a Banach manifold. The theory covers reaction delays, signal transmission delays, threshold delays, and delays depending on the present state x(t) only. As an application we consider a model for the regulation of the density of white blood cells and study monotonicity properties of the delayed argument function . There are solutions (r, x) with τ′(t) > 0 and others with τ′(t) < 0. These other solutions correspond to feedback which reverses temporal order; they are short-lived and less abundant. Transient behaviour with a sign change of τ′ is impossible.   相似文献

Arterial stenosis will reduce the blood flow to various organs or tissues, causing cardiovascular diseases. Although there are mature diagnostic techniques in clinical practice, they are not suitable for early cardiovascular disease prediction and monitoring due to their high cost and complex operation. In this paper, we studied the electromagnetic effect of arterial blood flow and proposed a method based on the deep neural network for arterial blood flow profile reconstruction. The potential difference and weight matrix are used as inputs to the method, and its output is an estimate of the internal blood flow velocity distribution for arterial blood flow profile reconstruction. Firstly, the weight matrix is input into the convolutional auto-encode (CAE) network to extract its features. Then, the weight matrix features and potential difference are combined to obtain the features of the blood velocity distribution. Finally, the velocity features are reconstructed into blood flow velocity distribution by a convolution neural network (CNN). All data sets are obtained from a model of the carotid artery with different rates of stenosis in a uniform magnetic field by COMSOL. The results show that the average root mean square error of the reconstruction results obtained by the proposed method is 0.0333, and the average correlation coefficient is 0.9721, which is better than the corresponding indicators of the Tikhonov, back propagation (BP) and CNN methods. The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve high accuracy in blood flow profile reconstruction and is of great significance for the early diagnosis of arterial stenosis and other vessel diseases.  相似文献

Modern blood plasma volume expanders consist of water-soluble polysaccharides that are compatible with the human body. They are more effective for the treatment of intravasal volume deficiency compared to synthetic polymers. These colloidal blood plasma volume expanders, for example pullulan, dextran or hydroxyethyl starch (HES) are used in blood isotonic electrolyte solutions. HES has the lowest tendency to remain in the liver or other organs of the human body in comparison to other expanders. The knowledge of the molar mass and coil dimensions as well as their distribution are essential, since products of low molar masses do not have the desired effect and parts of large molar masses can lead to an anaphylactic shock. Injection of HES enhances the microcirculation and leads to a better oxygen transport into the tissue and the muscle. Because of this, HES was identified as a doping agent in 02/2002. In addition to this it will be shown that starch acetates have an even better physiological compatibility and are an interesting alternative to HES. We will present investigations on the shelf life of a new acetyl starch, which may be an alternative to the blood plasma expanders used to date.  相似文献

首次研究了血液、红细胞、白细胞和血清的共振散射光谱,因和红细胞均在310nm、470nm、560nm、600nm处产生四个共振散射峰,白细胞在310nm、470nm处产生二个共振散射峰;血清在310nm、470nm、680nm处产生三个较弱共振散射峰,全血和红细胞在4176nm处有最大吸收峰,白细胞在376.3nm处有最大吸收峰,血细胞浓度与共振散射光强度成正比。  相似文献

The adhesive energy of monoclonal antibody induced agglutination can be assessed from the shear dissociation of agglutinates. Anti-A, anti-B, and anti-AB monoclonal antibodies agglutinate erythrocytes with variable strength, depending on the affinity of antibodies and on the antigenic density on the cell surface. The time required for an applied shear stress to dissociate cell agglutinates completely is depending on the strength of the agglutination reaction. The dissociation process under constant shear stress can be followed by measuring intensity of light backscattered by suspended particles. The obtained dissociation curves could be adjusted by an exponential expression governed by a parameter called characteristic time of dissociation. This parameter decreases with increasing antibody concentration. Integration of dissociation curves provided an approach of adhesive energy induced by monoclonal antibody. 采用微波溶样ICP-MS法测定了江西婺源绿茶茶叶、茶叶温水及热水浸提液和茶多糖中降血糖相关性元素(ERBS)的含量,探讨了ERBS含量与茶叶品质老嫩以及茶多糖中ERBS含量与茶叶中ERBS总量的关系。结果表明,茶叶品质老嫩不同,茶叶以及茶多糖中各ERBS含量存在一定差异,由品质差的茶叶提取得到的茶多糖中的ERBS的量较高。茶叶中结合于多糖中的各ERBS占相应ERBS总量的比例在0.03%~9.57%之间,与元素种类、茶叶品质有关。结合于多糖中的ERBS占茶叶ERBS总量的比例,鄣山特级和五级茶分别为1.11%和2.10%,对孤山老叶茶,为0.85%。测定结果可以作为选择提取茶多糖茶叶原料的依据,也可为研究茶多糖可能的降血糖机理提供可靠的无机元素方面的数据。  相似文献

提出了一种新的大脑光学功能映射流程。流程设计任务为周期形式,且周期远小于血液动力学的有效时间跨度。在连续周期刺激下,皮层功能区响应进入稳态,信号表现为围绕稳态值的周期小幅振荡。利用谱分析工具提取体元序列的任务频率成分、综合谱的幅值和相位信息最终确定任务相关脑区。采用SD大鼠的后肢区(HP)作为模型,使用红光(605±10nm)作为照射源。此流程很好地消除了血管伪迹。分析发现,左右脑后肢区任务响应有先后关系。根据相位图讨论了局部微循环血液交换、动静脉网的血液交换等问题。通过实验发现了高频刺激下血管系统的共振现象。实验结果证明本映射流程是一种有价值的新型功能映射流程,相对传统方法能够得到更多的皮层神经活动时空信息。  相似文献
