Peak-sharpening is an effective method for the peak position detection of overlapped spectra. However, the weighing factor parameter strongly affects the sharpening performance, and the derivative adopted in the peak-sharpening method is sensitive to noise. In this paper, an adaptive peak-sharpening method based on weighting factor selection is proposed. The relationship between the sharpening ratio and weighting factor is studied. In addition, the Savitzky–Golay filter is adopted due to its excellent noise reduction and peak shape retention abilities. First, the smoothed signal and second-order derivative signal are obtained by the Savitzky–Golay filter. Then, the parameters of the overlapped peaks are estimated for the weighting factor selection. Next, the peak position is detected by the peak-sharpening method. After that step, the estimated parameters are updated, and the above steps are iterated until the detection of the peak position converges. Finally, the converged results are considered to be the final detection results. The experimental results using a simulated dataset, a virtual mass spectra dataset and a polarography dataset show that the proposed method is effective for peak position detection. 相似文献

In this work, we experimentally investigated the surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) activity of faceted gold nanoparticles, which have been theoretically predicted to yield giant enhancements. Glycine was used to determine the SERS activity as a function of pH and ionic strength and to estimate the corresponding enhancement factor (EF). By optimizing the synthesis conditions of the flat prismatic nanoparticles, it was possible to control their size and shape. We demonstrate that the maximum SERS intensity increases with the edge length of the triangle, reaching a maximum EF of ∼1013 for 1.9 µm triangles (the largest tested). The corresponding glycine detection limit was as low as 10−12 M , close to the single‐molecule threshold. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

抽象出凹边坡的几何模型,采用量纲分析的方法,给出凹边坡几何参数和物理力学参数对边坡稳定系数的影响通式.在FLAC定义的边坡稳定系数意义下,经过数万次计算,采用二次回归的方法,确定了通式中的影响指数,形成经验公式.结果表明,受Mohr-Coulomb和拉应力两个强度准则控制的材料,形成的凹边坡的稳定性受无量纲粘聚力、边坡角、内摩擦角的控制.凹形边坡有利于边坡的稳定,边坡稳定性与岩土的抗拉强度关系不大.这一稳定系数公式对于形状规则均匀性好且符合Mohr-Coulomb破坏准则的凹边坡可以给出精度高的估计.对于其它边坡的稳定性评价还需要做有针对性的工作. 相似文献

The conservation theorems of the generalized Lagrangian equations for nonconservative mechanical system are studied by using method of integrating factors. Firstly, the differential equations of motion of system are given, and the definition of integrating factors is given. Next, the necessary conditions for the existence of the conserved quantity are studied in detail.
