A new clathrate inclusion compound of 2,3:11,12:20,21:29,30-tetrabenzo-1,13,16,19,31,34-hexaoxa-5,6,8,9,23,24,26,27- octaaza-7,25-dithioketone-2,3:4,5:9,10:11,12:22,23:27,28:29,30-cyclo-[36]ene([ 36]eneO6N8), which contains THF, has been prepared and crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 9.829(5)Å, b = 24.23(1)Å, c = 10.181(9)Å, = 92.93(5)-. Each unit cell contains two [36]ene-O6N8 molecules and four THF molecules. The [36]ene-O6N8 molecule lies on the crystallographic centre of symmetry and a pair of the THF molecules with half-chair conformation are located within rectangular channels formed by the macrocycle molecules.  相似文献

A new lariat ether, N,N′-di(methylenecarboxyethoxy)-4,10-diaza-2,3,11,12-dibenzo-18-crown-6, C28H38N2O8, has been characterized and tested for Pb2+ extraction in a picrate medium. The isolated complex, [(picrato-O,O′)-(N,N′-di-methylenecarboxyethoxy-4,10-diaza-2,3,11,12-dibenzo-18-crown-6)]-lead(II) picrate, [C34H40N5O15Pb]+[C6H2N3O7], includes a 7-coordinated Pb2+ cation complex where sidearms of the macrocycle are involved in complexation, with Pb‐O bond lengths of 2.587(4) and 2.617(4) ?. Picrate ions serve both as co-ligand and as anion for charge balance. Both free ligand and Pb2+ complex have been X-ray characterized: a = 18.4723(16), b = 24.0057(19), c = 14.4309(14) ?, β = 112.962(7)°, P21/c, for the ligand; a = 12.7591(15), b = 21.951(2), c = 16.4389(15) ?, β = 97.144(8)°, P21/n, for the complex.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the binuclear tetraiminediphenolate diiron(II) macrocyclic complex [Fe2(tidf)(CH3OH)4](ClO4)2 (tidf = tetraiminediphenolate ligand) is presented. The molecular structure (monoclinic, space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 20.6903(14)Å, b = 11.0827(11) Å, c = 16.0494(15) Å, = 99.911(6) shows two iron(II) cores occupying distorted octahedral geometries with four methanol molecules bound axially. Main equatorial bond distances are 2.050(3) Å for Fe—O1 and 2.067(4) Å for Fe—N1 with a Fe Fe distance of 3.108(1) Å. Contrasting to the monoiron complex the macrocycle does not adopt a bent conformation being nearly coplanar with the maximum deviation from the least-squares plane of 0.18 Å.  相似文献

Two novel transition-metal copper and zinc complexes [(CuL)2]·(ClO4) (1) and [(ZnL)]·(ClO4)2 (2) (L = 1,4,7-tris(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane) have been synthesized and structurally determined. The two complexes are both crystallized in monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 14.318(4), b = 17.214(5), c = 22.403(7) Å, = 93.096(6)°, V = 5522(3) Å3, and Z = 4 for 1 and a = 9.371(2), b = 17.615(4), c = 17.579(4) Å, =104.070(4)°, V = 2814.6(11) Å3, and Z = 4 for 2. The center metal ions are coordinated to six nitrogen atoms, three of which are from triazacyclononane and other three from the pendant-arms 2-pyridylmethyl, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Two complexes have been characterized by element analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and the UV–Vis and ESR spectra for 1 have also been determined.  相似文献

The complex [Co(L)]Cl2·10H2O (1) (L = 2,13,-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[14,4,01.18,07.12]docosane) has been synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1 with a = 9.731(2) Å, b = 9.789(2) Å, c = 11.998(1) Å, = 66.66(1)°, = 76.95(1)°, = 87.99(2)°, V = 1020.4(3) Å3, and Z = 1. The crystal structure of 1 shows that the complex is centrosymmetric and the cobalt(II) ion has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry with four nitrogen atoms of the macrocycle and two nitrogen atoms of the pendent arms at the axial positions. Cyclic voltammetry for 1 undergoes reversible one-electron oxidation to the Co(III) and irreversible one-electron reduction to the Co(I).  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of the novel pentacoordinated complex [Cu(DOHPN)(IMI-DAZOLE)] (ClO4), (DOHPN=(3,3′-trimethylenedinitrilo bis 2-butanone oxime) are reported. The X-ray crystal structure (space groupP21/n, a=11.349(2) Å,b=14.241(3) Å,c= 12.635(3) Å; α=90°, β=100.21 (3)°, γ=90°) shows that the copper(II) ion occupies a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with the imidazole ligand occupying the axial position. The copper(II)-(N)imidazole distance is 2.125(3) Å and the copper(II)-tetraaza plane distance is 0.385/Å. The tetraaza ligand DOHPN adopts a “butterfly-like” geometry with a dihedral angle of 149.69°. The title complex is the first structurally characterized compound of the series [Cu(DOHPN)(axial ligand)]n+ where the axial ligand is a neutral N-heterocycle with known biological relevance. A comparison of the structural parameters with those observed when the axial ligand is H2O or NCS? (N-bonded) gives the following series with increasing metal-ligand interaction: H2O>IMIDAZOLE>NCS? The intramolecular chain oxidation of artemisinin was analyzed using the parabolic model. The competition of the mono- and bimolecular peroxy radicals formed from artemisinin was considered. Artemisinin is predominantly oxidized via the intramolecular chain mechanism to form polyatomic hydroperoxides. This results in the situation when, under aerobic conditions, artemisinin is transformed from the monofunctional into polyfunctional initiator with several hydroperoxide groups. The enthalpy was calculated, and the activation energies and rate constants of the intramolecular reactions of the artemisinin peroxy radicals, as well as those of their bimolecular reactions with C-H, S-H, and O-H bonds of biological substrates and their analogs, were calculated in the framework of the parabolic model. The photoreduction behavior of p-nitroaniline (pNA) in the presence of N,N-dimethylaniline (DMA) induced by both steady-state (365 nm) and laser (337 nm) irradiation has been analyzed. The stoichiometry of the photoreduction reaction revealed that several amino radicals derived from DMA were generated by each photoreduced pNA molecule. The polymerization kinetics of the lauryl acrylate monomer (LA) photoinitiated by the pNA/DMA system has been studied by differential scanning photocalorimetry (Photo-DSC). The rate of polymerization was found to be proportional to the square root of both the incident light and the coinitiator DMA concentration. The order of the polymerization reaction with respect to monomer and initiator concentration was determined, as well as the polymerization behavior under aerobic conditions. The polymerization efficiency of this photoinitiated system was much higher than that obtained with conventional aromatic ketone photoinitiators. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 大环分子如环糊精、冠醚等因具备独特的空腔结构, 能够通过主-客体相互作用实现对分子、离子的特异性识别, 因此常被应用于人工跨膜离子传输系统的研究和开发. 与天然的通道蛋白相比, 大环分子具有价格低廉、性质稳定、结构易于修饰和功能化等诸多优点, 因而备受科研工作者们的关注. 本综述详细介绍了大环分子在人工离子通道领域中的研究进展, 按照不同的大环分子进行分类, 系统归纳了基于大环结构的人工跨膜通道的制备方法、结构调控以及其在生物医药领域中的潜在应用. 最后对大环类人工离子通道做了简要的总结和展望, 该综述对于发展新型人工离子通道以及发掘其潜在的应用价值具有重要意义.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural assignments of 9-chloro-1,1-phenanthroline-2(1H)-thione and 1,10-dihydro-1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dithione have been accomplished. The sulfur-bridged bis-1,10-phenanthroline macrocycle was readily prepared by heating the thione or equimolar amounts of the dithione and 2,9-dichloro-1,10-phenanthroline in diphenyl ether. Displacements of 2-chloro- or 2,9-dichloro-1,10-phenanthroline with N,N-dimethylethylenediamine afforded the corresponding amine and diamino analogues. An amino-substituted-2,2′-bis-1,10-phenanthroline has been prepared.  相似文献
