The synergistic effect of poly[(phenylsilsesquioxane)-co-(dimethylsiloxane)] (PPSQDS) and potassium diphenyl sulfonate (KSS) on the thermal degradation and flame retardancy of polycarbonate (PC) was studied. The flame retardancy of PC was improved by the combination of PPSQDS and KSS, and a V-0 rating for 1.6 mm thickness sample was successfully obtained. The thermal degradation of the flame retarded PC was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and the degradation activation energy (E a) was calculated according to the Kissinger and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (F-W-O) methods. The E a value of PC was decreased by the combination of PPSQDS and KSS, indicating that the synergistic effect of PPSQDS and KSS facilitates the thermal degradation of PC and accelerates char formation. 相似文献

Activity-dependent dendritic translation in CNS neurons is important for the synapse-specific provision of proteins that may be necessary for strengthening of synaptic connections. A major rate-limiting factor during protein synthesis is the availability of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E (eIF4E), an mRNA 5''-cap-binding protein. In this study we show by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) that the mRNA for eIF4E is present in the dendrites of cultured rat hippocampal neurons. Under basal culture conditions, 58.7 ± 11.6% of the eIF4E mRNA clusters localize with or immediately adjacent to PSD-95 clusters. Neuronal activation with KCl (60 mM, 10 min) very significantly increases the number of eIF4E mRNA clusters in dendrites by 50.1 and 74.5% at 2 and 6 h after treatment, respectively. In addition, the proportion of eIF4E mRNA clusters that localize with PSD-95 increases to 74.4 ± 7.7% and 77.8 ± 7.6% of the eIF4E clusters at 2 and 6 h after KCl treatment, respectively. Our results demonstrate the presence of eIF4E mRNA in dendrites and an activity-dependent increase of these clusters at synaptic sites. This provides a potential mechanism by which protein translation at synapses may be enhanced in response to synaptic stimulation. 相似文献

This paper describes the optimization and validation of an analytical methodology for the determination of losartan potassium in capsules by HPLC using 25-1 fractional factorial and Doehlert designs. This multivariate approach allows a considerable improvement in chromatographic performance using fewer experiments, without additional cost for columns or other equipment. The HPLC method utilized potassium phosphate buffer (pH 6.2; 58 mmol L−1)-acetonitrile (65:35, v/v) as the mobile phase, pumped at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. An octylsilane column (100 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) maintained at 35 °C was used as the stationary phase. UV detection was performed at 254 nm. The method was validated according to the ICH guidelines, showing accuracy, precision (intra-day relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) and inter-day R.S.D values <2.0%), selectivity, robustness and linearity (r = 0.9998) over a concentration range from 30 to 70 mg L−1 of losartan potassium. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.114 and 0.420 mg L−1, respectively. The validated method may be used to quantify losartan potassium in capsules and to determine the stability of this drug. 相似文献

研究了H2SO4颜色反应用于青霉素V钾(PMPP)荧光测定的新方法。PMPP为弱荧光物质,与浓H2SO4反应后荧光显著增强。结合流动注射进样技术,借助时间扫描荧光方式,提出了流动注射时间扫描荧光分析法测定PMPP的新方法。在最大激发236.0 nm、最大发射波长306.0 nm处,PMPP在3.6×10-5g/L~4.0×10-2g/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999。方法检出限为1.0×10-5g/L,相对标准偏差为0.6%(n=11,ρ=1.0×10-3g/L),进样量为0.18 mL。方法已用于药物及尿样中PMPP的测定。 相似文献

With this method, a series of diethyl trans‐2,3‐disubstituted 1,1‐cyclopropane‐ dicarboxylates have been facilely synthesized in moderate yields under mild conditions. Nickel and potassium co-modified -Mo2C catalysts were prepared and used for CO hydrogenation reaction. The major products over -Mo2C
were C1–C4 hydrocarbons, only few alcohols were obtained. Addition of potassium resulted in remarkable selectivity shift from hydrocarbons
to alcohols at the expense of CO conversion over -Mo2C. Moreover, it was found that potassium enhanced the ability of chain propagation
with a higher C2+OH production. Modified by nickel, -Mo2C showed a relatively high CO conversion, however, the products were similar
to those of pure -Mo2C. When co-modified by nickel and potassium, -Mo2C exhibited high activity and selectivity towards mixed alcohols
synthesis, and also the whole chain propagation to produce alcohols especially for the stage of C1OH to C2OH was remarkably enhanced. It

在聚乙烯醇存在的硫酸介质中,银与过量的I^-形成配阴离子,并进一步与罗丹明B反应形成离子缔合物[AgI2]^-时,共振瑞利散射(RRS)强度明显增强并与银离子含量成正比,其最大RRS波长位于331.5nm处。研究了体系的共振瑞利散射光谱特征、主要影响因素和反应的最佳条件。结果表明,银离子质量浓度在0.06-2.0μg/mL范围内与RRS增强程度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9973)。方法检出限为0.05仙g/mL,RSD4.78%,样品加标回收率为98.0%-102.0%。该法具有较高的灵敏度,操作简便,用于环境水样中痕量银的测定,结果令人满意。 相似文献
