几种N-取代马来酰胺酸辅酶模型的核磁共振研究

我们对8种N-取代马来酰胺酸辅酶模型与不同类型的亲核试剂反应后生成的产物进行了¹H、¹³C NMR的研究, 测得¹H、¹³C谱化学位移,研 究探讨其规律性, 并测试了IR谱和元素分析.     

Enantiospecific synthesis of isomers of AES, a new environmentally friendly chelating agent

Three four-step enantiospecific syntheses of different diastereomers of AES, a new biodegradable chelating agent, are described. The stereocenters in each of the isomers are accessible from l- and d-malic and aspartic acids.     

Solution 1H and 13C NMR of new chiral 1,4‐oxazepinium heterocycles and their intermediates from the reaction of 2,4‐pentanedione with α‐L‐amino acids and (R)‐(—)‐2‐phenylglycinol

The reaction of 2,4‐pentanedione ( 1 ) with (R)‐(—)‐2‐phenylglycine methyl ester ( 2 ), (R)‐(—)‐2‐phenylglycinol ( 3 ) and the proteinogenic amino acids (2S,3R)‐(—)‐2‐amino‐3‐hydroxybutyric acid (L ‐threonine) ( 4 ) and (R)‐(—)‐2‐amino‐3‐mercaptopropionic acid (L ‐cysteine) ( 5 ) methyl esters was investigated. The corresponding enamines 6 , 7 and 8 were isolated and characterized spectroscopically whereas 9 , which is unstable, was transformed in situ into 13 . Treatment of 7 , 8 and 9 with boron trifluoride etherate afforded the new [1,4]oxazepines 10 , 11 and [1,4]thiazepine ( 12 ) as their BF₃O^? salts. The structures of the enamines and their corresponding seven‐membered heterocycles were assessed by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. Ethyl-4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetate (ETFAA), a powerful building block for enantiopure chirons in trifluoromethyl-β-amino acid series

Herein are studied new transformations of ethyl-4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetate (ETFAA), giving access to a series of enantiopure chirons bearing both a trifluoromethyl group and an amino moiety. The key intermediate is obtained optically pure by a resolution procedure.     

New 6-Arylsulfonyl-1,2-benzoisothiazol-3(2H)-one 1,1-Dioxides Derived from Diphenyl Sulfone Monosulfonyl Chlorides

Various methods were studied for the oxidation of 2-methyl-5-(phenylsulfonyl)benzenesulfamide and its derivatives. The oxidation by sodium dichromate in sulfuric acid was found most efficient. The effects of temperature, concentration, reagent ratio, and time of the oxidation reaction on the yield of the desired product were investigated. Conditions were proposed for obtaining the desired product in yields up to 95%. A synthesis was developed for a series of new saccharin derivatives.     

Dihydropyridine-based MCRs. New reaction pathways in the interaction with ethyl glyoxalate and non-aromatic amines

The Lewis acid-catalyzed interaction of dihydropyridines with ethyl glyoxalate and primary aliphatic amines yields, depending on the reaction conditions, bicyclic aminals or rearranged tetrahydropyridines in one-pot multicomponent reactions.     

Solid-phase oxidative halodecarboxylation of β-arylacrylic acids with the ceric ammonium nitrate—alkali halide system

The solid-phase oxidation of cinnamic, 4-methoxy- and 3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acids with Ce(NH₄)₂(NO₃)₆—MHal system leads to β-halostyrenes. Similar procedure in the absence of a metal halide results in a cleavage of the C=C bond giving the corresponding benzaldehydes. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Ratio of Protein Fractions in Cereal Grains Cultivated in Uzbekistan

The glutelin fraction was used as the food value index of local corn. The base-soluble fraction was used as a test of the glassiness of local strains of rice grain. The content of gliadins and glutelins did not change over 24 h after wheat grain cultivated in Uzbekistan was moistened.     

Synthesis and properties of noncoplanar rigid‐rod aromatic polyhydrazides and poly(1,3,4‐oxadiazole)s containing phenyl or naphthyl substituents

Two new phenyl‐ and naphthyl‐substituted rigid‐rod aromatic dicarboxylic acid monomers, 2,2′‐diphenylbiphenyl‐4,4′‐dicarboxylic acid ( 4 ) and 2,2′‐di(1‐naphthyl)biphenyl‐4,4′‐dicarboxylic acid ( 5 ), were synthesized by the Suzuki coupling reaction of 2,2′‐diiodobiphenyl‐4,4′‐dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester with benzeneboronic acid and naphthaleneboronic acid, respectively, followed by alkaline hydrolysis of the ester groups. Four new polyhydrazides were prepared from the dicarboxylic acids 4 and 5 with terephthalic dihydrazide (TPH) and isophthalic dihydrazide (IPH), respectively, via the Yamazaki phosphorylation reaction. These polyhydrazides were amorphous and readily soluble in many organic solvents. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicated that these hydrazide polymers had glass transition temperatures in the range of 187–234 °C and could be thermally cyclodehydrated into the corresponding oxadiazole polymers in the range of 300–400 °C. The resulting poly(1,3,4‐oxadiazole)s exhibited T_g's in the range of 252–283 °C, 10% weight‐loss temperature in excess of 470 °C, and char yield at 800 °C in nitrogen higher than 54%. These organo‐soluble polyhydrazides and poly(1,3,4‐oxadiazole)s exhibited UV–Vis absorption maximum at 262–296 and 264–342 nm in NMP solution, and their photoluminescence spectra showed maximum bands around 414–445 and 404–453 nm, respectively, with quantum yield up to 38%. The electron‐transporting properties were examined by electrochemical methods. Cyclic voltammograms of the poly(1,3,4‐oxadiazole) films cast onto an indium‐tin oxide (ITO)‐coated glass substrate exhibited reversible reduction redox with E_onset at ?1.37 to ?1.57 V versus Ag/AgCl in dry N,N‐dimethylformamide solution. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
