一种新的振动叠加气动耦合加载技术

飞机机动飞行时,机体结构受到随机振动叠加气动的耦合载荷作用,有可能迅速产生破坏。为了考核在这种振动环境下飞机的结构强度及使用寿命能否达到设计要求,需要提供有效的地面试验验证手段和可靠的试验数据。本文研究了一种振动叠加气动的耦合载荷加载技术,通过液压球头传递振动载荷,同时通过气囊施加气动载荷,并设计进行了原理性验证试验。试验结果表明,这种耦合载荷加载技术可以避免过多改变试件自身的振动特性,同时可精确实现振动叠加气动的耦合载荷加载,真实模拟试验件的振动工作环境。此项技术可应用于现代战机的地面结构强度研究。     

Deepest point of a polyhedron and linear programming

Abstract

The problem of finding a deepest point (a ball centre) of a polyhedron is studied. A finite combinatorial interior point method is presented for this problem which yields an algorithm for linear programming. We conjecture that this is a strongly polynomial algorithm. Meanwhile developing the algorithm, several auxiliary results were found; among others, Gorokh and Werner’s algorithm for linear inequalities is slightly extended. Our numerical experiments with the problem detected bugs in a linear interior point solver used in MATLAB 6 Optimization Toolbox.     

倒装芯片塑料球栅阵列封装器件在外应力下的失效机理

倒装芯片塑料球栅阵列(FC-PBGA)封装形式独特而被广泛应用, 分析研究其在实际应用过程中, 在高温、电、水汽等多种综合环境应力条件作用下的失效机理对提高其应用可靠性有重要意义. 本文对0.13 μm 6层铜布线工艺的FC-PBGA FPGA器件, 通过暴露器件在以高温回流焊过程中的热-机械应力为主的综合外应力作用下的失效模式, 分析与失效模式相对应的失效机理. 研究结果表明, FC-PBGA器件组装时的内外温差及高温回流焊安装过程中所产生的热-机械应力是导致失效的根本原因, 在该应力作用下, 芯片上的焊球会发生再熔融、桥接相邻焊球致器件短路失效; 芯片与基板之间的填充料会发生裂缝分层、倒装芯片焊球开裂/脱落致器件开路失效; 芯片内部的铜/低k互连结构的完整性受损伤而影响FC-PBGA器件的使用寿命.

磷酸铁锂离子电池正极材料掺碳纳米管的研究

应用球磨法于LiFePO4掺杂多壁碳纳米管,制成LiFePO4/MWCNTs复合电极,然后以其组装成锂离子电池.研究不同比例掺杂多壁碳纳米管对复合材料电极电化学性能的影响.XRD、SEM表征及电化学性能测试表明,多壁碳纳米管含量为10%(bymass)的LiFePO4/MWCNTs电极比其它比例的复合电极具有更优良的充放电性能,而且极化小、稳定性强、充放电平台更平稳,导电率更高.在常温0.1C下充放电,首次充、放电比容量分别为139和128.5mAh.g-1,库仑效率达92.4%,循环40次后,电极比容量损失率仅为5.3%.     

Dynamic Deformation Behavior of a Golf Ball during Normal Impact

The normal impact between a golf ball and a rigid steel target was studied to examine ball deformation and the contact force during the impact. Using high-speed video images, the normal and tangential compression ratios of the ball were measured to analyze the ball deformation quantitatively. In addition, the inbound and rebound ball velocities, contact time, and coefficient of restitution were determined as basic parameters of the impact. As the inbound ball velocity increased, the maximum normal compression ratio increased while the maximum tangential compression ratio, contact time and coefficient of restitution decreased. The ball center displacements during the impact were measured to determine the ball center velocity and acceleration, and the contact force was calculated by the product of the mass and acceleration. The contact force increased almost linearly with the inbound ball velocity, and its relationship agreed well quantitatively with the results from a load-cell, and also agreed well qualitatively with Hertz contact theory.     

Small Deviations for Some Multi-Parameter Gaussian Processes

We prove some general lower bounds for the probability that a multi-parameter Gaussian process has very small values. These results, when applied to a certain class of fractional Brownian sheets, yield the exact rate for their so-called small ball probability. We show by example how to use such results to compute the Hausdorff dimension of some exceptional sets determined by maximal increments.

A kind of carbon whiskers in new structure and morphology

Carbon whiskers with new structure and morphology were observed when heating the milled graphite. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM) show that carbon layers are almost perpendicular to the growth axes of carbon whiskers. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) indicates that there are spirals appearing on the surface of the whiskers. The structure analysis shows that the growth mechanism of carbon whiskers is related to the trace amount of ZrC in the heated samples.
