In nature, different environmental factors make organisms to be programmed into different forms. However, it is difficult and significant to realize the field‐programmable logic conversion of sole logic system for molecular logic gates. Here, the concept of pH‐programmable “logic conversion” on the single logic gate based on the peculiar enzyme‐mimicking activity is presented. Inspired by natural enzymes with high pH‐stability and metal ions‐stimulated activity, pH‐independent and metal ions‐controllable catalase mimics (Co3O4 nanozymes) are designed by protein‐directed method. Although pH cannot directly change the activity of nanozymes, pH can change the existence state of metal ions and then the electron transfer rate on nanozymes. So, versatile roles of metal ions for catalase‐like and electrocatalytic activities are discovered on the premise of pH‐independency. For the proof‐of‐concept, OR/INHIBIT‐ and INHIBIT/AND‐switchable logic gates are facilely constructed using pH as the environmental stimulus and metal ions as inputs. Hence, the transformation of logic gate functions is realized without the change of logic gate elements and input molecules. This contribution may not only broaden the species and application area of nanozymes, but also open novel avenues for the molecular logic conversion and the metal ions sensor. 相似文献

报道了一种利用单只半导体光放大器和光滤波器实现全光归零码到非归零码变换的新技术方案.当探测(Probe)光和数据信号光同时输入到SOA时,基于SOA中的交叉增益调制和交叉相位调制现象,探测光光谱的后沿和前沿将分别产生红移和蓝移.通过调节光滤波器和探测光的中心波长之间的失调量,滤出光谱的特定部分,可以得到转换后的NRZ码光信号.这种新型的全光码型变换器具有结构简单、偏振不敏感、控制参量少和稳定性高的特点.分别采用仿真和实验的方式实现了20 Gbit/s光数据信号从RZ码到NRZ码的全光码型变换,并且仿真结果和实验结果相吻合. 相似文献

In this paper, we studied efficient second-harmonic generation (SHG) of femtosecond pulses in both phase- and group-velocity-matched structures. Obtained results show that phase matching becomes more critical under conditions required for high levels of conversion efficiency. And the imperfect phase mismatch caused by mismatched group-velocity dispersion (GVD) will limit conversion efficiency as well as bandwidth of generated second-harmonic (SH) pulses. The spectral characteristics of the generated SH pulses and its conversion efficiency in the strong pump regime are investigated in detail. The acceptance bandwidth of nonlinear crystal in the high-efficiency SHG is redefined in the paper, and the definition is much closer to the practical application of design. 相似文献

Microwave radiances are usually converted into brightness temperatures for data assimilation and retrievals. The Rayleigh-Jeans approximation has been believed to be a good approximation for the conversion at low frequencies, but inaccurate at high frequencies. However, the simplified radiative transfer models under the Rayleigh-Jeans approximation (hereafter referred as BT-RTE) have been successfully applied in radiance simulations for frequencies below 183 GHz, which has somewhat puzzled the radiative transfer community. This paper clarifies the confusion. In addition, the conversion formula for the third and the fourth Stokes components are derived.Simulations for a polarized sensor, the Special Sensor Microwave Imager and Sounder, show that the BT-RTE is generally accurate. Results for a polarimetric sensor, WINDSAT, show that the third and the fourth Stokes radiances should be converted using the exact conversion formula given in this study rather than using a direct Planck function conversion. 相似文献

In this study, the streaming potential and electrokinetic energy conversion efficiency are discussed under the low zeta potential approximation through a microparallel channel with consideration of rotational effect. By solving Poisson-Boltzmann equation and modified Navier–Stokes equation, the analytical expressions of the streaming potential and electrokinetic energy conversion efficiency in the electrolyte solution are obtained. Combining with the numerical calculation, the influences of the dimensionless electrokinetic width K and the rotational angular velocity ω on streaming potential and the electrokinetic energy conversion efficiency are discussed. The results show that the streaming potential fields decrease both in mainstream and secondary directions with the electrokinetic width K, it decreases with the non-dimensional rotational angular velocity in the mainstream direction and it shows a first increasing then decreasing trend in the secondary flow direction. In addition, the influences of related non-dimensional parameters, including electrokinetic width, wall electric potential and rotational angular velocity, on the electrokinetic energy conversion efficiency are also discussed in detail. The rotating effect can enhance conversion efficiency comparing to the case of no rotation. The increase of wall electric potential gives rise to an augment in electrokinetic energy conversion efficiency. 为了分析高功率准分子激光主振荡功率放大(MOPA)系统中各光学元件稳定性对靶面光斑定位精度的影响,建立了分析模型,利用分析结果指导高稳定性镜架设计以满足系统实验需求。根据高功率准分子激光MOPA系统特点,有效地简化了系统光路,建立了系统光路模型;按照系统打靶精度要求,利用三维坐标变换和光线追迹法,计算得到了系统单个光学元件稳定性对靶面光斑定位精度的影响规律;最后,对自行设计的镜架进行了稳定性测量。计算结果表明,反射镜的旋转变化和透镜垂直光轴的平移变化是影响靶面光斑定位精度的主要因素,且主放大光路中反射镜在X方向和Y方向上最大的变化范围分别不能超过0.8和1.6μrad。实际测量结果表明,设计的镜架在X方向和Y方向最大的变化范围分别为0.6和0.81μrad,满足系统实验要求。 相似文献

We report a systematic study of AgGaS2- and Al-doped GaSe crystals in comparison with pure GaSe and S-doped GaSe crystals. AgGaS2-doped GaSe (GaSe:AgGaS2) crystal was grown by Bridgman technique from the melt of GaSe:AgGaS2 (10.6 wt.%). Its real composition was identified as GaSe:S (2 wt.%). Al-doped GaSe (GaSe:Al) crystals were grown from the melt of GaSe and 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2 mass % of aluminium. Al content in the grown crystals is too small to be measured. The hardness of GaSe:S (2 wt.%) crystal grown from the melt of GaSe:AgGaS2 is 25% higher than that of GaSe:S (2 wt.%) crystal grown by a conventional S-doping technique and 1.5- to 1.9-times higher than that of pure GaSe. GaSe:Al crystals are characterized by 2.5- to 3-times higher hardness than that of pure GaSe and by extremely low conductivity of ≤ 10− 7 Om− 1 cm− 1. A comparative experiment on SHG in AgGaS2-, Al-, S-doped GaSe and pure GaSe is carried out under the pumps of 2.12-2.9 μm fs OPA and 9.2−10.8 μm ns CO2 laser. It was found that GaSe:S crystals possess the best physical properties for mid-IR applications among these doped GaSe crystals.
