利用新的手性选择剂苄基氯化辛可宁，在非水相中成功地分离了联萘酚的对映体，并对分离的机理作了初步地探讨。     

The effects of the nature of catalyst and of the solvent on the stereoselectivity in amine-catalyzed asymmetric synthesis of substituted cyclohexa-1,3-dienes from prenal and monoesters of ylidenemalonic acids

In the amine-catalyzed reactions of prenal with (Z)-5-methyl-2-(methoxycarbonyl)hexa-2,4-dienoic or (Z)-3-phenyl-2-(ethoxycarbonyl)prop-2-enoic acid chiral β-amino alcohols provide for higher enantiomeric purity of the resulting alkyl 4-methyl-6-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)-and 4-methyl-6-phenylcyclohexa-1,3-dienoates than that provided by related chiral amines without hydroxy group. The values ofee attained in nonpolar solvents are higher than those observed in the polar ones. Substituting stoichiometric amounts of a chiral 1-amino-3-methylbuta-1,3-diene for a combination of prenal with 0.1 equiv. of the corresponding chiral amine results in the products of much lower enantiomeric purity. Synthetic studies of the HIV-1 protease inhibitive didemnaketals: precise and stereocontrolled synthesis of the key mother spiroketal

The precise and stereocontrolled synthesis of the C₉-C₂₃ portion, the key mother spiroketal of the HIV-1 protease inhibitive didemnaketals from the ascidian Didemnum sp., has been carried out through multisteps starting from (R)-pulegone as the chiral template. This approach involved the distereoselective construction of eight chiral centers by intramolecular chiral inducement and the coupling of two fragments by Julia reaction.     

R-兰索拉唑的合成新方法

2-氯甲基-3-甲基-4-（2,2,2-三氟乙氧基）吡啶盐酸盐和2-巯基苯并咪唑经缩合反应得到兰索拉唑硫醚;以L-亮氨酸经结构修饰得到的二齿手性氨基醇为催化剂、叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂,不对称氧化兰索拉唑硫醚得到R-兰索拉唑粗品。经分离纯化得到产物,e.e.值99.5%,两步反应总收率43.3%。产物经IR、MS、^1H-NMR、手性HPLC确证。     

手性磷酸催化的C（3）-取代吲哚和甲基乙烯基酮不对称串联反应

3位含有季碳手性中心的吲哚啉并环化合物是一类非常重要的化合物, 广泛存在于各种天然产物和具有生物活性的分子中. 化学家们发展了多种有效的途径来合成这类化合物. 其中以方便易得的吲哚衍生物为起始原料, 利用不对称去芳构化\环化串联的方法最为简单高效, 但多数工作都是从色胺或色醇衍生物出发, 合成二氢吡咯并吲哚啉或二氢呋喃并吲哚啉化合物. 因此, 发展其他类型的吲哚衍生物的不对称去芳构化\环化反应显得非常有必要. 作者课题组发展了手性磷酸催化的吲哚衍生物与甲基乙烯基酮的不对称Michael加成\环化串联反应. 以5 mol% (R)-SPINOL为骨架的手性磷酸(R)-4c为催化剂, 以中等到良好的收率和优秀的对映选择性构建了一系列手性吲哚[2,3-b]并氢化喹啉化合物, 而且该催化体系对于克级规模反应同样能够获得很好的结果.     

键合型手性固定相的研究进展

手性分离在生物医药等领域具有重要意义。高效液相色谱(HPLC)因其经济、快速、高效等特点被广泛应用于手性化合物的分离分析中。手性固定相(CSP)是HPLC实现手性分离的核心,而制备有效CSP的关键在于手性选择剂的筛选。近年来,大量文献报道了新型CSPs的制备,其中键合型CSPs因具有溶剂耐受性和较高稳定性等优点受到了广泛关注。该文对近年来以手性单分子、多糖、环糊精、大环抗生素、冠醚、杯芳烃及生物碱等为手性选择剂制备的新型键合型CSPs进行了归纳整理,并对其发展前景进行了展望。     

Review: Separation and Pharmacology of Chiral Compounds in Traditional Chinese Medicine

More than 60% commonly used pharmaceutical active ingredients are chiral compounds. Developing more effective and safe chiral compounds has become a focus in the pharmaceutical industry. Chiral compounds widely exist in traditional Chinese medicine and include alkaloids, flavonoids, volatile oils, and amino acids. The characterization of chiral compounds used in traditional Chinese medicine remains limited. Here, the characterization of chiral compounds commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed focusing upon their separation and pharmacology.     

Enantioseparation characteristics of the chiral stationary phases based on natural and regenerated chitins

Natural and regenerated chitins were derivatized with 3,5‐dimethyphenyl isocyanate. The corresponding chiral stationary phases were prepared by coating the resulting chitin derivatives on 3‐aminopropyl silica gel. The swelling capacity of the chitin derivatives, enantioseparation capability, as well as eluents tolerance of the chiral stationary phases were evaluated. The results demonstrated no remarkable difference in enantioseparation capability between natural and regenerated chitins based chiral stationary phases. The similar enantioseparation characteristics of two chiral stationary phases could be understood by comparing the IR spectra of related chitin derivatives. The one of the two chiral stationary phases prepared by coating the chitin derivative with a lower molecular weight generally provided better enantioseparations. All chiral stationary phases can work in 100% chloroform, 100% ethyl acetate, 100% acetone, and the mobile phases containing a certain amount of tetrahydrofuran. The chiral stationary phase prepared from the chitin derivative with the highest swelling capacity exhibited better enantioseparations than others. This chiral stationary phase was damaged by flushing with 100% tetrahydrofuran, however, the enantioseparation capability was recovered again after the column was allowed to stand for 1 month. Furthermore, the recovered chiral stationary phase provided better enantioseparations for some chiral analytes than before.     

Enhancement of flexoelectric ratio of nematic liquid crystal by doping calamitic ferroelectric liquid crystal

We measured the flexoelectric ratio e* of a nematic liquid crystal (NLC) doped with a calamitic ferroelectric liquid crystal (FLC). We doped two kinds of commercial FLC into the pure NLC at a weight concentration of 5 wt%. The absolute value of the flexoelectric ratio was increased up to 49% compared to the pure NLC. The greater transverse dipole moment and the elastic constant of FLC are thought to be related to the increase of the flexoelectric ratio.     

手性芳酰胺类分子钳的设计与微波合成

以间苯二甲酸为隔离基, 酰胺键桥联L-氨基酸甲酯构成手臂, 在微波辐射下合成了具有不同手性中心和裂穴的新型手性芳酰胺类分子钳. 结构均经¹H NMR, IR及元素分析确证, 并考察了其对芳香胺类化合物和D/L-氨基酸甲酯的识别性能. 初步研究表明, 这类分子钳受体不仅对中性小分子具有优良的识别性能, 其结合常数(K_a)可达2.66×10³ L•mol^－1, 而且对D/L-氨基酸甲酯亦具有良好的手性识别能力.
