Gold-gold interactions in small polynuclear complexes are analysed using extended Hückel calculations. They are influenced by the nature of the ligand donor atoms, by the bridging ligands, but most by the formal oxidation state of the metal. Au---Au bonds are much stronger in complexes of Au(II) and Au(III), but a weak interaction between two d10 centres exists for Au(I) complexes, owing to mixing of the s and p orbitals with the d orbitals. Phosphines induce stronger metal-metal bonds when coordinated trans to the Au---Au bond in [Au(II)[(CH2)2PPh2]L]2 (Ph = phenyl), but have the opposite effect when bonded orthogonally to the metal-metal axis in Au(I) binuclear species. When two gold atoms are bridged by a single carbon atom, belonging either to mesityl (Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) or CR2, the former produces stronger Au(I)---Au(I) interactions, reflected in shorter distances. Formal oxidation states are proposed for the gold atoms in two mixed-valence clusters, [Au4(C6F5)2((PPh3)2CH})2(PPh3)2](ClO4)2 and [{(2,4,6-C6F3H2)Au(CH2PPh2CH2)2Au{in2-Au(CH2PPh2CH2)2Au](ClO4)2. The results suggest a higher oxidation state for the outer gold atoms, in both the T-shaped tetranuclear cluster and the Au6 linear chain.  相似文献

Donor molecules undergo dramatic changes in their chemical properties on coordination to a transition-metal atom. Highly reactive species can be trapped and studied as ligands. Conversely, stable compounds can be activated to undergo novel reactions. Sulfur dioxide complexes have generally been studied from a structural viewpoint, their reactivity having been somewhat neglected. The unstable sulfur oxides SO, S2O, and S2O2 are still often regarded as laboratory curiosities. Their successful stabilization in transition-metal complexes has now made them accessible to detailed study, in the course of which many relationships to the chemistry of SO2 complexes have become apparent.  相似文献

Reaction of 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octaethylporphyrin with LiR reagents containing functional groups readily yields meso substituted derivatives suitable for further transformations with residues such as -p-C6H5Br, -p-C6H5-CCH, -p-C6H5-NH2 or -(CH2)3-CHCH2. Similar reactions of tetrabenzoporphyrin with alkyllithium reagents afforded the first entry into meso mono- and dialkylsubstituted tetrabenzoporphyrins while reaction of bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-type masked isoindole precursors with LiR followed by in situ retro-Diels-Alder reaction also afforded the 5-phenyl and 5,10-diphenyltetrabenzoporphyrins in high purity.  相似文献

首次采用4-烷氧羰基噻唑烷、E唑烷作为手性配体,诱导烷基锌对醛类的亲核加成反应,获得产物是烷基化的醛,最高达90%ee,产率98%的(S)-二级醇。系统地考察了该类手性配体三维空间结构变化与产物对映选择性的关系,当配体4-位烷氧羰基上的R、2-位R′基和环体上原子X发生变化时都会引起产物(S)-二 级醇的对映选择性发生规律性变化。对五种不同结构的底物醛在同一手性配体催化下,诱导烷基锌对醛类的亲核加成反应,底物结构变化也会引起(S)-二级醇对映选择性变化。  相似文献

XANES and EXAFS spectroscopic studies at the Mn-K- and Br-K-edge of reaction products of (S,S)-(+)-N,N'-bis(3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylidene)-1,2-cyclohexanediaminomanganese(III) chloride ([(salen)Mn(III)Cl], 1) and (S,S)-(+)-N,N'-bis(3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylidene)-1,2-cyclohexanediaminomanganese(III) bromide ([(salen)Mn(III)Br], 2) with 4-phenylpyridine N-oxide (4-PPNO) and 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid (MCPBA) are reported. The reaction of the Mn(III) complexes with two equivalents of 4-PPNO leads to a hexacoordinated compound, in which the manganese atom is octahedrally coordinated by four oxygen/nitrogen atoms of the salen ligand at an average distance of approximately 1.90 A and two additional, axially bonded oxygen atoms of the 4-PPNO at 2.25 A. The oxidation state of this complex was determined as approximately +IV by a comparative study of Mn(III) and Mn(V) reference compounds. The green intermediate obtained in reactions of MCPBA and solutions of 1 or 2 in acetonitrile was investigated with XANES, EXAFS, UV/Vis, and Raman spectroscopy, and an increase of the coordination number of the manganese atoms from 4 to 5 and the complete abstraction of the halide was observed. A formal oxidation state of IV was deduced from the relative position of the pre-edge 1s-->3d feature of the X-ray absorption spectrum of the complex. The broad UV/Vis band of this complex in acetonitrile with lambda(max)=648 nm was consistent with a radical cation structure, in which a MCPBA molecule was bound to the Mn(IV) central atom. An oxomanganese(V) or a dimeric manganese(IV) species was not detected.  相似文献

The synthesis of two novel cyclisation substrates for the asymmetric intramolecular Heck reaction is reported. Their cyclisation, in addition to a known substrate for cis-decalin formation, were tested with palladium complexes of BINAP and heterobidentate oxazoline-containing ligands. In general BINAP provides a more active catalyst system for the range of substrates tested although excellent enantioselectivities of up to 85% were obtained with the P,N ligands studied. A trend was noted whereby the t-leucine-derived oxazoline ligands were more reactive and enantioselective than the valine-derived analogues. Similarly, the diphenylphosphinoferrocenyloxazoline ligands were more reactive and selective than the corresponding diphenylphosphinophenyloxazoline ligands.  相似文献

Novel anionic dialkyl, diaryl, and dihydride platinum(II) complexes based on the new "long-arm" hemilabile PCN-type ligand C6H4[CH2P(tBu)2](CH2)2N(CH3)2 with the general formula Li+[Pt(PCN)(R)2]- (R=Me (4), Ph (6) and H (9)) were prepared by reaction of [Pt(PCN)(R)] complexes (obtained from the corresponding chlorides) with an equivalent of RLi, as a result of the opening of the chelate ring. Alkylating agents based on other metals produce less stable products. These anionic d8 complexes are thermally stable although they bear no stabilizing pi acceptors. They were characterized by 1H, 31P[1H], 13C, and 7Li NMR spectroscopy; complex 9 was also characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography, showing that the Li+ ion is coordinated to the nitrogen atom of the open amine arm and to the hydride ligand (trans to the P atom) of a neighboring molecule (H--Li=2.15 A), resulting in a dimeric structure. Complexes 4 and 9 exhibit high nucleophilic reactivity, upon which the pincer complex is regenerated. Reaction of 4 with water, methyl iodide, and iodobenzene resulted in the neutral complex [Pt(PCN)(CH3)] (3) and methane, ethane, or toluene, respectively. Labeling studies indicate that the reaction proceeds by direct electrophilic attack on the metal center, rather than attack on the alkyl ligand. The anionic dihydride complex 9 reacted with water and methyl iodide to yield [Pt(PCN)(H)] (8) and H2 or methane, respectively.  相似文献

Electrolysis of the system Ti(IV)–NH2OH–C6H6 in an 11 M H2SO4 solution shows that using an organic solvent (acetic acid, acetonitrile) during cathodically initiated amination of aromatic substrates permits the production of aromatic amines with the overall yield by hydroxylamine reaching 91%. Due to a chain mechanism of radical substitution, the benzene amination in electrolytes containing 5 M CH3COOH and 5.5 M CH3CN terminates largely upon consuming 70–75 and 50–55% of the charge required theoretically for a one-electron process. The maximum efficiency of electrochemical amination is observed at low hydroxylamine conversions and the overall current efficiency for mono- and disubstituted products of the benzene amination may exceed in these conditions 750%.  相似文献

The process of catalyst discovery and development relying on combinatorial methods has suffered so far from the difficult access to structurally diverse and large libraries of ligands, in particular the structurally more complex class of bidentate ligands. A completely new approach to streamline the difficult ligand synthesis process is to use structurally less complex monodentate ligands that self-assemble in the coordination sphere of a metal center through noncovalent attractive ligand-ligand interactions to generate bidentate, chelating ligands. When complementary attractive ligand-ligand interactions are employed, it is even possible to generate libraries of defined chelate-ligand catalysts by simply mixing two different monomeric ligands. This Minireview summarizes the first approaches and results in this new field of combinatorial homogeneous catalysis.  相似文献

本文研究了氢硼酸根(B_(12)H_(12)~(2-)、B_(10)H_(10)~(1-)、B_(11)H_(14)~-)和π-芳烃-π-环戊二烯基铁阳离子的反应,合成了36个氢硼酸π-芳烃-π-环戊二烯基铁化合物。通过元素分析和红外光谱测定确定了化合物的组成。部份化合物还作了~1H NMR鉴定。对化合物的性质,包括它们的热行为,进行了较详细的研究。DTA仪测得的结果表明,(1)当阳离子相同时,化合物的热稳定性的顺序为:[ArFeC_5H_5]_2B_(12)H_(12)>[ArFeC_5H_5]_2B_(10)H_(10)>[ArFeC_5H_5]B_(11)H_(14);(2)当氢硼酸根相同时,其热稳定性受芳环上取代基的影响。  相似文献
