Triorganotin(IV) and triorganolead(IV) derivatives of the types Me3Sn(SCZ) and Ph3Pb(SCZ) (where SCZ? is the anion of a semicarbanzone ligand) have been synthesized by substitution reactions of trimethyltin chloride and triphenyl-lead chloride with semicarbazones derived from heterocyclic ketones. The resulting complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, molecualr weight determinations and conductivity measurements. The mode of bonding has been established on the basis of infrared and 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopic studies. Some respresentative complexes have also been evaluated for their antimicrobial effects on different species of pathogenic fungi and bacteria; the results of these investigations have been reported in the present paper.  相似文献

根据RGD序列肽的构效关系, 设计并合成了一系列以5-氨基-1,3-二氢-1,3-二氧-异吲哚-2-丙酸为分子骨架的新化合物. 其中间体和目标物的化学结构经1H NMR, MS和元素分析确证. 体外初步生物活性筛选结果表明, 目标物在10-5 mol/L浓度下对bFGF诱导的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜新生血管生成有显著抑制活性.  相似文献

设计合成了对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-2-羟基苯基)醚(4a~4c)及对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-5-溴-2-羟基苯基)醚(5a~5c)共6个卤代羟基三苯醚类化合物,其结构均经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析证实,并且对其抑菌活性进行了初步测试.结果表明:此类化合物大多在低浓度下对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、卡他双球菌、青枯假单胞菌等具有良好的抗菌活性.  相似文献

Abstract

New chiral methylbenzylammonium salts of aryldithiophosphonic acids containing glucofuranose, allofuranose, and galactopyranose diacetonide substituents were obtained using (S)-(–)-α-methylbenzylamine, (R)-(+)-α-methylbenzylamine, and (R,S)-(±)-α-methylbenzylamine. Human β-defensin-2 (hBD2), a small cationic peptide, exhibits a broad range of antimicrobial activity and does not acquire any microbial resistance. To produce this uneasily detectable, degradable, and toxic polypeptide efficiently, an alternative approach based on the Escherichia coli cell-free biosynthesis system was proposed. The approach implies that a polypeptide of interest is synthesized as a fusion protein linked to a green fluorescent protein (GFP) through a cleavable spacer. With batch-mode operation, a significant amount of hBD2 fused with GFP (0.25 mg/mL) can be expressed in this cell-free system. The productivity of the fusion protein can be improved up to 1.2 mg/mL by employing a continuous-exchange cell-free system. Furthermore, the GFP moiety provides directly visible and quantitative monitoring of the polypeptide synthesis, and the product is soluble and stable. This work will be helpful in allowing the rapid and visible expression of other similar defensins using an in vitro cell-free system.  相似文献

Three types of resins, related to the spacer, environmental and microenvironmental models were prepared by grafting commercial AMP polymer with 2-[2-(2-aminoethylamino)-2-oxoethoxy]acetic acid. All resins were highly loaded and functionalized with Rink-amide linker. A comparative synthesis of the classic difficult sequence ACP (65-74) on the prepared resins by Fmoc/t-Bu chemistry is presented. The ‘microenviromental’ model resin afforded the crude peptide in the highest purity (98%).  相似文献

During our continual searching programme for novel bioactive metabolites from Sarcophyton trocheliophorum, collected from Red Sea, we describe herein the isolation and structural elucidation of further two new pyrane-based cembranoid diterpenes: 9-hydroxy-7,8-dehydro-sarcotrocheliol (1) and 8,9-expoy-sarcotrocheliol acetate (2), along with the well-known sarcotrocheliol acetate (3), (+)-sarcophine (4), (+)-sarcophytoxide (5) and (-)-sarcophytoxide (6). The chemical structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, 1H–1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOE), mass spectra (ESI and HR-ESIMS) and by comparison with related structures. The antimicrobial activities of the reported compounds 16 were investigated. According to the molecular docking study of compounds 16 using 3D structure of α,β tubulin in complex with taxol (PDB code 1JFF) and epothilone A (PDB code 1TVK), sarcophine (4) displayed the highest affinity towards both crystal structures, followed by 5 and 6, meanwhile pyrane-based cembranoid diterpenes (1–3) showed less affinity.  相似文献

Two model peptides, des-Arg1-bradykinin (DAB) and bradykinin (B), were cationized by Ag+ after their separation by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) prior to mass spectrometry (MS). Silver nitrate solution was used as a post-column reagent. The RPLC and MS experimental conditions were optimized using flow injection in order to obtain sufficiently abundant silver adducts to permit MS/MS experiments. The use of water-methanol with 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase allowed a good chromatographic separation of the two peptides with a polymeric stationary phase and sufficiently abundant silver-containing adducts, [M + Ag + H]2+ and [M + 2Ag]2+. The gas-phase dissociation of [DAB + Ag + H]2+ and [DAB + 2Ag]2+ led to interpretable mass spectra during the on-line cationization experiment. Most of the ions obtained by dissociating [DAB + Ag + H]2+ and [DAB + 2Ag]2+ species are silver-containing ions but the ions produced depend on the parent. The ions coming from the dissociation of the doubly charged silver adducts [DAB + Ag + H]2+ or [DAB + 2Ag]2+ are of interest compared with those coming from the singly charged silver species or doubly charged protonated species. The fragmentation of the doubly charged silver adducts provides ions over the entire mass range. Although the presence of several prolines in des-Arg1-bradykinin prevents the formation of some expected ions, the observation of triplets [an-H + Ag]+, [bn-H + Ag]+ and [bn + OH + Ag]+ produced by the dissociation of on-line Ag(+)-cationized peptides could contribute to greater success of automatic sequencing of peptides.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to determine if a combined treatment (marinating in natural plant extracts or vacuum) with irradiation could have a synergetic effect, in order to reduce the dose required for complete elimination of Salmonella on fresh poultry. The effect of these combined treatments on the shelf-life extension was also evaluated. The fresh chicken legs were irradiated at 0, 3 and 5 kGy. The poultry underwent microbial analysis(mesophilic and Salmonella detection). For each treatment, the total microbial count decreased with increase of irradiation dose. The marinating treatment have a synergistic effect with irradiation treatment to reduce the total microbial count and controlling the proliferation during storage at 4°C. Irradiation of fresh chicken pieces with a dose of 3 kGy appears to be able to extend the microbial shelf-life by a factor of 2. When the chicken is marinating and irradiated at 3 kGy or when irradiated at 5 kGy without marinating, the microbial shelf-life is extended by a factor of 7 to 8. No Salmonella was found during all the experiment in the chicken in air and marinated. However, a presence of Salmonella was found in samples irradiated at 5 kGy under vacuum, in unirradiated samples and samples irradiated at 3kGy in air and under vacuum.  相似文献
